Oh cool. Better watch FOE before Dark Hole because FOE has more melodramatic elements mixed in with the psychological thriller aspects, while Dark Hole is straight up hardcore :)
why would you rate it like that without even finishing it?
I loved the ML also but he gave her enough reason to doubt him. Very few people would have stuck through that far, and she still stayed till then. I thoight she was believable and realistic till the end.
I'm usually into the dark and horror side of drama and movies and after my girlfriend persuaded me to watch, i…
This follows the same style of old classic kdrama romcoms - the kind which shot kdramas into fame in the first place. Stuff like 30 But 17, While You Were Sleeping, Suspicious Partner... they combine physical and dialogue comedy really really well. From Now On, Showtime is another good recent drama.

I thought the wife was one of the strongest, most loyal and mature leads ever. That doesn't mean she's invincible, but she made very good decisions and was absolutely believable as a character.
waaaaa how am I going to survive this break? I'm glad it's not over but I'm really going to miss waiting for eps every week... Season 1 was awesome. Jang Sung Kyu, the PDs, and the VJs managed to make every episode educational and hilariously entertaining. Love them allll
neither of them are tippy-top exemplary actors (imo) so we can jot that down. one is a lot worse than the other.…
when you commented on Yoona's acting, which dramas did you use as reference? K2? Her character didn't have much to do, anyway. Also, that drama is six years old, so I think I'll be looking forward to both Big Mouth and this one with more anticipation - hopefully, her acting has improved.
You are the first person I've ever heard say this. People usually complain that he always plays a genius, too-good-to-be-true…
He was far from soft in Pinocchio and While You Were Sleeping... sure he was dorky but he wasn't naive or stupid. He was silly at home and in front of his loved ones but he was a professional in court. And Pinocchio was so angsty.
Kwon Soo Hyun described “Café Minamdang” as a comma, explaining, “‘I think ‘Café Minamdang’ is a comma-like drama that can give you a break in these difficult times. I hope many people can breathe and rest together.”
If he's telling the truth, this is going to be a nice From Now on, Showtime! replacement :)
INAR was my first drama and I really really loved it. This one just frustrates me, honestly.
Confession: I never thought anyone could get close to Yoo Seung Ho as ML for this but Connor Leong did a really good job portraying the cold-on-the-outside but very boyish, dorky, innocent personality. He was the only one who actually impressed me in the whole show. Got sick of it midway and decided to drop. The science team wasn't even very funny- they removed most of the point of the plot by changing up the SML's storyline. The Ri El character was on screen for way too long. I also missed my English-speaking dumbass and his sweet buddy from the research team.
This remake, IMO, lacks the emotional intensity and top-notch comedy of the original. It feels forced, and they seem to try to explain all the character developments and reasons for why the ML and FL are the way they are. INAR was much more subtle, you actually had to pay attention to the body language and actions. Here, it's more of spoon-feeding because they have such long discussions about the ML's psychology. I already felt bad for ML in the original because he had to cope with so many new things, but they insult him way too much in this one. At least SML had a jealousy excuse in INAR. These people are just plain mean at times. I felt that both ML and FL needed and relied on each other in INAR. Here, FL is more of his adviser and counsellor. I made the mistake of rewatching INAR while I was still watching ARITOO - completely lost interest in the remake after that.
Can someone recommend kdramas which end with the leads married with kid(s)? I can't remember any, just SWDBS... Oh My Venus was almost, but I don't remember seeing any others.
Watch it for the comedy, not the action/spy genre. If you're looking for action and espionage, there are a lot of better dramas out there to satisfy you. This is more of a light and fun comedy, and i truly enjoyed the whole thing. I also liked the way they handled grief due to the loss of loved ones. The leads didn't move on immediately, but they became pillars of support for each other. It's an understated, subtle romance.
The main highlight of the show is a spy handling twin children, so if you dont want to watch that, dont bother watching the drama. The kids and So ji Sub have hilariously adorable chemistry. I could watch them all day.
This drama has one of the best endings ever. Just loved the long shot with the entire production crew waving goodbye to the viewers... literally brought happy tears to my eyes
