Has it been something outstanding or innovative so far? Definitely not. Do I enjoy it? Definitely yes!

It gives cute vibes, both FL and ML have the most beautiful smiles and are nice to look at, their acting is also quite good. Pacing is nice so far and 8 episodes give me hope it’s not going to be dragged like a lot of kdramas with filler episodes full of advertisements.

I’ve been in a huge kdrama slump recently and this one gives me hope to be that lightweight comfort kdrama of this summer that I was waiting for.

MDL is unreliable with its ratings when the drama is still airing. I recall a recent big hit Chinese drama The Double - I started watching when it was 7.9, it ended up with 8.9 rating 😅 Some people watch one episode and rate the whole drama which is not relevant at all. There are also haters which will just come here to downvote without even watching.

I got this moment of realization that it was XY who was toxic towards XL and made their relationship doomed from the start.

I stopped counting how many times they showed us the scene when she said that letting him into her dreams would be worse than death. Each time was like another arrow into my heart 🥲 There is a small part of me believing that if she would never have said those words, their story could’ve end up in entirely different way 🥲

The meaning of POISONOUS love bugs hits different then. He was „poisoned” willingly with this love meanwhile she never consciously let him into her dreams. She ended up dreaming about him anyway but when it was too late.

I’m still a little bit angry that she would never be really aware of all the stuff he’s done for her. Sigh.

I stopped at ep11 some time ago and just can’t make myself to watch next episodes. I need some motivation 😅

Yes, same here! For me both XL and TSJ love XY equally, it’s just the different type of love. Both of them are able to give her a good life and companionship. For me this drama is all about the choices the characters make and the consequences they’re facing afterwards.

I get CX’s character and I have some sympathy for him but he’s extremely selfish. He doesn’t really care about XY and what she wants from life. He’d like to take her away from the world, to just have her for himself. That’s not really love, that’s obsession. There is love between them, but he’s been always a brother, not a companion material for her.
