When CX said to the great emperor can you really entrust XY to a weak man like Jing i was like 😮 then when…
The emperor understands TSJ better than a lot of people watching this drama 😅
Calling a man who’s willingly refusing to continue the cycle of violence, when having all the power to revenge without any consequence, a weak person, means you don’t really understand the human nature, I think.
The scene with CX and CFL where CX was bad talking Jing and calling him weak and incompetent when he has been…
I was like „who’s gonna tell him?” 🤣 CX thinking he’s the sly fox here when in fact he’s been supported by „weak” TSJ the whole time without even knowing 🤣
Character wise, CX always felt more human and relatable. It was just a matter of time before he reached his breaking…
She’s been always seeing him as her brother, I would also subconsciously push away even the slightest thoughts of him being in love with me. Ew. I know that they’re practically the cousins, but emotionally it’s just… nope. She’s never seen him as a man in a romantic way.
Am disappointed in the battle of Tu bros. Like huh... quite tasteless n seriously before even fighting Jing is…
Unfortunately, it was TSJ's decision to not treat his old wounds (e.g. XY wanted to help with his leg but he refused). Let's add that he was treating his own body like a sh*t for a while now, not mentioning he was already at least a half weaker after being imprisoned and tortured by TSH.
He was also weaker than TSH when it comes to combat from the childhood (that's what I recall from one of this scenes showing them as kids). He was more into mind and artsy stuff, TSH was the "sporty" one. Sooo, I wasn't that surprised he was defeated that easily.
But I can agree this scene could've been done better. It felt like there was something missing.
I was wondering if it wasn't what the director wanted to show up, the noticeable imbalance between them and how unfair of TSH was to ask for a "fair fight" after all he's done and how he tricked TSJ into this fight. BUT still. I expected something better from this scene.
There are no winners or losers in this XL - XY - TSJ love triangle 🥲
(The only loser will be CX, unfortunately, because of many of his decisions, taken one after another)
XL gets the most beautiful memories and (even if short) journey with XY and the ending he was wishing for but he’s losing the opportunity to live a happy life with her. XY gets the life she’s been dreaming of with TSJ but loses her soulmate - XL. TSJ gets the life of with XY but loses irreversibly a part of her at the moment XL dies.
All they’re getting are the consequences of their own decisions. I’m getting ready for the most bittersweet ending among all dramas I’ve ever watched.
YES, you are so right, KC (Karate Chop) Grandpa! 🧓🏻🥋It's not important whether him or CX likes Jing or…
Grandpa is totally the MVP of those last episodes. He’s spreading facts about TSJ and understands XY the best but I’m not delusional to believe people who don’t like TSJ will finally understand the essence of his character and their relationship with XY 😅
Can anyone suggest some thriller, adventure, and martial arts Chinese drama?? Even it does not contain romance…
Joy of Life (S1 & S2 available, S3 in works), Word of Honor, The Blood of Youth, Mysterious Case of Lotus Book. This week will be the new drama airing, Dashing Youth. It’s a prequel for The Blood of Youth and I can’t wait!

There is nothing more sexy than power and influence for this guy 🤣

Edit: Oh, you meant Fenglong, not FL as female lead!
