Have watched enough dramas to guess what this big secret could have been.

I did like the beginning when the FL first slaps her cheating bf then the other woman. I'm fed up seeing women blame the other woman more than their cheating partner. Your hubby/bf has made promises to be loyal and he is the one who chooses to cheat, he is not some puppy who innocently ran after someone or got trapped by someone.
Hopefully the acting will be good.

Edit: dropped at the 10min mark, the acting is quite bad.

Such fans don't realize they're actually doing more harm than good to their favorite. Let your fav actor know when he doesn't act well or works in a bad drama. I have dropped dramas of my favs when it's bad.
This is why producers hire famous actors knowing fans will watch no matter what and claim it's amazing.

Gave up wile watching the 6th episode. The FL has been a single mom for around 4 years and has taken care of her son very well. The ML appears and suddenly she can't make proper breakfast. He has issues with what she feeds her son, how she takes him to school. This is not cute or romantic where the father starts questioning her upbringing every step of the way.

In real life, such incidents will help the man's lawyer to prove in court that the rich dad should get the custody. But the drama is aimed at young audience so this is romantic and the ML's way to show how much he loves his son.

Tori was good as usual, I'm not a fan of the acting style displayed by the actress though.

ML's female friend barges in and tells the FL to leave claiming their worlds are quite different now. FL who was already having doubts runs away but the ML doesn't try much to find her and make things clear. Then he takes his own sweet time to write a letter to the FL trying to show how much she means to him.
I just didn't feel the love when at last the ML decides, oh I need the FL and proposes to her while she keeps staring at him with love in her eyes.

And in many such cases we're told that the FL improved later on but I can't keep waiting for the miracle to happen. Not asking for perfect leads from ep1 but like u wrote, it's rare to find normal FLs.

If I had made a list of dramas I've dropped coz of bad FLs this one would be added to it. I don't have the time to watch any more episodes hoping she'll improve. My patience ran out in 3 episodes.

I love the trust producers have on us viewers. They know many will watch no matter how bad it is while the company laughs its way to the bank. I've dropped many bad dramas but never something within the first 5 minutes.

I stopped watching lakorns coz I could only find disgusting toxic characters. But I occasionally visit the drama pages on MDL to have a good laugh at them.
I'm very sure there are countless people young and old who seriously watch them and find all this very romantic LOL

On epi 3 and I see no reason why 2 young boys are so desperate for her.
Also why do all these noona romances always show that the FL doesn't clean her home whereas dramas with an older man romance always shows an impeccable bachelor.

The ML is a 40 year old actor who lives with his gf so he isn't some virgin waiting for true love. He hides this gf from the world, at last the girl walks out. He wakes up dreaming that the gf is back in his bed but it was just a dream.
Later in the day he is already flirting with a young girl who is part of the crew. Making her sit on his lap so that she can do his makeup coz very conveniently she can't sit on the chair coz of her dress.

The writing is so flimsy. Drunk leads spend the night together, FL doesn't even bother to take the morning after pill or go to a doctor. The genre 'comedy' is apt. In the last episode another actor makes the FL sit on his lap to do his makeup, she readily sits and the ML rushes to separate them.

Thai drama writers and their target audience live in an entirely different world where such things are romantic or cute and not disgustingly creepy or stupid.

I really want to carry on watching this drama but I'm on the 15th episode, the ML refuses to tell the FL anything why he wanted to keep her captive, he doesn't answer any of her questions. No wonder she escapes, wants nothing to do with him and the moment Shao helps her remember things she trusts him.
I'm fed up of stories where men decide if the woman is fit enough to know details, keep their partner in the dark claiming it was for her own good. And upon knowing the secrets the woman in question will stupidly feel guilty and beg for forgiveness.

The ML is a good man but I'm on the 8th epi and in most of the scenes the FL keeps going for the procedures on her own. The ML sits at his desk praying, waiting for her messages but can't bother to take even a half day break from work while his wife is going through all the pain. At times it feels she is a single mom.

If the drama can show us a gay couple and the troubles they face, they could have easily shown the lead couple at least think about adoption. Instead of spending so much money and making the FL go through it all, it would have been amazing if they would adopt a child and give him/her a happy family. But maybe their target audience is quite narrow minded and wouldn't accept such a story?

I totally agree with you. It's his personal issue that he doesn't want to kiss onscreen but then he shouldn't take up romantic roles. Wonder if the industry and audience would accept if an actress would put up such demands.

MDL should specify when a drama is meant for 10yr olds so that I don't waste my time with the 1st epi itself.

Sean and Char are good actors, their age difference doesn't bother me coz the FL doesn't behave like a child.
FL is a matchmaker and has paired him up with another girl, he too likes the girl cooking for him etc. but this doesn't stop the FL from going close to the ML, he too never maintains a distance. Is this supposed to be romantic?

The track of the FL pretending to be the ML's wife for a mission is something I never like. If the guy can ask the FL to pose as his wife, then he can do it with some other girl in the future as well, citing that this time the FL doesn't meet the conditions needed.

Such dramas are meant for young girls who find all it lovely or those who can't understand if a scene is supposed to be sad or funny hence the loud background music and silly sound effects. I'm only watching it for the actors coz they've done a good job.

Had to drop the moment the FL spoke. I cannot handle these baby voiced FLs.

Same here, and she is the only reason why I haven't been able to even start watching, I keep postponing it...

A random girl is thrown in to make the FL jealous so the ML promises never to have concubines, well good luck with that.
The ML keeps secrets from the FL knowing she doesn't like it. She misunderstands him as is obvious. His bodyguard blames her for being selfish, I'm like did you expect her to be a mind reader.
FL feels guilty for not blindly trusting him, who cares if her husband didn't trust her with his plans, she isn't fit enough to be able to understand politics and worldly matters even though she has proven how smart she is.
ML goes missing while she is pregnant, tries to act strong but still needs the ML to save her ass. Happy ending lol

MDL could actually start a new section on all dramas where users can put up timestamps, it helps a lot
