Finally was able to watch this drama today (eps 1-5). Lately, I felt like i was drifting away from kdramas (well i should say asian drama in general). I tried watching Queen of tear but it just wasn't my cup of tea so I dropped it after like 4 eps. Today I decided to give this drama a try bcs of all the tiktoks, and man I am glad I watched it. Such a refreshing fun cute bubbly drama even tho there is a feeling of suspense and sadness.

I'll be waiting for the S2.

Apparently, IQIYI changed the status to "Coming soon". Don't know what the status was before but some people are exited about it so I guess that means something.

don't know. just came across a tiktok about it yesterday. didn't even know they filmed a drama together.

As much as I want this drama too air soon, I don't want it right now. Because Lin Yi has two dramas airing right now, and I just found out that he has a drama with Esther which is going to air soon. I think people will be tired, or, I should say, not really too excited to see the same actor's dramas back to back or even at around the same time with four different actresses. I could be completely wrong, but the rating is probably not going to be as good due to it. Plus, he and Esther already have a big fanbase because of the show they were on, or maybe even are still on together. Rating competition might not be as fair, and I am also scared that, just like Dylan and Esther's shippers, Lin Yi and Esther's shippers might bash her as well.

right? i've watched couple more eps and i didn't like it. the makeup aged her and it didn't suit her at all. the makeup with the hairstyle looked hella outdated.

I don't know, i personally think with the makeup she becomes arrogant.

I know this is just after watching the first 2 eps but i have too ask why is her personality changing with the amount of makeup she has on her face? not sure if i like it.

is there gonna be season 2? it was really good but needed some more eps to show what her uncle has been doing. cause at the end of ep 8, it seemed like he had fighting of his own somewhere.

My gosh, the bed scene in ep 33 has a brief shot that I have NEVER scene in the history of my c-drama watching.

I don't think it's hate to love. it didn't seem so, i think they were just not attracted to each other first.

I've read somewhere that Wu Lei is no longer accepting drama roles. instead he is going to be focusing on movies. is that true? I too would love to see her act opposite of him in a good romance drama. I feel like movie would be too short for me to see them act together. it won't be enough for me 😀.

I'm being honest here. I love her, and I truly think she is one of the most underrated actresses in the c-entertainment industry. With that being said, in my opinion, the reason she doesn't get cast often, especially in period dramas, is that she is not "feminine and soft enough" for the casting directors. My girl dresses and behaves like a carefree high school student, which I really like about her. I just hope that when Fox Spirit Matchmaker starts airing, she can prove to them that she can do any type of drama, especially period dramas, and that she can look beautiful and soft.

So I'm watching ep 4 and I'm just gonna throw a name, Joo Seok Hoon. What if he turns out to be the murderer?

My guess is that maybe because there are more than one camera and people around them watching, and consistently reminding them they are filming. Plus, everyone has a type and can't just fall in love with anyone .

just watched the first 2 eps. Is this drama a Korean version of Kyo Kara Ore wa!!? Cause it is almost the same. If so, I am definitely going to enjoy watching it. Hopefully it gets subbed soon.

ok, i'm on ep 5 and not sure what just happened. In the beginning, FL was telling the other girl that she is not into him and stuff. But, the very next scene is main leads' wedding and it looks like they're about to kiss. Is the version i'm watching missing a plot r two? i thought they might mention something about fake marriage but it seems it is not the case.

I watched the anime and just watched this one. The only complaint I have is that I wish it was a bit longer. It felt rushed and seemed like it was missing some important parts of the story. But I gotta say the rescue was just...Amazing. I can't find a better word to describe how good it was. Both the ML and FL are just beautiful people. especially ML looked sooo good with blond long hair. I kinda wish to see him with long blond hair like that again :). Both did a great job, tho.

Don't wanna be a party pooper here but i feel like most Chinese drama take forever to air. I hope this is not true for this drama if the line up is actually confirmed. Because, I REALLY want to see Shen Yue and Lin Yi in a good romance drama as soon as possible.
