JOL is good too. But like tamaoKun said, if you haven't watched it yet. I'd recommend waiting for season 2 if you don't like cliff hangers and having to wait forever to find out.
Feng Nian and Xu Xiao, these two actors, really like their chemistry, their father-son relationship.
I was wondering why, Han Diaosi and his crew was getting so much screen time towards the end there. And I was wondering why Han Diaosi was so careful and paranoid. I was also wondering if Xu Weixiong was planning to take part in the revenge against Han Daiosi when Zhao Kai has been pestering her the whole time when he was on the other side that killed her mom and plots to kill her brother. The last scene answers my question.
Chen Zhi Bao finally shows up again. Huangman’er looks great in his armor cape suit. He finally gets to dress as a warrior. Since the drama is coming to a close, didn’t expect to see him getting to fight. But we got to see a little of them all fight. It makes sense though since it’s to avenge their mom. Also surprised to see Nangong Pu She. I would have thought they had enough people to help already.
Oh my god, the siblings’ realization that they need to part at the end there is so sad. All Fengnian wants is for them to be able to return home.
I really grew to like the crew that was following Feng Nian on his journey.
So sad we don’t get to see Jiang Ni anymore.
You can tell, that this is like just the first chapter.
And oh yeah towards the end there, I’m surprised by Hong Xi Xiang. ‘Like wth is he doing,’ was what I was thinking.
I guess they never settled on what actor could possibly play this badass emperor since he never showed up. Please have a season 2. We must see him someday.
Also, want a season 2 to find out who the four death guards are. I waited all season for it. And I'm curious to see Hong Shu’s capabilities. She was very daring towards Qing Niao. Still many mysteries to unravel including Pei Nan Wei.
I’d rate it 9.9 stars if I could. 0.1 is reservations for if there is a season 2, and if it’s done well. I usually don’t base a season on a different season. This one is a special case. But also the reservations are for a few things this drama could have done better. And of course, it also deserves the high rating. In my heart, it's a 10.
Will we get a season 2?? 😢😭😩 I really want one but please don't ruin it. Please don't ruin what season 1 has built up. 🙏🙏🙏 And please don't be forever.
