Haoming doesn't have to spend his whole life with Xu Yan's fake parents, yet Xu Yan has taken on the responsibility for his family. Both characters are flawed, but is it really wrong of me to want something better for our girl? I don't hate the male lead, but I can't accept the fact that she has to constantly deal with his mess.

Did you even read the speculations? I'm not just talking about his ex-girlfriend and child, but also the suspicions around Fang Lie possibly killing her sister, and the mother-in-law who knew exactly what was going on behind her back. All of this mess is tied to Haoming, so yes, it's his dirty affair. Don't assume 'affair' only means a romance. I'm not going to put up with this chaos when she's already suffering enough!

What actually breaks my heart is that, why she needs to play a role of a caring step-mother, a good wife and an obedient daughter in law? All her life she took care of everything by herself and now she'll end up in this mess and this Will be her happily ever after!!!!!! No Freaking way... I know it's my wishful thinking but she deserves better. A life where she doesn't need to worry about others, a life where she doesn't need to look back. I refuse to let her carry the dirty baggage of someone else's affair.

I think her elder sister did nothing wrong, it's just her up bringing and sometimes she just can't read the room. I usually skip her scenes if it's not necessary for the plot. The only thing that bothers me is that how could someone can date a person who once confessed to your sister and may I say, Yiming was kinda disappointed to know that Xu Yan got married. I don't know if Qao lin knows about Yiming's feelings or not but Writers should have some relationship principles. They just can't ship anyone to their own accord.

Mhm! I am more invested in this drama than I expected. I can't help myself because I have been waiting for so long. Also I can tell that Haoming only have one Love interest and that is Xu Yan that's why I'm keeping up with my patience and waiting for each episode. Although I don't understand one thing, if he wanted a wife just for the cover up story for his love child; any girl could have agreed to marry him. Someone more naive and equal to his status but he literally chose Xu Yan just opposite of his parents liking. If he wanted to control his wife he could have chose some level headed woman but still he chose her.. I mean WHYYYYY?!!! I have so many questions.

It wasn't one time thing and yes he willingly slept with her. But I can assure you, it won't happen in the drama because it's completely different from the novel. They just have the similar names, that's it. The only Love interest of haoming is Xu Yan. So don't worry about it.

She also likes him and she thought she could let go of him but when he remarried she realised she was wrong. Also in the novel haoming and fang lie had an affair and because of that XU YAN and haoming broke up in the end.

Damn! This drama is keeping me on edge. ATP I don't really care about her sister or family, except Grandma. I don't know what to feel about haoming since the beginning because I knew he's scheming something. Xu Yan lied about her family but atleast she loved him Meanwhile Haoming chose to keep his child and marriage secret even though he was one step ahead of FL. I need to see him on knees after divorce.
