This is a taiwanese drama, therefore they don't need to go through censorship as strict as mainland dramas
Taiwan have their own government so they operate separately. Its the same logic like a korean drama might be popular in the US.. but why would US have the right to censor korean dramas... so a taiwanese drama could be watched in China n be popular there, it doesnt give the right for China to go and censor them.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one that thinks dream of eternity was better >_
Omg yess! That's exactly what I thought too! The emotional connection between the characters lacked A LOT. Like I couldn't even see much connection between Qing Ming and Baini, let alone others. Like Shen Le just barged through monster realm n Qing Ming looks like he doesn't even remember her? They didnt even show flashbacks... and like you said, all they had was a drink together and they're all suddenly close. Its complete BS. Doesnt make sense at all. And the fact that Ci Mu being the "master" is not even mind-blowing. We didnt even get to see Ci Mu's relationship with Qing Ming and Baini, why would we feel the betrayal.. it felt so disconnected. Like we couldn't see what's going on in full picture. So many plot holes too. So i totally fee you!!
The movie was okay. I was very excited when I heard it was coming to Netflix. To be honest, I had been long aware that two movies were going to come out back to back. And I had more hopes for this one. Guo Jingming's adaptation was expected to be bad and when it actually came out, I really really loved it. I even watched it twice. So when I heard this one was coming to Netflix too, I was very excited. However, after watching it, I have to say I am very disappointed. Of course, this is just my opinion but I really didn't like the plot that much. It was quite boring and feel like there wasn't enough time for all the characters to develop. For instance, Shen Le and Qing Ming's relationship felt very one-sided from Shen Le. The only character I could really emotionally connect with was the little red monster. Just 6/10 for me.
Not one of the deleted scenes are gay ,, all of them are either doctor treating patient removing the cop's cloth…
Well sorry, I didn't mean it that way. It's just you know I am coming to this drama for BL so I just meant if the deleted scenes are scenes where the leads are too close that the censorship didn't allow them to happen.
I am planning to watch this but what's all the fuss with MangoTV deleted scenes and stuff... is it like only on Youtube and not on their app or is it on both? I'm so confused. And the deleted scenes, are those like gay moments? Lol
Ep27 was so far the best for me! They were so cute when they were trying to protect one another. WKX left in order to meet YBY who probably found out his identity already. And A Xu was so worried that he intercepted first so that he could 'try' to fight off YBY knowing that they were not his competitors. And both of them would take turns saying what if they couldn't stop YBY! Is this what brothers do for one another... someone tell me... and A Xu b like "if you wanna kill him, kill both of us" I want a brother like too.....
Omg, did you guys see the deleted scene from ep.27??
it wasn't that deleted... it still happened... they just didn't directly show zzh laying his shoulder on gj... but when they zoomed out, u can clearly see zzh was on his shoulders!! i literally died seeing that scene!!!!!
Mirror : twin cities will be released later in 2021. It has released a trailer already and the production process…
I think it's just trying to avoid other huge IPs or traffic dramas... The Long Ballad was postponed too (originally it was in Feb) I think they're avoiding Shan He Ling in my opinion... the first BL of 2021, it will definitely grab a lot of attention
Really liking this so far! Hou ye and shiyi niang r so cute!! The chemistry is definitely there but I'm so NOT ready for all the drama and traps waiting for her. Qiao Lianfeng... Madame Xu... hope hou ye won't be wavered by bs and trust shiyi niang!!
mid eps: okay, give it some more time
ep 68: ok wasted my time :)
