Excellent comment, I agree with you wholeheartedly! He is a fantastic actor and he should not be cancelled for…
Propofol is used in anesthesia. as a recreational drug, it is used to feel relaxed and well rested. I don´t know where anyone is coming from how it is perfectly legal and not a big deal. it is legal to use under medical supervision (aka sedation or assisted death if used with other drugs).
The side affects are decreased consciousness, anxiety, hallucinations and lack of memory. Take an example of someone who had a bit of that and then did a crime and said they had no memory of it which is perfectly legit. Also the dosage is really important and one could easily overdose with propofol.
While yes, marihuana is debatable because it is legal (or partly legal) in some countries, as a citizen of South Korea he should know the punishment that awaits him. yet, I don´t really think using Propofol should be waved off as not a big deal.
I just hope that they are gonna show us the scenes where they are supporting each other through the thin and thick because those were just so amazing. omg, I can´t stress enough how much I cried about the fact that everyone needs their Gu Yun to their Chang Geng in life.
if this is gonna air I ´m gonna doubt whether I am still alive or in some afterlife where someone has finally rewarded me for life on Earth.
He is not cancel,he did nothing wrong, nor against the law or something illegal,it was just haters magnifying it,making…
thanks for the explanation. I am glad to hear that it wasn´t that big. I haven´t seen him in anything so far, but considering that he is in Immortality, one of the most anticipated dramas, I know the name and the face.
glad to hear that he is fairing well, hope the waters are gonna calm down. he is still young so hopefully he can shake the scandal off quite quickly.
someone cast him in a british period drama because I´d die to see him succeed anyway and boy just looks so good in anything historical (modern included ok, but I'm biased)
listen, I love cdramas but the so-called cancelling scandals are just ridiculous
I think Mr Ji might be another distraction to make us confused and the killer is someone else, because I also…
killing people! people! but cats?! the man can drive a car, a yacht, is good at maths and surely is good at shooting without training his aiming at cats?!
I still haven´t watched the episode (pateintly waiting) but I am happy that there is someone else who actually…
thinking about all this,, this drama is starting to annoy me with subplots. you have pointed out some really good things. just look at how many things were started and never concluded (because I kind of think that unless they really want to turn the plot into a whole multi-dimensial plot they will have to leave things out).
for some reason I thought that Sua´s mum might have know about cheating because she told her husband "you? you are so obvious" or something about those lines. I also have a feeling she married him for status rather than love. but who knows, I have been convinced by comments on here that she probably has no idea. all in all, I don´t know how judgy I can be about her character. again, I think she is just a result of her environment. she probably grew up to marry well, be a good mother (and her token is her own daughter) and climb the social ladder be it with the help of her husband or her daughter. pathetic for some but for many that is a way of their life. I do occasionally see her trying. it´s not like she is completely evil. it´s just that she seriously has nothing else to do :D. I kinda admire Sua for her determination and intelligence. she just took a couple of wrong decision due to not being mature enough to work with her emotions. I mean, it was overdone for the drama, probably. but who of us was an emotional whizz as a teen? I really felt for her (I just blame the dumb plot because they really made the two of them look pathetic when chasing after the Math teacher, but trying to imagine her situation in real life, I have nothing but sympathy for her).
I have more beef with Sun-Jae´s dad, he is just pathetic. I get it, his wife is not exactly a lamb. it has to be hard to live with someone who is over-controlling, over-bearing, over-everything, but like it takes two to tango. they have two children together, you don´t need a degree in psychology to see that there are things that are wrong with the way she copes with things. I get that you can´t just pack a person and push them into a car and take them to therapy and yelling to get help doesn´t help, but like talking? communicating? while it is not his responsibility to take care of her as she is an adult, at least he could have cared about his sons? never had he even visited or offered help. he said two words about the programme and then moved on....? at least she cares in her miserable, suffocating way.
Sua appeared in the episode 11 when they were applauding Geonho. she was sitting in the class safe and sound.…
oh you are definitely right. I mean she had a massive breakdown and then boom, she is back all bright eyed and bushy tailed.
but let´s be honest here, writing in here is not the strongest :D. I liked ep 11 due to all the cuteness but it seems like the writer/s don´t know what to do with the side stories anymore. it´s a total mess.
have they taken a bit of a too big of a bite? unless they are gonna do some wonderful reveal on the killer, we all know who that is since like episode 3 and if they indeed introduce someone else as a killer, will it even make sense? will they actually make it logical? Jesus, at least I hope they will resolve it before ep 16.
I still haven´t watched the episode (pateintly waiting) but I am happy that there is someone else who actually…
EXACTLY!!! I loved her in It´s okay not to be okay. she was awesome. I see why they are always casting her as a psychopath but gosh the elegance, the class. I am a little in love.
also her character in here, let me just cry about how much I would love to dive into how desperate I think she must be. she is hanging there in thin air. in one of the episodes, her old classmate, said she was always the best, had to be the best, marry the best man, get the best career etc. there had to be a lot of pressure in her life to succeed as a woman, mother, lawyer. she is obviously under a lot of immense stress and I think whatever she is doing is not only that people "don´t judge her" and think "imperfectly" of her but also because she genuinely loves her sons. it´s just when you are growing up hearing that failing is a no-no, actually failing in your life is hard to cope with.
the whole family needs a therapy. but damn, I wouldn´t mind watching their storyline instead of that killer´s
Ack I was super invested in this drama throughout but somehow today, going through the 12th episode (I stopped…

I agree with you about Danji. Girl is supportive, cool, kind, caring and fun. She is not jealous one bit about the two knights fighting over Hae-e which is a rare sign in a friend. also her mum is meh at least to say, but she is still friends with the daughter of her mum´s nemesis (at least in the first episodes). she is also never bitter about the fact that she didn´t get into the All Care programme and still supports her friends. love her to bits.
wait, aren´t the two cases (the human murders and the cats ones connected?)

I still haven´t watched the episode (pateintly waiting) but I am happy that there is someone else who actually likes Sun Jae´s mum. she is an interesting and complex character and the actress is phenomenal!
She does look much too old for this role though. Even though I'm quite enjoying the story, it irritates me that…
I wasn´t talking about the actress´s acting, what I meant by "acting" were the actions that she was taking, the way she was behaving. acted in sense of doing things.

we don´t have to pretend anything. counting her age according the the flashback where she was let´s say at least 20 and Hae-e is at least 18-19, she should be in her late 30s, possibly early 40s according to the drama.
she is not acting or pretending to be hype and young. she is acting like a 40-year old. she has a business to run, a kid to take care of and she is the carer of her brother. she is acting cute and all that since she had never had a previous relationship. she is excited, a bit childish and awkward but their relationship has many aspects.
I´m sure there is an age difference everyone is aware of but it must be let´s say about 5 years considering that when the two of them met in that flashback she was in a national handball team (not sure about handball but I have googled that you can enter the national football team after the age of 18) and he was a university student soon to graduate.
Maybe they can air it as 2 versions, one for national & full version Internationally. Hope they air it sometime…
it´s hard to be hopeful after literal YEARS of waiting (this drama was finished in 2020) but there is always this little speck of hope because more drama are getting a green light these days than before.
so we might just be lucky and this one can slip through the fingers.
I just think there must be more than just BL why they are keeping this behind the gates. everyone who has read the original source will tell you it is really not BL-heavy. there is something fishy going on.
