No because not every kdrama needs a happy ending it’s how reality works mate cuz sometimes we all need the sadness
I'm sad that I didn't feel sad at the ending. For me, it's because the characters are very one-dimensional. So it's not easy to forge a connection with them to care enough at the end. Again, just my feeling even though the show is just a fun ride overall.
I think that's the problem with the series. It lacked a lot of depth. lol Good ideas, but shallow result thanks to poor execution. Story-wise, that is. Technical-wise, it was well-done.
For anyone else who also read the webtoon, do you think perhaps the story is better suited for that format rather than a TV series?
At the same time, I feel a more direct adaptation of the webtoon (even if it will still have some problems) would've been more cohesive, especially relating to the ending.
I can understand why pepople didn't like the ending, but i did. The whole show was building up a critique of the…
The idea of the ending was fine, but I think they could've done a lot more in the previous episodes to build up to that moment better. After reading the webtoon, I think it does a better job with that. And the tweaks the drama made to the story hurt more than it helped.
I wonder why only 4 eps and not 6 like part 1. "the glory", "decoy" and "island" have this same format but they…
It was probably always meant to be 10 episodes. But TVING wanting to split the season, it made more sense to end the first part with the episode 6 cliffhanger rather than episode 5.
Really, who -wouldn't- go crazy having to deal with the whining and shallowness and stupidity of the others 24/7 in addition to having to fight octopus aliens? lol
Can someone tell me if the webtoon explains more stuff and if it does please spoil it🙏 also wtf happened to…
The webtoon in general is a bit more character driven. So the ending, which has some differences in the drama, makes much more sense. But also the rest of the webtoon plays out differently, so thats part of why the ending has differences.
I recommend reading the webtoon. It's actually short and a quick read.
He is a really versatile actor. Ive seen him in Sweet Home, Voice 4 and Duty After School. All different characters, but he's so good. Especially in Voice 4.
Season 3 means there's hope for a return of MADAM LIM right! I loved the episodes she was in season 1 and story…
They'll probably keep Madam Lim coming back with no resolution as long as Taxi Driver has more seasons. If they plan on a season 4, for example, the may have her pop up on season 3. But not end her story yet. Kind of like a fun running story for the duration of the series.
Ep 16 - Finale, the One Year Later Part: Understand that there is some reason Do Gi did not want to go back to…
I would assume there's something in their past. But I don't think it would be as simple as they were formerly in a relationship. That might be part of it. But they would probably add a bit more depth with that.
Also, I would love to see this spin off of Taxi Driver...
A prequel series focusing on Kim So Yeon as the original Driver and basically chronicling the origin story of Mr. Jang and Rainbow Taxi would be amazing. Maybe something to bridge the gap between seasons 2 and 3.

Considering how the rest of them act on the daily, Yoo Jung and Co.'s worries had merit.
