Look at the viewing calendar - on ep 48 - it has tears and knives, so maybe FJM does die in the end. HaiShi is pregnant and will carry/look after their child.

During the JC revolt, since FJM doesn't want to undo the Baixi thing, doesn't that mean that he will die (if he's not already die.)
I saw a scene where Haishi and the person in the carriage approach a cliff and presumably 'jump' down.

Amen. Yet, we know that HaiShi is stubbornly obsessed with him. At this point, she should make the hard choice and totally have nothing to do with him - there's no redeeming quality in her Shifufu. I know that sounds harsh but have some dignity, girl.

You have a point. That is so true and i wonder how the FL can even believe what the ML says after the wedding nite - everyday is a political plan - all this manipulation from one person cannot lead to trust. I get that the FL has a long crush on her Shifu but it is totally unhealthy. It is also destructive.

Agree with you wholeheartedly. It's so much like an obsession - yet i know there's only 7 days left - after which i will be left with an emptiness. That was the way i felt with The Long Ballad - but at least that had a happy ending.
