This is the most charming I’ve seen ZLH in a drama. The knowledgeable yet kinda dorky character really works for him.

Did not expect to enjoy this drama so much. Some of the storylines are so funny and all the characters are so endearing.

The editing is all over the place. I think they cut a huge chunk of the show so the flow and the storyline is a mess. Wang Anyu is adorable though.

For me it’s the editing. If you’re taking a year for post production, the least you could do is give me trailers and promotional clips with smoother editing.

The clips and trailers coming from this drama feels so incomplete imo. Makes me kinda nervous. Praying to Buddha that the director and post production crew knows what they’re doing.

I’m not saying he’s a victim of anyone. If anything, he’s just another young actor in an industry that values connections and money. But it would explain why he’s behaving the way he is. Resentment and jealousy at others. In his mindset, when he benefits from the system, it’s justified but when others do, it’s not fair.

Can’t say because I don’t know these actors personally. But it’s probably a combo of resentment and jealousy. If you’re an upcoming actor and competing with other young actors for roles/ opportunities, but you see them having it easier because of connections and backers, you’d be kinda upset. The entertainment industry is all about who you know and how much money is behind you, so it’s easy to become jaded and angry if you don’t have strong backers/support.

Yall need to wait for Tencent to announce the official release date. Don’t trust fake news from Twitter and then get upset when it’s not true.

Zhou Ye is going to single handedly revive 80s fashion when this airs. Every outfit is iconic and so stylish.

He's an important character so I don't think they will be able to cut his scenes without impacting the overall story. And he didn't do anything illegal so it's not like he's canceled for tax evasion. Most likely he's done as an actor moving foward. Sad because he's a pretty good actor so I hope he gets a chance at redemption, but a young actor going against a whole industry is not going to end well.

So Li Mingde (the actor who plays Cheng Lisu) got kicked out of his new project. He accused the crew and Ma TianYu (the actor who plays Xiao Jing) of being unprofessional, stealing the lead role, and just basically calling out the entertainment industry. While doing all this, he also made a comment about Zhang Kangle (the actor who plays Chu Zao) of being backed by capital so he's getting all these resources. A lot of back and forth from him and the studio/crew. Netizens are getting involved because they see him as a working man fighting against a big corporation. It's a lot and it's getting so much attention online. I just can't believe 3 actors from this one show is involved in this mess.
