xuehua

I'm actually aware about their longtime friendship since I watched livestreams from events which Lulu attends 🤭 and tbh before I never knew I needed a drama of them together until I watched them here. This is my 2nd drama of his, the last I watched was Hi Venus with Liang Jie. He is so far Lulu's only ML who matched her promotions.

Unfortunately a brand photoshoot as a cp is not likely. Bai Lu attained her brand ambassadorship in De Beers because of Northward's popularity and not through Feud.

I agree with what you said, to add to that, in Feud there's been a much more heavy focus on Dao which is usually the foundational element of a xianxia genre, they went more in-depth with such hence for international fans it could be quite hard to grasp. Chinese watchers on the other hand ended up loving this drama a lot more, because of this and how reflective it is of their culture and traditions. I've been reading lots of analysis and posts from domestic watchers and was able to understand a few things here thanks to their post.

Right, she deserves to get a good break. I doubt she'd take in guest roles, we can only anticipate her socmed updates by then 🥹

exactly! the price doubles, I'm proud of her too.

Even though I badly wanted another Lulu drama to air for the latter half of the year, that exact thoughts also crossed my mind. I'd rather wait to have more dramas of her to watch next year. I've already been in a slump in 2024, I don't think I can survive a year with just one Lulu drama 🤭

I thought I could afford the chantecaille blush which Lulu endorsed recently, I checked on taobao but as soon as I converted the price to my country's currency, I was shocked at how expensive it was 🤭 she's really bagging all the luxurious brands these days so happy for her 🤍

I hope that's confirmed

yes, I saw too but I won't be surprised if there'd be changes no high rating last long here especially for cdramas these days

This is actually not unusual in this site. If there are no other users downrating the drama in its initial episodes then you'd likely get this high rating but overtime the ratings will gradually fall as MDL also has a system that balances the ratings with the number of watchers. 9.2 rating only came from 7 users so it's too early to tell. I enjoyed watching the 1st episode and I am hoping the plot doesn't disappoint all throughout.

The cinematography somewhat reminds me of ARRTI, Always home and Go Ahead. It's giving nostalgic mood.

I'm anticipating the next eps so much

They are both so visually good-looking. The costumes and styling suits them a lot here. I have never seen Shunxi with white hair but he looks so good in it. Hoping they'd have future interactions too 🥺

I think we're going through the same thing because while I was watching ofl, our divorced parents are at the back of my mind 😂 so I visited this page again, tempted to rewatch but I told myself I will only rewatch this before year ends so I have something left to 'rewatch'. You're strong, you managed to rewatch oao🤭

I love how we are both rewatching ofl 😆 dilu helping us get through! now you mentioned FAE, I suddenly feel like rewatching OAO too 🥹

I'm trying to watch the princess gambit and also rewatching OFL 🤭 how about you?

Great analysis and I agree with you. This is also one of the reasons why I loved the mortal realm. Others might think it was just the usual mortal realm tribulation that the characters need to go through but you pointed out the exact depth of those scenes. Meng Chi's character also symbolizes something in this story.

so happy for Feud team 🩵

Happy to know that they'll be collaborating for the third time, loved their pairing since Love & Bid Farewell (though I didn't like Yan Zi Xian's character there). Hope the script for this doesn't disappoint.

The teaser looks interesting, I am excited for this.
