I usually don't mind if it's a slow pace romance since am a sucker for slow burn tropes as long as it is executed well, but considering what you said about only sticking around for already investing so much time on this drama seems like it would be something I will eventually end up dropping even if I start, so thank you for taking the time to reply 🫶

thinking about starting this today but wondering if the 120+ episodes are worth it, the last kdrama I watched that had 100 episode was once again, so wanted to ask how is the plot so far? is it good?

indeed, he did a great job portraying Shen Hui Zhao and I adore his smile and pouts when he was jealous. Same! I want him to pair up with Ke Ying again, their chemistry is so lovely 😊🩵

I never expected there would be a day where I would see Shen Yurong being a softie and down bad for his wifey 🤭

I had enough of neo suffering too but I feel like it won't hit close to how much ZYZ made us suffer in pain when he died 💔 the ending is still vivid on my mind 😭 which is why I haven't been rewatching FOF, I still find it hard. You are a strong soldier! I can never survive without watching dramas 🥺

it's the same for me, her shangguan qian remains unforgettable even when i'm watching her new drama Perfect Match it's hard to not picture her as SGQ😂....for real she has a heart of stone, omg so that means she will be heartless here then 🥺, I just hope not too heartless to the point I would dislike her character. I get you 😂 like we got the intimate bathtub/water scene between her and GSJ but it wasn't enough to romance, SGQ said "I'm a strong independent woman who needs no man"

From what I know LBFAD has gained significant global recognition which is why Netflix decided to acquire its streaming rights hence it is on Netflix and so far most likely the only ; might also be the last iQiyi drama on that platform, as for Perfect Match it is not under iQiyi but Mango TV, they seemed to have a recent partnership with Netflix.

All the couples in this drama really have great chemistry, would love to see these pairings work on another project together but this time having their own respective dramas where it only revolves around them. I wouldn't mind watching a modern romance drama for them.

I hope so too, but sighs iQiyi dramas are being limited only to their platform these days.

iQiyi doesn't have partnership with Netflix that is why most iQiyi dramas aren't on Netflix. The only way MM can be brought to Netflix platform is if Netflix itself acquires its streaming rights similarly to what they did with LBFAD.

meanwhile I thought they were less than 10, no wonder I was able to feel that the others were familiar but can't pinpoint exactly where I have seen them. Interesting how so much of them are here. Your effort is appreciated for this 🩵
