I passed this one by several times thinking it was not for me, but after 2 episodes I was hooked and marathoner it . I like the team work and the personal things they all have to work out just a good drama for drama fans strongly recommend it

I so agree with you the best sub ever on that site , watching Happy noodle was a joy. Vikki claimed it was subbed but it was so partially done could not understand anything.

I totally agree with you I did not like him before the scandal and now can't like the drama because of him. He always put me off as much as I loved Family honor I still did not like him. There is just something not right about the vibe I get from him in any drama.

Oh I hated that step mother wanted to shake her a lot and wanted to pass those scenes as well. You are right it is very addicting your comments lead me to try these and it is nice to watch. I find when I wanted to pass those scenes I could not because it made me like Saran more, and hate her stepmom more.actors do their job when we hate or love them.

I so agree with you most of these dramas make you wonder why they wanted to be king , they were weak and had no say so the court literally made all decisions and they just affixed the seal. And yes they had horrible personalities and most were womanizer so history says. I think a drama with a new twist would be great but I guess we can't change history or could good writers make it at least more interesting. Just saying

If someone could help I feel this is the same story as Kings Face but from different angle with the story about the artisan, but the king and princess seem to be the same and the storyline as well am I right or wrong?

I watched this drama for the same reason , I could watch Kim Bum butter toast for 16 hours and be happy so this was 16 hours we'll spend . But if your not his fan then yes you could find a more entertaining drama.

I disagree a 30 year old actor should know how to do a good on screen kiss. In dramas I find that directors are the problem they let those things go ,but people watching notice kissing scenes and chemistry between couples. In this one even the married lady can't kiss. They are actors and on screen kisses are normal and can be done tastefully and convincingly.

I respect your opinion, but would like to say this is a good drama history is not always the way we might like it but it is informative and very enlightening. For me it was a good drama and I would recommend it to anyone as a should try. It is not useless by any means and it took time for a lot of people to put this together. While we are all entitled to our opinions a respect for the people who did their best would be nice. Just saying.

I agree with you PCE in what you said these moms are portrayed in the worse way and not in one but most dramas, which leads me to believe that it is a cultural attitude. One I don't care for like you I am tired of it. Not judging a race but it seems Asian writers do that or it's what they see in their culture and write about it.

Is it me or is this hate to a different degree? I find in Asian dramas there is a lot of concentration on the hate revenge angle, it might be just my perception but when they hate in these dramas they hate, and revenge man the levels they go to I have never seen before. Can someone explain if this is normal or just exaggerated in the Asian dramas? And the two older leads in this drama can really act.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I respect yours, but in my opinion this drama was better than a lot of historical sites and Ji Sung proved he can act in a period drama which I once doubted. Overall it could have been written a little better but it was interesting enough to keep me watching.

Can someone tell me in what episode the Priesttess died?

I would like to ask a couple of drama fans who are a little more knowledgeable in historical dramas then I am. Why is it that all villains in these drama feel wronged and never admit to any wrong doing? Why in these dramas or in this time period was the only way to settle anything by killing or assignations? If anyone has a clue would really appreciate the input. Thanks
