Kinda agree that the pilot episode lacked a bit of the angst and the energy, and picked up a bit with episode 2. And I think the second case is also a lot more interesting, since the first one was kind of predictable? And the Nana Hwang character annoyed me a little, since the acting's too cheesy. Lol. Love Lee Junki and Moon Chaewon though! Just hope their storyline picks up, too. Not necessarily looking for a love line, but probably the intro to their personal lives were not just unnecessary blabber and would later on be brought up as important parts of the plot. The songs are really nice though! Especially the ending song of episode 2. Looking forward to next week's episodes! :)

Excited to watch another Liu Shishi wuxia! Though I liked Bu Bu JIng Xin, Liu Shishi's Sound of the Desert…
@Shi I had a haaard time getting over Wei Wuji!!!! The drama haunted me for how many days. T_T I also wish it could have been eddie, though I haven't watched any William Chen dramas yet. I miss Eddie Peng altogether, I guess he'd want his next small screen project to be at least as good as Sound of the Desert but it must be hard to do that because it was just too perfect! ;~~;

Excited to watch another Liu Shishi wuxia! Though I liked Bu Bu JIng Xin, Liu Shishi's Sound of the Desert will aaaaaaalways be my favorite. That triggers LIu Shishi x Eddie Peng thoughts and I really wish I could see them again together in a new project. ;____; Hopefully in a modern drama/movie. For the meantime, I'll have to give this drama a try! She looked gorgeous in the trailer. Hope this one's good. <3

I just realized both the actors for Yuwen Yue and Yan Xun played Bu Bu Jing Xin's 14th prince. :)))

The synopsis of this drama doesn't sound too exciting, but by reading all these impressions it truly seems…
I've watched lotssssss of dramas in a span of 10 years and while this has nothing new to put on the table, it's one of the most refreshing dramas I've watched. Probably has the same feel-good vibe with Weightlifting Fairy, only that our main leads are adults here *wink wink* and a lot more honest and straightforward. :)

I feel like I'm reading my own thoughts while I was reading your review, most especially the rewatch part! Hahahahaha. Always been a habit to watch the new episodes each week at least twice, now I'm rewatching it back to episode 1. :)))

(I'm going around leaving comments just because I couldn't let go of this show just yet hahaha)

Title Fight for My Way Spoiler
This is one of the few dramas which should have been at least 2 episodes longer, not because I'm crazy over it (well, I am tho lol) but I think the story needed it. They patched everything up in the last episode, it kind of lost its charm from the organic pace and growth of characters. Nevertheless, I still loved it. A looooot. Now here comes the separation anxiety. /sobs

it's funny how everyone's complaining how boring this was, but at the end of the drama, you'll see how everything was intentionally boring. :))))) i enjoyed it a lot though. <3

Title Fight for My Way Spoiler
The stupid tears I cried in episode 15 was almost the same ugly sob I had when Kim Shin pulled the sword himself. T______________T (told ya there'd be spoilers, lol)

While I really wished Aera would stop it with the ultimatum, I guess it was reasonable from her point of view. This is aside from the fact that she has always been so protective of him ever since. She saw him bleed his eye out, she saw him go hysterical when he lost his hearing, and she saw him sleep his depression off during the period he couldn't hear. I guess if you saw someone you love go through that, you'd swear on your life not to let him go through that again. So she was desperate to pull off every trick just so she could stop him.

In addition, all that happened when they were together. The fight happened under her watch. For Aera, it might have felt like nothing in her life goes right. Nothing happened to Dongman when they were just friends, then all of a sudden, he had to go through the hardest time of his life when they were together. The insecurities might have eaten her up, especially when it already involves the person she loves. If this was the case though, I hope she'd realize that Dongman got hurt when they started dating officially because it was the only time that he actually tried. And we all can't disregard the fact that Dongman quit his tick-exterminating job and started dreaming again because Aera believed in him and she inspired him when Aera herself started reaching for her dreams. And this is why it is extra painful for Dongman to see the very person who got him going finally leave. For good.

(bawls out again. I didn't know I was ///this/// invested emotionally until now hahaha ;___;)

Dang, gotta give a shout to my main man Park Seojun. HE DOES HIS THING SO WELL!! I can't even see him as Seojun anymore. Whenever I stalk him on Instagram, I'd just go "Dongman, Dongmaaaaaan." Lol. I like Kim Jiwon too, though I would appreciate it if a tear actually fell hehe.

Now how do I cope with the thought that only one episode is left.............

Fight for My Way has always been my antidote to stress but good god Episode 14 stressed the crap out of me. Though I'm feeling hopeful that it won't be that much of an issue since FFMW always had controversial scenes as cliffhangers which would eventually turn out to be not a problem at all. Y'all remember that bed scene episode-ender, right? Lol.

But anyway, here's to hoping that it would just be a temporary side effect, since we're too late into the series anyway for such conflict to arise. I mean, drama gods, don't do it please???? T_T

I actually went through all sorts of password recovery just so I could log in here and comment. I'm on to…
The first time I watched Lin Geng Xin was in Bu Bu Jing Xin as the 14th Prince and he had a kind character there, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw him and Zhao Liying together in a drama. And he looks so much better now! He was bald in Bu Bu Jing Xin and I think I prefer his long thick hair a lot more. Hahahahaha

Yes, yes!!! Her eyebrows were the first thing that left an impression on me. I was watching it out of curiosity and I was like "why are her eyebrows like that..." hahahahaaha then it's either it got better a few episodes after, or I just got used to it. :)))

I'm on to Episode 7 and I'm loving how this show is so cryptic yet easy to follow. The pace of the show feels natural, how the relationship between Xing'er and Yue is progressing, not forced but not dragging either.

I have nothing but praises for this show, really. Can't wait to see where the subsequent episodes lead me into.

Plus, I've been following Zhao Liying for a while now, and I have to say this is her best portrayal so far. I got so used to her clumsy bubbly roles, and I'm quite surprised how her strong and fierce character in Princess Agents suits her so much. Bye to her bushy straight eyebrows, too! :))

love the theme song by Miwa. Great acting! Oguri Shun is so hot! Ishihara looks so cute here! and she kind of…
Ishihara in this series very much reminded me of Lee Minjung though. And I love them both. <3

It looks so damn good. I unexpectedly spilled sad tears just by the end of the first episode. I really hope it doesn't go downhill.

DO really likes weird characters, doesn't he? :))

I was quite hesitant whether I'd watch this or not because it was a melodrama and it had the 1 Litre of Tears feels to it but I ended up watching it anyway because Miura Haruma and Tabe Mikako is my game right now, lol. It's not that great if you were expecting a lot from a melodrama (like mindblowing plot twists) but I guess it's one of the few I really appreciate because it was realistic. And even though it was a melodrama, it had enough share of fluff which I found refreshing and entertaining. Overall, I think it's worth the watch. :)
