I watch this drama because I am a huge fan of Mike He. The start of this drama I really enjoy. The story was different and it seem more of a mystery type of story. Yes, it is a fantasy and with a cute romance. Special affects are added and the story tries to explain each character. I was only disappointed in the last few episode of the story were the lead male character is suppose to be a leader in the underworld but could not do anything to the evil villain. That made no sense to me when thru all the previous episode everyone was scare of him and the power he possessed. The lead female character disappointed me because she acted so strong with naïve and innocence but smart. Yet when the evil characters came face to face with her she acted like a dog with her tail between the legs and scare. Even when her friend was being torture she just stood there and did nothing when she had one strength in her and that was the evil villain was in love with her. The ending was so so and did not totally satisfied me. But over all I let you all decide because there are some good scenes in it. Call It "The Liar And Her Lover"
I really like Kris Fan as an actor and as an actor I believe he did a good job in this drama, but it is to bad that the story line of this drama is so bad. The 1st thing I could not stand is the lead female character with a whinny and baby like voice. She was suppose to be a fighter and look strong but she could not make it work. I could not stand that she kept saying she love him but betrayed him. I feel that this drama should have been call "The Liar And Her Lover, There was so many lies told I wonder if this drama was real. There were so many good characters in this story and they could have made a great story about women MAA fighters but this love story was stupid to me. I could not believe the love story when I could not believe in the female character. I am being nice with the rating because I really like all the other characters in this drama. The lawyer and his romance became my favorite, He made it sincere for his love of Lin Wen. Lin Wen was also much more of a strong fighter and much more mature. Wei Wei kept calling herself the love expert but new nothing about love has she even had a boyfriend. Ly YunZhu made her character believable as a fighter but I was not convince of her love for brother Zhixiao, I wanted her to fight harder for his love. This drama was so much about not trusting your own family members or the person you are in love with that the ending was unsatisfactory. I blame this on the scrip mostly I believe the actors did their best in their performance.Was this review helpful to you?
Different But Good
A different kind of story and romance. I like the story and very dramatic way the lead male and female show the love for each other. The competition of the bow and arrow was very important to them. The strict rules and the way they have to move is amazing. All about honor and respect. The romance is also very dramatic and the story of Mikami personal life is very dysfunctional. I have seen many of these actors before and they are very good. They did not let me down in this movie the performance is great.Was this review helpful to you?
Must Watch, Best This Year
Great drama, great story, Great acting and directing. One of my favorite this year. No annoying old girlfriend who think that the ML belongs to her. Parents who tried to interfered in the relationship but these characters are adults and handle it very well. Both female leads were great. they were strong and independent, with their own careers and knew what they wanted. The second couple was my favorite they seem their relationship was very realistic of 2 people. The chemistry was great with both couples. No, Thank You! For A 2nd Season
Disappointed is my word on this drama. It is a short drama and the story could be good. The writer could not make up what plot he wanted to used so he used all of them. There was so much confusion and so many skip in scenes that I wonder if I was coming or going. There is some comedy and the lead female talks a lot to herself about the future and her acting career. We know who the lead female is but Her acting as a drama queen was over rated. I could not understand when the scene was her showing sincerity or plan that she read the script which we barely saw. There is no romance in this drama. The characters have no chemistry. There are so many prince in this drama that you wonder why they are worry of becoming the emperor. Non of them are really related or I should said that we are never told of their relationship. We mostly know about the "Su Family" sisters and a little about the family. To me the writer and director did not help the actors in the their performance. I believe the actors tried their best but I could just bare through with 26 episode because each episode was 10 minutes long. The ending was terrible and give us hope for a second season. Not As Bad As I Thought
I found the story line a little cheesy but I really liked all the characters. I liked both leads in this drama and even the 2nd and 3 lead. There are so many characters that I could not find one not to liked. The main female lead was great strong minded and independent and did not let anyone put her down or make her step back. The main male lead is funny, cute and supportive and was very loving. The second lead male was very much the character I thought would be obsessive but realized that he would be happy if the girl he love was happy even with someone else. There was some medical error that the writer did not research to make it correct. The twist about the evil guy with the drugs was to mafia for me. That part of the story could have been better especially that he only wanted to hurt one person. I also liked that there were no parents against the couples, since these are adults and no love triangle. I believe that the actors did a great job in their performance. There were some thrills and some disappointment in the filming of some action scenes but overall I liked itWas this review helpful to you?
Do Not Waist Your Time.
I found this drama slow and boring. I found that I was more interested in what was happening in 2015 then in 2007. The male lead is a typical cute boy who bullies the female lead because he likes her but won't tell her. The female lead is the usual shy, naïve girl that does not do anything bad but always gets in trouble. The female lead annoy me because I felt that half the time she was space out, and as cold and stiff as a light pole. When they said she was crying I could not see it or feel it because it look so fake and her eye did not even seem wet. I could not understand the relationship with her parents. Yes, they were strict but they seem as they had no feelings for her. What happen to motherly love. Especially she is their only child. Her house seem more as a detention center then her family house. The principal seem as he was constipated, that is the look he constantly gave. The man could never crack a smile. Maybe he needed to fart. The army sergeant had more understanding of the kids and was more relatable to the kids then the principal. The story did not make sense and I thought the back and forth was worthless. The script writer especially needed to read his own scrip and make it work and the director also needed help.Was this review helpful to you?

I felt in love with this drama. At first I thought it was going to be about 4 wild and arrogant men. But the ladies' in this drama win it all. I love how strong and confident they show us front of everyone but they also show us how weak and soft they are inside. These 4 men who are insecure about love but start to fall for these strong women who help them as they go thru life ups and down. It shows that women can be beautiful, smart and still be a leader and can be soft toward love. The lessons these man are put through to understanding women and how to love them is great in this drama. I have not seen a great drama like this in a long time to show what women stand up now and their independence. The tittle might give you an Idea that it is all about men but it is more how men can learn to know what women want now and how to love them. The actors performance was great and the chemistry between the characters was great. Very realistic that absorbs you into the drama and you fall in love with it. A Great Fantasy
A great drama to watch. It is full off fantasy and great special affect. There is 3 good couples that are in the lead characters. The story line was well written and makes you mesmerizes from episodes to episodes. There is not much romance but the special affect are great. The cast is great , their performance made you believe in each character. I love the theme of humanity toward people and animals. The drama also has the subject of friendship and trusting one another. There is plenty of funny scenes that keeps a smile on you as you watch. The music is nice and the scene were they are on the road and they start playing made up instruments is great. The female in the drama are all strong and I like how they are treated equal as the male lead. A must drama to watch. A Realistic View
I find this story very sad. The emprises has no say in her marriage to the emperor. He is gay and does not touch a women but send his men to sleep with her because he needs an heir. She has no say in the emperors order and summits to his request. She falls for the first guard and he falls for her after he has been sleeping with the emperor. The emperor get jealous because he is in love with the guard. the emperor jealousy ends his rain on the kingdoms. It is a realistic view of what the past could have been. Even dough this was a short drama, I can not indorse it. The FL was annoying and in some scene she talks so fast you barely know what she is talking about. The writer made this character to be a strong girl but they should have done better with her speaking parts. She falls in love with a game idol that looks like the same as the boyfriend who just cheated on her. Come on. Who falls for a 3 demission game character that looks like your ex-boyfriend, especially when you are mad with the ex-boyfriend for cheating. The girl who is obsess with the boss (FL ex-boyfriend) is also a ridicules character. Her acting is terrible and if she really liked him she could have done better to show it. (Bad writing scrip character) The other 2 employees were just characters to used as gossiper because they never did any work. The ML was over acting in some scenes and could have used better words (Could have used a better script). Could not understand what was he the boss of, an APP game or video game. The best characters was the boss brother that you new from the time his character was introduce what was his roll. It took me an hour and a half to watch all 15 episodes and with the terrible ending it became more disappointed.Was this review helpful to you?
Need Work !
First thing the visual affect were terrible in this drama. I like the lead actress but her character was not a favorite. She seem strong and smart and then she seem submissive to everything. Every problem she just let it happen with no fighting back. The ML was cute and act first he was a royal with conviction but then he became a fool. The chemistry was cute and adorable but did not understand the story line with her always getting in to trouble or someone trying to kill her, and everyone believe FL did all the wrong doing but later was found innocent. after so many times no one question it. The story made no sense in many episode and it did not need to be so long. It seem as the writer try to stretch every situation to make the story longer but it did not work. it became boring. So many characters that made no sense in the story . So many bad guise you wonder who is the "BADEST". Many scene were cut short which lead to more confusion. It would try to be a comedy and it did not seem funny. I prefer the story about the ML and FL and not add so many complication. The brother to his majesty was cute and kind why make him a bad guide instead of keeping him as a loving brother and supportive to the king.Was this review helpful to you?
Short and Cute
I like the drama because the male lead seem dedicated and sincere to the female lead and she already had a bad relationship and he understood since he also had a bad relationship. Her friend was a different story, At first her friend seem selfish and not a true friend. Later she realize what she was like and how the male lead friend really liked her. She was kind a wild. One Of The Best Drama I Have Seen
Best drama I have seen. The characters are wonderful especially the leading character. The female character leads you with strength and smarts and keeps up with every twist of the story. The lead character played by Bai Jing Ting ( he is such a good actor)tries to be protective but listen to the lead character and start to help find a solution. Both take us to every minute of the drama biting your nails and you cannot leave your chair. As they take a bus ride you are on the bus with them threw every adventure. A must see if you like mystery and suspense. If you like to solve puzzles, this is a drama for you. It Is Worth Watching
This to me is the best performance by Luo Zheng. I found it cute and funny and I could actually see his feelings in this performance. The chemistry was so good between him and her, the leads. I love Rain Lu. I seen several of her dramas and she give such a great performance. She is bubbly and sweet and gives sincerity to her characters. I loved this drama. Yes, their are a few cliché but the story is worth watching. It start of very funny and I really liked his grandfather telling him to take care of her. The little brother is annoying and I found him to obsess with the older brother. I loved the cousin who cares for his siblings and goes against his parents on their wrong doing. Him and the lawyer made a cute couple and had lots of chemistry. I thought both couples made a great match for each other in this drama and made the story enjoyable.Was this review helpful to you?
