Just Amazing Drama
Joseph Zeng has not disappointed me yet in any of his drama. This drama is great, one of the best this year. The chemistry Joseph Zeng bring with the lead female character is amazing. The way the story brings them together and starts the romance between each other. The drama has so much romance, mystery and twist and turns. It is a drama that kept me on my toes waiting for each episodes. The drama has a great story and the direction was magnificent. From the start the drama grabs you from the first episode and keep you hanging with a smile on your face with the romance between the leads. Great drama.Was this review helpful to you?
Amazing
A story about a man and a woman who are friends since they were young. The man realizes that he is in love with the woman at a young age. The woman denies her love for him and is afraid she would loose his friendship so she keeps their relationship as a friendship. The silence and dialogue make all the emotion between both characters. The acting performance of these actors makes the story realistic and sincere. The twist that happens makes a very good ending. This is a short drama but it impacts your feelings through all 4 episodes. A great drama to see, especially on a rainy day.Was this review helpful to you?
Hard Topic
I like this drama but I feel the writer should have research the topic of depression and anxiety more then what he put in this story. I disagreed with the writer in many aspect. They made the male lead look like he could have not been able to do anything without his sister . That he felt that he did not deserved love. Many of us who have had a tough childhood know that what we are looking for is love in this life and go day by day trying to survive. Especially when we did not get it from our parents. They talk about suicide but the toughest thing for someone that commits' suicide is failing at it. Because we have to figure out how to live again. I am glad that it is a conversation for young people especially. I did like the drama and the actor were great in their performance.Was this review helpful to you?
Simple Funny Story
A comic look of an every day life of an average common marriage in a common family and a regular neighborhood. The female is very strong and dominant wife and a young man who is just happy to be in a relationship and a family. He is in love with her and happy to complete his mission that his family made with the arrange marriage. Like any young married couple who fake that they are married, they start the marriage with the wife is not happy and treats him terrible but he sticks to it and protects her. Around the middle she finally start falling in love with her. Typical story. I did think it was to long. Especially with the push and pull game that writers always do to a couple. Not To Bad For A Short Story
A cute short romance drama with cute characters. An idol who needs a room mate and the young woman that needs a cheap place to stay. The relation is develop for both these characters and the other characters they meet. As a romance appears and question are ask of themselves I really enjoy how the story went along. It is a short drama with just 4 episode and you which that would be more but if you want to watch something that is quick, then take a look at this. You will enjoy it. I Will Let You Decide.
I could not wait to watch this drama. I am a big fan of Kamishiraishi Mone. I always like her acting even when she is a little naïve. She always stand up and is very determine and strong about her character. I did feel that in some scenes she over reacted in her performance. The ML was cute and nice and kind but I hated when they could not be straight forward with each other as they were friends or lovers. They told each other that one of the things they like about each other was they can be themselves and talk frankly. It seem the writer forgot he put that line in the scrip. I did not like the ending and the last 2 episodes left me very dissatisfied. I let you be the judge of that. The actors performance was good and especially the boss Horai Reiko , who was going to be her sister in law. Her cold face made her a great boss that scare anyone away.Was this review helpful to you?
Not Bad for A Short Drama
This drama has a very interesting story plot. That is why I started to watch it. It is a short drama so it won't take a lot of your time. I thought the actors did a pretty good job in their performance. There was some over acting. Some of the special affect was not great but over all I likes it. I enjoy romance drama and especially when we do not get these fake kiss and lover's who don't even touch. If you are going to act, then act and make us believe in the feelings you are portraying. Enjoy The Music
It was a very predictable drama, but it was enjoyable. I loved the music. I like how we get to know each character in the band and the Female Lead. Even as the FL has so much problems, I like how she stay strong and positive. It must be hard to portrait 2 characters but she made it believable. The ML seem very harsh and unfriendly but very caring for does around him. I could not feel real chemistry between the ML and the FL. They were suppose to be in love but to me it was more of friendship then 2 people in love. I find very interesting how the writer throws every idea he can think of. It is like throwing everything even the kitchen sink. But the guys in the band were fun and made the drama more believable. Not Worth 34 Episodes
First this drama is to long it could of cut 10 episodes. The FL not only make everyone uncomfortable but could she have acted a little more grown up. We know she is trying to be naïve and innocent but she was annoying and I felt I was watching a 12 year old girl. The ML as stern as he acts, I kept wondering why he would fall in love with such an immature girl. There are some romantic scene but it could not convince me of any chemistry between them until the last 3 episodes. She seem in her own world with no care in the world but what was on her mind. Considering she was at the castle and she did what ever she want, acted like a brat and no fear that she could be punish. (not realistic) I love how she was missing and her parents did not worried until much later in the episodes. Even in the last episode were they try to fix everything in the last 15 minutes she still acts immature and like a child. Director give better direction to this actress. The story was not worth 34 episodes. I could say I only like the ML and supporting ML acting. They seem serious about there characters.Was this review helpful to you?
Do Not Waste Your Time.
This is a typical drama of how I am going to make the FL suffer thru all the episodes. It has everything. The angry CEO who get her pregnant on a one night deal. I carry the child and took care of it but rich, CEO ML comes along and take the child away. The mother in law that hates the FL. 2 obsess character, one is a ex-girlfriend that the ML did not love but used and the other is his angry brother who hates him and now is going to take away the FL for revenge. The ex-lover dad who abandon the mother and the ML CEO and that is why his mom is so mean and angry. The FL parents who kick her out for getting pregnant and decided to have the baby. After all this the FL runs away and she is pregnant again, she is found and then just before it all ends she is ill, about to lose the baby or her life. A decision the ML has to make. After all that everyone is forgiven and a happy ending. I m hot that forgiving of a person! Not also saying that there are so many other characters who make this story unbelievable. It reminded me of the old American soap opera. If you want to put yourself thru misery of 34 episodes this is your drama. I just felt I wasted my time.Was this review helpful to you?
Not Impress
I am not a gamer so this drama did not excited me as "GO GO SQUID' or "LOVE 020". It did not have the story as does drama and in some instant it seem as the writer was copying some of the scenes. The ML is a wonderful actor but the FL left me with a sour in my mouth. I could not get the chemistry between them. I could tell she was not playing the game and her acting gives it away that she does not know how to play, and she seem out of it or not wanting to be in the scene. Many scenes she seem stupid. At the beginning you get the idea that she is tough and knows all about the games and is suppose to be a great gamer. Her character fissile out once she join the team. The love affair that she had with the ex-boyfriend did not seem real. Great Cast But Disappointed
I enjoy the beginning of the drama, even as the ML goes thru the amnesia and becomes a character that he portrait. The idea that the FL falls for him just because he is the Tutor and treats her like a princess was to far fetch for me. She was in love with him before he had amnesia. The character of the FL is at first treated as a kind and true to herself, righteous person. Then you says yes, when she is offer a mansion and treated as a princess, leaving a beloved little sister behind and alone. The FL keeps telling the Tutor that he has to act like the modern world but she keeps him treating her like a princess (very Confusing). We all new that when The male lead would get his memory back that he would not remember her as a princess because they kept bringing it up. The truth is that you would not have forgotten the few month of activity as your memory comes back. This drama is full of cliché but I was hoping that with such good actors it would not have disappointed me. It could have been shorter. To make us wait a hole week to get the last 2 episodes of the same thing we have seen thru out the drama was even more upsetting. I thought they must be giving us more of the story after they finally marry but we were a fool to wait for nothing. Surprisingly Good
I loved this movie. I found the female character so refreshing. Even as her parents kept her lock up because they were rich and would not let her learn about the world she was strong, smart and very logical. She ran away from the Filipino and went to Korea to meet stranger who gave her a job and a place to stay. I love the romance and the chemistry between the lead characters. The story takes an interesting turn but I like the lead male character realizing what is important in life. I also like the parents giving her a chance after she ran away. I really enjoy it. Same Story Line As "You Are My Destiny"
It is a cute story but it is the same story line as "You Are My Destiny". The lead actors are good and their chemistry was not bad. The other characters do keep me intrigue also. So many other drama are base in this same story line. There are so many version from different country's. I felt entertained until the last few episodes. The story linger for so long that it becomes boring. I was not happy with the ending because to me it was not finalized. This could have been a shorter drama. the message that it was sending was also very interesting. She is so in love and is patient waiting for his love, But there is a point that us girl said enough is enough and we don't wait anymore even if we are still in love. I really related to that. I still find it cute and I really liked the lead characters and the rest of the characters in the drama. Confusing
It was a confusing Movie. Hate love kind of things. Both characters were dysfunctional because of previous relationship. The female lead had more dysfunctional behaviors because of her also social issues that she had been put thru. While they were drunk they liked each other but when then the next morning came it seem like different people because of hiding there true feelings. There co workers did not help or his friends. The ending left me confuse and wondering. The actors did a great job but the story was just not funny. I found it sad and not enjoyable.Was this review helpful to you?
