to the people expecting this to be a full melodrama sageuk like my dearest, the red sleeve etc, have u not read…
"if this was like x and y, it would be better." but this isn't supposed to be like x or y, it's not a sequel, it's not a prequel, it's not a spin-off or based on any other show, it is its own drama with its own characters and style 😭 yes some shows have similarities that can be considered "good" but just because a show lacks that or protrays it a different way, doesn't automatically mean it is worse than. it's its own show, you either watch it for what it is, or you will continue comparing forever and never be satisfied unlike with that ONE good show you really like. for example, I really liked 100 days my prince, i consider it one of my top (i've rewatched it many times already), but i will never ever be like, "oh this show didn't do this the same 100 days my prince did, this show is not very good." like c'mon! why even do that 🥲

they have insane chemistry btw, you haters keep barking. They will grow together
i don't agree with your opinion about character being boring (since i obvs enjoyed the show), but ngl, this response goes hard lol. it's a valid criticism on the characters. it's been a criticism for many viewers, you're not the only one.

just drop it for good? 🤷‍♂️why drop a show and pick it back up the very week later it updates new episodes…
I apologize for the misunderstanding. When you said "saw it's not" I just assumed you meant the actual episodes, because in my mind, how can anyone know if the episodes are good or not, if they didn't actually watch it themselves. Because if I haven't watched an episode yet, I often read other people's comments too just to see how it's going so far but I don't actually form any opinion or completely agree with anyone until I have seen the episodes because I never know if what other's say is true or not unless I fact check it myself.

Imo letting other people's preference determine whether you should or should not watch something, rather than your own interest motivating you, is already not a good sign as a watcher. If you genuinely lack actual interest and other people's comments convinced you it's not better, I really recommend dropping for good and go watch something else you might enjoy. Or maybe if you have some little curiosity left, you can put this on hold for now and pick it up later when it is complete. If your interest dwindles in that time and you never pick it back up, it's still a win-win for you ☺️👍

idk people hate this for no reason, most of the, said its boring, but its not boring at all, i always either crying,…
Well, different people have different tastes. Not everyone will like what we like, and we won't like what they like, and ultimately, that is okay. We all exist to have different tastes and that is what is needed in order to produced a variety of shows.

But I think in general if people don't like this, then they should just drop and go watch something else they know they will enjoy, instead of idle around nitpicking on things they already know they will dislike 🤷

No, it's good. But it seems many people didn't read the synopsis and missed the part that this is a body swap/soul…
Then you haven't truly "dropped it" if you're still skipping through. Dropping means stopping a show completely. You're still watching the show, just missing quite a bit of the plot in the meantime.

Of course, I do too sometimes, but if you're gonna judge a show based on how other's judge it (e.g "it's mediocre because others rate it low?"), then it's still better to actually watch the show and know for yourself.

why so low rating? is it mediocre?
No, it's good. But it seems many people didn't read the synopsis and missed the part that this is a body swap/soul exchange story, so when that part happened in the show, people felt whiplash and wasn't into it. I recommend watching the show yourself to give it your own personal judgement on the content, rather than base it off other people's preference.

just drop it for good? 🤷‍♂️why drop a show and pick it back up the very week later it updates new episodes…
right, but that's pretty rare, especially for people who already don't enjoy the content. (this is based on my own experience witnessing many people start a show on a low note, hoping it gets better, but usually by the end they aren't that much differently opinionated compared to the beginning. not to say OP won't find enjoyment, but just saying from too many observations and myself included, it's just super rare to not enjoy beginning, middle, and expect to enjoy ending somehow.)

and just in general, if you don't like majority of the show, the last few episodes being better, doesn't necessarilly mean the overall show was good. that's why there's the rule of thumb that you should give new shows at least 3-6 episodes before you drop it. 3 episodes to see if you are interested, 6 episodes to see if you aren't interested. anything after that is usually just time invested in a show you don't like.

I dropped it at ep 8. So came here to see if it's got better or not, saw it's not. :')
just drop it for good? 🤷‍♂️why drop a show and pick it back up the very week later it updates new episodes again to hope it gets better. why not trust your instinct the first time and just go enjoy something else you might like?

Imo if you haven't liked eps 1-10 thus far, I don't see how watching episodes 11-14 will make you "enjoy" this show anymore than do you do now. You basically miss or dislike 75% of the show, just to hope the remainder 25% is better?

Guys, do they eventually stop swapping roles?
the switching is an integral part of the drama, they will likely switch a couple times more (just my guess. so far they have switched once and then got their own bodies back, but will switch again in ep 9). So don't expect a one time off with the body swap. If this is not something you're interested in, I think it's best to go watch and enjoy something else.

Alright, hear me out — I’m starting to think Dal-I’s aunt, who was also the court lady who served her previously,…
I mean, that's a guess, but we know how thorough and calculative the left minister is. There's no way he has a lacky work for him and have no clue who they are and who their families are. he has to know who it is he's dealing with, otherwise he wouldn't be as powerful as he is. if the masked figure is the aunt, then he would have already known by now Dal's true identity.
I'm not crazy to say the gist of this "plot" already happened in part 1, right? Random girl with superpowers escapes and ends up living with caring farm folk whom she grows somewhat attached. Headaches. Very bad headaches. She is also hunted by individuals with superpowers but no worries, no stakes at all because random girl is the most super powerful of them all and she will beat them effortlessly. The end.

At least part 1 had substance. This one tried to introduce more backstory into who these girls are but it feels more like a filler, the transitional episode that connects the actual main stories? Of course even transitional portions are important but to think THIS is the long awaited part 2. Will there be part 3? 🧐
