Unpopular but not rare. Some fans thought that could be a possible theory, but it can easily be out reasoned. 1, if Kurosawa is aware, means he plans his thoughts wisely. We've seen him say very sincere things. Add in that he knows Adachi can hear his thoughts, now that begs the question how much of his thoughts were actually sincere? 2, if he plans his thoughts wisely, then he's being manipulative and exploiting Adachi's ability. 3, if he's manipulating and exploiting, then he's likely not a very good person. All in all, when it comes down to it, it's much better that Kurosawa doesn't know about it and it makes better sense that way. His ignorance shows his sincerity.

I think they just confused cuz they just came back and now the rating is 8.3. They've been in other comments asking what happened to the rating and other users already explained it's the new algorithm.
