This was such an enjoyable drama that 14 episodes went by like a breeze. Watched it weekly but time went by so fast. I already miss Yumi and her (mis)adventures!
To be honest, until we are dropped into a hellish situation where there is no food, no water, no protection, no…
Nice job drawing a comparison with the "seven sins" among the residents.
Btw for sloth, I think Na Soo Min (the writer's brother) fits the bill. He wanted a share of the apartment so bad for his kids and makes it seem like his sister's a greedy one when she doesn't give in to his "requests".
She's my favorite <3 Although the show made her and Junsik appear like side characters, the way she just enjoyed being there and consoling the other girls and didn't even try to be too competitive, is charming in its own way.
Rewatched it for the first time in 5 years and it's still a gem. More than anything, it resonates personally with me because of how Dong Yi herself was written. This work calls for introspection: to examine our own way of living, and how well we are following our principles and virtues. Dong Yi is such an inspiration. <3
Wow I'm curious how she's friends with Han Hyojoo when they haven't worked together in a project before. She sent Hyojoo coffee truck for Moving filming!
I know that there will definitely be some fiction but is it generally historically accurate?(Please no spoilers)
It is very loosely based on historical facts as not too much was known about/recorded about concubine Sukbin. It's best not to watch this show as historically accurate/documentary.
Looking forward to season 2!
He was annoying (loathsome, even) in Taxi Driver too.

- Hero (film)
- Yumi's Cells Part 2 (drama)
- Little Women (drama)
Can't wait to hear her musical prowess in Hero. <3
The cast of Pirates 2 have such great chemistry/bond. Can't wait to watch the movie!
Also I might stan Kang Haneul after this. He's such a fun person to watch. :)
I loved HHJ and CSB sibling-like relationship. <3
Swoon~
They really missed out on her talent in this show
