I read something in a comment about a scandal related to one of the ML and a quick google has me super confused. So basically, Sean Xiao's fans somehow got a fanfic site banned and then all these people boycotted brands he was working for?? Zero fault of the actor and he is getting screwed over and losing work due to overreactions of his own fans? WTF
Can someone explain to me if I'm missing something because this makes zero sense to me (we don't have web censorship where I'm from). Thanks in advance!

Actually loved this, super cliche but hella endearing. To me, the only flaw is that I wish they had kept the younger teenage actors throughout

Not really surprised as the original was excellent and it seems like all the good dramas get continually remade by other countries in a cycle....but I felt the original was special somehow.

I will be interested to see who they cast, but I do wish they gave this series some space to breathe (not sure if this makes sense hah) before remaking as the original is still v fresh in my mind.

First episode was cringey and I was really not sure about the format but it actually ended up being pretty great. The two main leads actually had chemistry (kinda rare imo in a Kdrama recently!) Solid 8 :)

Actually found this super enjoyable from start to finish. Made me laugh a few times and I got invested in HJJ's chaebol family plotline.

This was actually much better than I expected, having watched other J-dramas from early 2010's. Sure, the FL was annoying to start and ML had a serious temper issue but you know what.... their characters actually both developed and I appreciate that the secrets were found out early on so it wasn't stretched out. Fast pace, interesting plotline and some super cute moments between the leads. Left me smiling

This was actually excellent. A lot of warmth, humour and real chemistry. Started watching with below zero expectations but actually binged the season as it was just that good. I usually dislike the studio hosts on these kinds of variety shows and fast forward but actually they added to the show and made me laugh. 10/10 for me

Started this with zero expectations but ended up being super gripping..sure there were some annoying things (FL's attitude at the start) but legit had me guessing with some good twists, glad I watched!

I don't particularly like kids...started watching this purely bc a friend highly suggested it...and ended up giving it a 10/10 . The most healing thing you can watch, lovely cast, feel good moments and I have to admit I cried a bit at the final episode! Recommend to anyone and everyone
