We only saw Yongpil's back story, we don't even know who dumped who.
I guess you didn't actually read my comment. She literally explained that they all had a meeting, discussed the concept and agreed on the look. The assistant was at that meeting. If she couldn't convince the team that her idea was better then, why should SD entertain her acting out now in front of everyone? If after 4 years she doesn't get how their production works, maybe she shouldn't be working there? She's not the one whose name is on the line but she decided to override everyone else because she thought the scarf looked nice even though they had a meeting and she couldn't defend that choice in the meeting? It just shows she has no regard for her colleagues. If SD decided on the concept on her own and refused any input, what you've said would make sense, but she didn't. She involved all of them, which also shows that she's not a horrible boss. Also, if you're going to resort to personal insults, I will no longer respond. You should be able to say what you have to say about kdramas without insulting people you don't know on the internet. This is my last comment on this. Have a good day.

They had a team meeting. They agreed on the concept and design. She decided on her own that because she liked the scarf, she would put it on the model without approval. Sam Dal said no. She did it again and said she knows better than the person who's name is on the contract. If the client decides it's trash you know who's not getting their name tarnished? An unknown assistant. Also, why would SD need to explain to an assistant who attended the team meeting why a decision she participated in was made? Plus she did explain to her that the scarf did not go with their agreed concept. Maybe you missed that. And again, disagreeing with your boss is not the issue, doing it in public through disobedience is unprofessional. That's not a good or great employee cos there is a time and place for everything. Sam Dal is a photographer, which means her name is attached to every job she takes. If she gave the job to an assistant who is not ready for the responsibility, that would end up ruining her reputation. The assistant was presented as someone who literally copies everything SD does and is very rude and condescending to her colleagues - something SD never did from what her staff says. Nobody liked the assistant even before we knew she was a snake.

You said the assistant was not wrong. Also, questioning your boss and disobeying her in public on a decision you were involved in, is not only petty, it's unprofessional. She was in the meeting when they decided on that scarf, but instead of making a convincing case for her pov, she decided to do whatever she wanted despite FL saying otherwise. And again, she admitted that she did all that because she was upset that FL wasn't crying in a corner over her cheating bf, so she was being insubordinate on purpose to disrupt FL's work.
As for the rest, I don't think SD has blamed anyone but herself for what happened. She raged out at her friends out of frustration and cos of what she overheard. That may not be the best, but it's allowed cos she's been keeping it all in since she arrived. She only wanted them to ask because she was scared they believed the lies.
My biggest problem with SD is that she let that assistant go too easily. I expected that since she's in that world she would have at least one reporter she could talk to, and share her side of the story. That also only works if she's willing to share all of it though, which she clearly isn't cos she's still trying to protect the assistant. The funny thing is that ex-employee thinks she's the best thing since sliced bread but I wonder if she can live up to her own hype. She thinks she's ready simply because she's good at doing what SD plans out, but is she any good at coming up with a plan on her own?
My second issue with SD is that she's always hiding like she's already been found guilty when she didn't do anything wrong. I want her to walk with her head held high and dare anyone to even breathe wrongly in her direction. I expect that from the woman who dumped a bowl of spoiled kimchi on her cheating bf in public.
Her friends are kind of adorable, and fiercely loyal which I appreciate. It's a typical small town meaning everyone is in everyone else's business with very little information or common sense, but they're not malicious, and I like that too.
I'm looking forward to future interactions between her sister and her ex husband cos that's sure to be fun! I wish SD's strategy wasn't also affecting her sisters lives but at least they're understanding. As for the leads, I think there's so much that's been left unspoken between them and so much miscommunication, but that's the beauty of the drama, right?

Idk, the assistant was already sleeping with her bf at that point so I don't think she's the better person in that scenario. She also admitted that she was trying to ruin FL's career but was upset that the cheating bf didn't wreck her. She had a bad attitude and I expect her to have a hard crash to reality soon.
As for her friends, she heard them him say he's happy she failed and that was a horrid thing to say even if he didn't mean it that way. She's allowed to rage once in a while among friends and family cos they won't hold it against her and at that point she hadn't established that they were her "biggest supporters", only that they were glad she was going through the worst moment in her life.
As for her and ML, no one knows the whole story. They only know the half they've been told. From her pov, he dumped her and broke her heart - that's what her sisters know. But everyone in town believes she dumped him for her dreams and wrecked him. We will find out the truth eventually.
What option does he have? She is the only woman he has loved ever since he was a sperm. The FL on other hand loves…
Wasn't he the one who broke up with her? Whatever his reasons, which we haven't seen yet, he dumped her and she has no reason to chase after someone who broke her heart. If anything, him being good to her now will only confuse her cos her feelings will be revived.
Eps 5 and 6 are my favorites so far! I love how effortlessly charming Yeon Woo is especially at work. I'm also enjoying Tae Ha discovering all those pesky feelings. I'm curious who else is going to turn up from the past now.
The only thing I don't care for is the weird stalker. Why does every drama need a weird stalker these days? We already have time travel, contract marriage, roommates, murder mystery etc, we don't need the person in a hoody taking shady pics. Maybe I'm wrong though, and it'll somehow prove to be necessary but right now, I'm not interested in yet another thing.
All in all, I'm really looking forward to next week's episodes!
This lives on the same street as Triage and Manner of Death for me. It's got me wondering about the mystery and the plot as well as the relationship between the leads. I'm really enjoying it so far.
That flash back reminded her that ZZ will do anything her and might ended up in prison/killed.
maybe that's it. but if she's willing to sacrifice anything, including her life for him, she will need to accept that he can do the same for her. I think she's still carrying too much guilt from her past life too and the only person she doesn't feel guilty towards is XW cos she didn't know his story or his real motivation, or his feelings and that's why she's less cautious about handling him (emotionally).
Yes ML and FL are also incompatible cuz ML is loyal but very careful person. while FL will betray anybody and…
I'm not sure which scenes you're referring to. I remember her saying to ZZ that he shouldn't report XW but that was after their encounter with the rebels, and she also figured out that XW was planning to kill ZZ while they were in the mountains. ZZ figured out that XW was tied to the rebels cos he's not stupid and Dingfei let it slip.
Xie Wei getting mad anytime his feelings for Ning bubble up to the surface is hilarious to me. It's not her fault that you're down bad man, stop taking it out on her 😂
I also wonder why Ning is now pulling away from Zhang Zhe after deciding to pursue him knowing the story of their past encounter. It's not like she just realized that he suffered because of her so I'm a little confused as to why she's giving him the cold shoulder now that he has shown he also has feelings for her. It's almost as if she only wanted him as long as she couldn't really have him and now that it could be real, she's running scared. While I still don't believe they're meant for each other, I absolutely adored their walk in the snow together. (And Xie Wei seething in the background)

I don't believe Ning as she is now would ever betray anyone who trusts her. That's literally what got her in the first mess in the previous life. She's been doing her best to avoid making the same mistakes and has learned more about the people around her for that reason. On the other hand, I fully believe Xie Wei would drop anyone who gets in the way of his ultimate goal. He may do it reluctantly and full of heartbreak, but he would do it anyway.
It's so obvious that Zhang Zhe and Xue Ning are incompatible. ZZ is uncompromising and he would eventually resent her and himself if he lets his feelings for her lead him down a path he doesn't believe in. This would in turn make Ning unhappy. I'm not sold on her and Xie Wei either but they at least have more in common than they're ready to admit. Even in the first timeline they were both scheming, deceitful a-holes.
I went into this show not knowing anything and I've binged all 22 eps in a couple of days. Definitely hooked and looking forward to how the rest of the story unfolds.
there are always different angles and views to every scenes in a film.. just because they show you one angle doesn’t…
I said they made it seem like he saw her so yeah, it was angles and cuts. Also, the scene shows him standing there when the captives arrive but in ep 2 they were already there and kneeling when he arrived.
