- Both xianxias about demons; theme of righteousness/good vs bad in humans and demons
- Very good looking leads and beautiful costumes, settings and similar cinematography
- Similar endings (with sacrifice but also ultimately a happy ending)
- Carefree FLs and cold, brooding MLs
- Spoiler: both MLs mess up BIG time in the drama and have to make up for their mistake - tear jerker plot
- No real love triangle (but both male leads like the female lead (FL only likes one of them though and stays faithful/doesn't waver)
- The demons carry something in them that people want
- Amnesia trope in both (but not overdrawn, thankfully)

When you watch both of them together, you only fall in love with this world more! The complexity, the depth of the plot and characters makes this world unforgettable.
A neighbourhood renowned for its multiculturalism. Two different eras, two different sectors, but the cultural town brings them together through the energy of his citizens and professionals who breathe life into the neighbourhood. Their desire (the protagonists) keeps Shinjuku & Shibuya alive and makes history.
These two dramas take place in our era, but the subtlety lies in the specific characteristics of our main characters. One is an alien and the other has psychic powers. Their powers will enliven the daily lives of the other protagonists. With kindness, a touch of strangeness and an impact on our perceptions of society. Sci-fi in the everyday lives of these characters. There is comedy and twists in each episode that make you want to watch them back-to-back.

Both mainleads did a terrific job, both have exceptional chemistry!
You could feel how they longed for each other, which makes for a STEAMY CHEMISTRY that takes your breath away!
The ending was better done (the reunion part by the end) in Mist of Love.
