Communication is key

My heart broke for little Thup :(( the way he was feeling like a complete outsider when King was in the room...pouty and jealous Thup/Pooh will forever have a special place in my heart because who can actually resist that cute face of his? Not even inspector Singha is immune to his charm and does everything to make it up to his baby :3 a scene which i loved btwAnd beware of the jumpscare in this episode because actually made me flinch this time! All in all another beautifully done episode with the perfect mix of comedy, angst, scare and heartfelt moments

God, just skip this horrible episode. It is…

God, just skip this horrible episode. It is just a filler episode that tries to humorously show that Bai Xiao Sheng and Yan Hui are NOT a real couple and have zero chemistry. But the humor is forced and if anything really uncomfortable to watch, given that BXS is a continuously deceitful lying manipulator and a murderer of a huge number of people - including his mother. Nothing much otherwise really happens in this episode.I really hope the show doesn't try to paper over the fact that BXS is a murderer and make him seem like an sympathetic character. That would be disgusting.

Power shifts

The battle is halted and both sides part ways for now. LianYue is chastised by Prince of Longya for not identifying all the young men effected by puppet poison. The Prince does seem to be getting his affairs in order and giving final plans and wishes to those around him. Uncle Zhe has arrived and he has taken the option for power transfer between him and MuYu. He recognizes that neither MuYu or his daughter will alter their plans so he empowers MuYu as much as possible and suggests a quiet life in Na’an clinic when this is all sorted. Changhe has successfully reached 9th level hell palm but learns after the fact there is serious backlash if used. First Prince continues to be an annoying prat but that seems what his role is to be. He isn’t happy that Changhe has a very detailed account of Blood River members and is well aware of what’s been happening. The eunuch gives him a 50/50 chance of being able to kill the first Prince. He is such a cowardly weasel that I don’t think he will be missed, but the powers that be seem to accept he will be on the throne. 😝 I really want another option. He doesn’t need puppet poison, he is already eunuch’s puppet.😝They are preparing for confrontation to finish it and with golden puppet the sides are too close with first prince having the edge. I still find Lianyue’s character lesser since he has returned. I don’t know if that is by design to follow story, but I find myself as disappointed in him as Rabbit is and I am unconvinced by the Prince’s words as she is. I was so hopeful for these two initially, but if this is the extent of his character now, she is better off without him.

Confused but intrigued

Ok, so I am confused, I feel like we jumped right in without properly knowing what was happening, but I am intrigued, like I have so many questions. I think the pace is weird, but I think that is the point, to like keep us confused? I like it, and it has made me want to see more so I guess weird works. Also, like always Force and Book are giving us chemistry and I always love to see Boun.

SCREAMING (for various reasons)

OMG THUP AND SINGHA HAVE MATCHING RINGS!!!! Yeah yeah it's for protection against the supernatural, but let me be delulu (like Thup) and say that they are promise rings. And Singha's face is just so cute when Thup puts them on them. Darin's jealousy really peaked here and I wish that Sey wouldn't provoke him and just go back together... they obviously miss each other a lot and somehow go back to each other. This episode was once again a rollercoaster of emotions and was top tier from start to finish~

Inspector Singha is falling down that rabbit hole real fast

Another week, another phenomenal episode~ Plot : The crime investigation really keeps you hooked and on your toes, making you suspicious of every character in the series. This time you also get a better understanding of SeyDarin's dynamic and their past. Personally i loved the scene where Inspector Singha comforted Thup in the bathroom, showing how much he truly cares for him. And may I also add how much I appreciate Pooh's acting in this series? He already nailed his character "Charlie" in pitbabe, but this time he shows an even bigger range in emotions and expressions. Pavel in a uniform? What I also loved is that eventhough Singha doesn't believe in ghosts and in the supernatural in general, he doesn't dismiss Thup's insight and keeps him in his team as a supernatural consultant. And the end??? Yes Singha let's go show everyone that you are the only who can comfort him and keep him safe

the fact that this BL is keeping the momentum…

the fact that this BL is keeping the momentum going & it is still as good as it was at the start, i am quite impressed. even though i have to admit i've kinda gone off Darin - i don't like his playing hard to get when he knows he isn't ready to let go of Sey, is rubbing me the wrong way. no one can promise that things wont go wrong in a relationship - especially if u don't address sh*t that went wrong the 1st time around. Sey had no reason to apologize, what Darin did was a dick move. he kept pushing him away & then allowing him into his bed - which kept Sey hanging on - hoping that there might come a day that they would be together - but then the day after Darin would again push him away. that was a dick move, as was his trying to get in the face of the new guy that was showing interest in Sey. Sey was justified in getting angry - the fact the "smile" popped-up to prevent Darin from disclosing what he found, is neither here nor there. & now Darin is acting like he is the one that was wronged, just cause he got hurt. yeah - i am totally gone off this side "romance". even though i do like Darin when he isn't around Sey. then he acts normal - **************************************************************************************************************************didn't think we would get any romantic development between the mains - not while Thup was still in statues of witness. but we got some... or rather Singha got some lol. now with King breathing down Thup's neck, i wonder what Singha gonna do. the fact King's trying to stich up Thup, when they have a potential suspect is infuriating. it feels like he just wants to get between Thup & Singha, this is the only way he thought up. but again, maybe it is only about closing the case & helping his father idk - *************************************************************************************************************************************************side note: find it kinda hilarious how everyone has found religion cause of this case.

Trouble incoming in form of King

This episode got me rolling my eyes and wishing i could slap (and even punch) someone through the screen, namely King. He is here to cause trouble and you can sense it from the moment he was seen on screen... Love the tension between Singha and King, and how the former is fiercely protective over Thup to the point of keeping him at home and defending him from King on every occasion, just so that he doesn't end up like the previous witness/suspect. Another wonderful episode with a great plot, pacing and cinematography, and obviously the evolution of ThupSingha's relationship makes me crave for more

PoohPavel are so back!

Finally we are getting PoohPavel back on the big screen and they are having me hooked since the first minute. The first scene immediately sets the vibe for the whole series : mystery, supernatural, investigation and a whole lot of chemistry. Thup, played by our lovely Pooh, is so endearing and makes you want to cuddle him and protect him from the evil of the world. It sucks to be us because Singha, our handsome Pavel, eventhough a bit (a lot) suspicious of Thup and especially about all the supernatural stuff, it's obvious that he has a soft spot for the ghost seeing orphan. Normally I don't like scary/horror series, but i gotta say i'm really invested in this one and can't wait to see what will happen (edit : i already watched all 6 episodes but forgot to type out my notes after each episode).

A good one

The story is *finally* moving forward. There is a work scene with some quadruplets that was so cute and unique to see. The moms of the main leads are so good in this drama so far. Love to see a smitten ML.

Perhaps filler, but fun

The story is staying interesting while they drag out some of the plot. They are really writing Da-rim as accident-prone. It's a bit much honesty because I see her has really competent, but/and it's a good story device for creating sweet moments and some tension.

So far not a fan

There’s too much about the writing and presentation of the story – including performances of both Book and Force – which prevented me from enjoying ep. 1 as well as becoming invested in the series, at least for now. Too much of the important stuff doesn’t add up here. At 17 Botphleng lost all of his memories and only starts regaining glimpses of his past 10 years later. How’s that even a thing? Didn’t he try to do something about it earlier or did he try and failed again and again, for 10 years straight? Botphleng neither seems to have accepted his loss and moved on nor to be stuck in futile attempts to regain what was lost – he’s somewhere in-between, as if he was plucked from that past of 10 years before and dropped into the present, with no time passing for him as a character. Either that or it’s bad writing. And how come no one from Botphleng’s past – no family members, friends nor his "lover" – have played any role in previous attempts of him regaining his memories? Did his memories vanish or did people from his life vanish as well? Or was he somehow separated from them for 10 years? This is mainly about his "lover" (btw: why "lover" and not "boyfriend"?) popping up only after 10 years – if Tan is the real deal, how come he didn’t show up before? How did they lose all contact for 10 years? And why didn’t Botphleng ask Tan about that when he could? Then there are the performances. I was never a fan of ForceBook, as neither of them can act and their performances are usually dull and boring. Here Force – again – tries his "smug but sexy" routine while Book is as helpless as always, with a blank, deadpan face. I’ll stick around for a while to see whether Boun turns out to be a villain or something else happens to get me hooked – otherwise I might drop it.

i get why he hates his brother more the the guy that tried to molest him & yet him letting that dude off is crazy to me. regarding the elder brother where he get the talisman from?!? dose he also recall the other life? & for him this is a chance to have what he didn't then - cause i am pretty sure he had feelings for his younger brother then too, but as he had already started to implement the plan he just pushed through.. or am i reading how he felt, wrong??? hope it gets clearer by the next ep - as it is the last.
