This episode, mostly about the work of an independent foreign aid teacher called Justin, is also a showcase for songwriter Li Da Huzi's Bob Dylan inspired song "Citizens of the World", which is sung several times in the episode, and replaces the hip-hop rap songs hitherto used at the end of episodes.

Karma

Shen Xing helped the police crack down on the casino thugs and free the reporter. But he got implicated, and did not find the expected sweetness alongside Lin Jincui who got targeted by the father of one of her purchases. The police crackdown also destroyed the casino revenue for Uncle Cai, who, after a nightly murder attempt on his life, left for a meditation retreat with the Buddhist temple. Shen Xing, mostly alone in charge of care taking of the compound, was beset by nightmares until one night when he woke up to witness a conflagration.

Bloody Usury

The debt forcing goons have also got into their clutches a young reporter who got escorted out of the casino by Lei Ming and his posse. Shen Xing finds out where he is held and gives Xiao Tian some hope...

Change Fate

With Jason Li taking hold of the Casino business, and Lin Jincui threatened in her own job as manageress of the KFC and the bride selling business, and the cattle and wood roads closed, prospects look bleak for Uncle Cai, who only resource of water supplying is swiftly getting insufficient.

But he also deiscovers the unsavory business of debt-forcing, linked with the harmless sounding business of "stacking chips", where he reunites with another old acquaintance...

Uncle Cai entrusts Shen Xing with a mission : have the fearsome Lin Jincui, manageress of the KTV, sign an agreement with old acquaintance Ming Ge.

Should I Stay or Should I Go ?

Despite having freed his uncle at great cost from the lumberjack slave camp, Shen Xing is in two minds about leaving with his debt not fully paid, his wanted status not yet being cleared, and his work prospects seeming better with his gangland brothers than back in his home country.

Following up on the meat freezing idea, Shen Xing helps investigate for Mr. Cai why Ai Suo suddenly decided to set up the business himself instead of agreeing to share the roads with his gang supplier. This will lead to a power shift in Ai Suo's fief.

Cattle roads

Buddhists respect life, don't they ? They release animals to accrue merits for their souls. Then why do gangster lords Ai Suo and Uncle Cai get involved in meat trafficking and consider turning to freezer units and trucks to smuggle beef meat instead of livestock ?
