Vipers fighting each other and the result is chef's kiss. What better way to defeat your enemies than having them turn against each other

To her, those words spoken by a careless father, of whom I hoped to have a redemption arc, are truly heartbreaking. I can´t even imagine what life as a woman in ancient times must have been like ...

Expected love scene is in the end.... waiting for the next episode...Still amazed by Smarts new look.Blue eyes, do they mean something? Smart has a brown eyes... Interesting...And why is Booms character so eager not to work any longer, at least he lost some inspiration or motivation to work.... why is that? Will Smarts character bring him light or use him later on?1 star again.

Smarts character in series being younger and behaving as more mature than Booms character in series is enigma... Smart is definitely enchanting. Smart seems more mature in life in general than Boom...1 star.

Not recognizing Smart, it was totally new thing to watch... Realizing that Smart is acting made me be glued to TV analyzing him, his change and i was still adjusting to the duo! But acting was a blast and that made me addictive to keep watching...I give 1 🌟 because of his college here...

Heo's Diner Episode 1

Not many people liked the first episode, but it was a different case for me. I feel that it perfectly encapsulates Gyosan's story before he time-travelled and the kind of person he is—someone who strives to break existing rules to make the world a fairer place. It's evident that he was able to be outspoken with his opinions because of his noble birth. When the other characters, like the children, acted comfortably around him, it was they who were scolded instead. I believe this small detail highlights the power imbalance between those of noble lineage and the commoners very effectively.Yi-cheom's character was also a great addition. The actor did a remarkable job portraying the role of a cold-hearted noble who doesn’t believe in equality and values pre-existing traditions over integration. I also appreciate how the creators of the show depict the nature of the relationship between Yi-cheom and Mae-chang, the graceful entertainer. The first episode piqued my interest, and I can’t help but rewatch it, especially that one scene where Yi-cheom confronts Mae-chang after discovering that she was the one who warned Gyosan about his plan.Mae-chang was such a refreshing character to see, and I hope we get to witness more of her development in the future. She is already portrayed as a remarkably strong woman. Her willingness to do good despite the unfair treatment towards gisaengs like her in Joseon is a brilliant plot point.Since Eun-sil's character is just being introduced, it's too early to make a full judgment. However, from the brief screentime, we can tell that her character is another formidable woman who doesn’t tolerate injustice. Her decision to stand up for the harassment her female coworker faced from someone of a higher social standing was truly uplifting. This drama has been such a lighthearted watch. The shot of Eun-sil returning home from the company dinner was beautifully framed, and I couldn’t help but replay it.I have high hopes since the first episode was executed so well. Each rewatch just gets better.

ML sideyeing his "cheating"wife, the Duke's wife pretending to be a blast from the past, what a treat!

It's not the first time I discovered that a show can be both boring and irritating - these two qualities are not mutually exclusive (as one might think). Here it's mainly the story (or the excuse for it) responsible for the boring part: it's BL fluff with no substance, no actual problems that need solving, no relatability either - it's escapism in its purest yet dullest form. I'd say the story and performances are equally responsible for how superficial it all feels. A good performance can elevate a weaker story and/or an underwritten character - here we have only bad performances: plastic, fake and inept. What annoyed me were the clumsy and dumb attempts at comedy; without them this episode would just be a boring piece of BL about nothing - with them it got even worse than the original series.

It's a true hate/love relationship and it's proven in almost every episode. No fast love here. It's perfect!

I like the depth that the writers gave the characters. Would have never expected such a redemption arc from Zhu Zi Yu.

I´ve already pointed this out in my feed, but this episode undermines the depth of this series's examination of the life of women in ancient times—their fate and the authority of their bodies and minds that were taken from many. It is truly heartbreaking. Truly meaningful.

A diferença?
