It seems we are being trolled hard by the writer

For 17 episodes Yoon Hee was being presented as a naive and innocent person. Then, after she remembered what she did on the night of Seol Ah's death, she began to do anything in her power to protect herself and her daughter. To be honest it doesn't make sense to me that a character like her could kill anybody. Asking others to do the killing? Maybe. But killing them by her own hand even when she's drunk? It goes against the nature of the character that we get to know in the first 17 episodes. In the previous episode's review I said that there must've been a reason Yoon Hee didn't reveal Soo Ryun's location to Dan Tae. Well... it seams there was no reason, she was just dumb again (or the script demanded that). I really hope we are being trolled by the writers for the whole 2 episodes (which would be unusual as even the obvious twists were being explained very fast before). If not then both episodes 19 and 20 are a mess. Some may call it an unpredictable twist but in my opinion it's just poor character development.

The truth will come out soon or what?

LMT starts to see the past clearly day by day, Her true identity and personality are slowly showing in this episode. She is always smart but she is getting physical and mentally stronger. Especially she has marshal art skills, so I wonder what will happen once she fully recovers her her memories.

Some weird behaviours but other than that it was ok.

Soo Ryun reveals that she's Seol Ah's mother. Kids write down everything they've done to Seol Ah. But soon after they all act like nothing really happened. It's really weird. Soo Ryun and Yoon Hee conftont each other and end their relationship (at least for now). Logan rescures Soo Ryun and finds out the truth but when he meets Yoon Hee... he trusts her that she won't tell Dan Tae about Soo Ryun's whereabouts. The fact that she indeed keeps her mouth shut means there must be something that wasn't revealed yet in this episode. Leaving the irrational things aside it was OK.

Yoon Hee's transformation. Realism is leaving the room.

In the reviews for previous episodes I said that Yoon Hee is portrayed as a innocent and stupid character. Now we can erase the "innocent" part from it, not sure about the "stupid" part yet. It seems that the writer wants to show us that Yoon Hee is willing to do anything for her daughter and that she's gonna change because of that. Can she become a likeable character? Maybe - if she starts thinking and learning from her mistakes. In my opinion the final part of this episode is unrealistic and I didn't really enjoy it. It's another one of those situations where you have to switch off thinking and just consume.

Awesome

Really loved this episode. The actorswere all on point. There was theright balance of emotions. Nothing seemed exaggerated or over the top. Love how the friends tried to comfort Tae and the way Pah stood up for Tae. Could he have feelings for Tae. The back and forth between Ryan and Jane was pure gold. It set up next week perfectly.

Dragging Yoon Hee's internal drama. Yoon Chul is an underrated character.

Ro Na and Yoon Hee are finaly back on good terms. Ro Na also uses Seok Hoon as her protection from other teenagers which seems like a wise decision. Soo Ryin cannot use Yoon Hee temporairly and it seems that the drama about Yoon Hee thinking she remembers what had happened while she was drunk is going to be dragged a bit longer which is a bit boring (as said in my review of previous episode - it would not be consistent with her character). It's a bit of a waste that we see so little of Yoon Chul in this drama as his character could be really interesting. He's a grey character. He did some bad things but also cares a lot about his daughter. He's not doing stupid things like Yoon Hee (at least not that frequently) that's why he's more likeable.Revealing Hye In was a risky move. Dan Tae should come to the same conclusion as Yoon Hee (c'mon if even she figured it out he should too!) and stop any business deals with Logan. But he did some unpredictable stupid moves before so I won't be surprised if he's stupid again (especially after his head met the parrot by the end of the episode).

I have to say smth. I've been watching…

I have to say smth. I've been watching a lot of dramas the past months and in most of them (Penthouse, Shooting Stars) and i have to say i like actor Ha Do Gwon's acting skills. Give this man a main role in a big drama!!!!!!Aghhhh i can't wait to see if Su-min will die too. But i think Min-hwan had it easy. He was left with absolutely nothing so that was his saving? He should've suffered more imo. Su-min should suffer too.

Wonderful pilot episode πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

It was really entertaining because this is a very important trope (childhood friends to lovers) so you have to be very careful with it because there is a clear line in this trip between perfection and cringe. I'm absolutely LOVING it tho, hae in is A M A Z I N G as always and so min is GORGEOUS ✨ and they both have this playfulness to them that is just perfect for best friends and I'm so excited to see how it goes <333

Good acting from Kim So Yeon

Kim So Yeon's role as Seo Jin is not easy as there are some weird director's choices in this drama, but that one scene when she's walking into hospital's room and her face changes from neutral to "tearful mad" won me over.I like the idea of Dan Tae and Seo Jin have conflicting interest when it comes to their daughters and we see other issues that are pushing them away from each other. Dan Tae seems stronger in this matter as he's not so emotionally involved in this relation (which we could already see in previous episodes). If Dan Tae falls into Logan's trap then I'm gonna be disappointed. The twist at the end with Yoon Hee is a nice try but her character is already cemented as a stupid and innocent. I think it's too late for such a surprise to be true. But maybe I'm wrong and we will see her unreal sudden transformation. I would be very suprised.

A good start of the story!

I love the episode for how it's started! I saw a different character played by jung hae in and jung so min. Both are so funny when they're bickering. But I can see, it seems hae in character like so min character first. I'm exited for the next episode!

This episode is a chain of absurd situations and choices

SPOILERS AHEAD! Starting with Soo Ryun showing her emotions and calling Logan right after Dan Tae told her that he's looking for the one responsible for the mannequin incident. It was obvious that he's gonna do it so the whole situation looks like a joke. Next we have Yoon Hee comming to Seo Jin's house asking her to give her some time. I think the writer is trying to convince us that Yoon Hee is completely stupid? After all their history she should know that it's just a waste of time. Also dragging Ro Na to teachers office to make a scene about her daughter maybe being forced is unnecessary and illogical as well. It seems like Yoon Hee is just doing stupid things without thinking and no plan. She seems to have learned anything from the past and it's a weird writer's decision asit's hard for the viewers to symphatize with such character. Another example of a ridiculous situation is Mr Go being so easy to follow to the hotel where he's staying and then Dan Tae just letting him go, knowing he's got Soo Min's phone. Then yet again we see Yoon Hee and Seo Jin having a meal together which seems to play into Yoon Hee's favour in the end but that's just by luck. What was the original Yoon Hee's plan behind it? What was she trying to achieve knowing Seo Jin's father so far? That's why i rate this episode so low. There's just too many situations that were odd or at least they were presented in a way that breaks the immersion.

The Ressurected Comeback?

I feel like giving everyone in Fu Huo Dao (Revival Island) a chance was such a bad move from the GM. I understand ShenYue, Hou Ming Hao and the other person having a chance because they won a game, and thankfully my favourite survivors (considering Wu Qi Long), Zhang Da Da and Cao Huan Dong, beat them. Shi Ming Hao is not changing my mind of his bad first impression after stealing Hou Ming Hao's light earlier and now this. Anyways, I don't understand why so many others, like Xiu, got the chance to come out. I hate the VIP IQiyi thing, it limits normal users by so much, and I hate how so many parts have clearly been cut out, albeit understandable.
