CLittle Oh my goodness. I am finding it so hard not to binge this show! The team is all so likeable and I really enjoy how every episode so far has them stepping through scenarios of how things happened. Enjoying all the mysteries so far. I am struggling a bit with following each new character and understanding the political and cultural implications of things. The overall tension is ratcheting up and maybe it will become clearer in a few more episodes.

Sweet0Girl I love how this show balances the humor with the serious. We have our killer but there is still 2 eps to go. I can't wait for showdown! I was thinking Minhyuk's father was a part of it but hopefully Mari's grandfather is just a red herring.....

Diana Yumi Usually I would drop the drama if there is a boring character, but I won't do that here because it is a well known drama and I need to study the characters more.I am also curious about Dan's past. Many theories in my mind to make him act like that.

The enemy says, I have come to destroy you, Yuan Zhong. I will return. This is just the beginning. Indeed, Yuan Zhong has many enemies. Tan Yin uses her spy artifact, puts Yuan Zhong under hypnosis and explains to him who she is and what she has to do with him. But when She notices the power-restricting collar around Yuan Zhong's neck, she gives up at that moment.The elders of the fox tribe are very frivolous. They are gathered in their silly conversations, plotting their next steps. Tan Yin ascends in spirit form to Hannu in the spiritual dimension and questions her about whether Yuan Zhong really is what they say (cruel and inhuman), since she has begun to doubt it. Hannu says that a weak person cannot necessarily be bad. Tan Yin acquiesces but says that she will investigate.Yuan Zhong is walking on the mountain, he meets Tan Yin and saves her from a green snake. He suddenly feels dizzy. Tan Yin helps him sit on the rock. He explains that he was poisoned, but that he is an immortal, and it cannot kill him.Tang Hua, the young general of the fox tribe, talks to the council of elders about the strange phenomenon that is happening (people being poisoned and turning into cruel zombies). The council of elders explains that this technique only exists in the clan of war ghosts (but they no longer exist in this world). The elders say that no one could scare Yuan Zhong and no one in the world knows war ghosts better than Yuan Zhong. They ask Yuan Zhong to come forward.Tan Yin gives Yuan Zhong a lame excuse about a dog on the mountain, which made her come to that place (Yuan Zhong finds this strange since she is a maid).Tan Yin opens her magic bag (full of trinkets) and finds an ointment to treat Yuan Zhong's poisoning.Yuan Zhong asks his assistant to investigate Tan Yin. (Is she a spy for the human race or for the ghosts of war?). Instructor Zidha, with her cold expression, explains to the maids about a selection to serve the priest Yuan Zhong (it requires great artistic skills). Zhidhai sees the young general Tang Hua pass by and she remembers the past when she saved him from death, but he seemed not to notice her.Yuan Zhong arrives at the council of elders' room, and in his soft and arrogant speech, he tells the elders that the beautiful maid has come to look for him (the beauty). And that the elder is getting old, he does not know about these problems of Yuan Zhong. Tan Yin uses magical powers and helps her in another dimension to pass the artistic tests in the selection of Yuan Zhong's maid. Yuan Zhong observes Tan Yin's performance in all the tests. In the end, Tan Yin shows her best skill, that of a craftswoman. She manages to break the lock of the restraining bracelet on her arm. And then, she says that she is able to free Yuan Zhong from the golden collar around his neck. Yuan Zhong accepts (everyone says it's impossible). Tan Yin tries, but fails and even causes a wound around Yuan Zhong's neck. But she is still chosen by him to be his personal maid. And he doesn't let them punish Tan Yin.And Yuan Zhong says that this collar for him is a ladder to greatness and success. One of the soldiers of the fox clan tries in front of everyone to assassinate Yuan Zhong. Tan Yin throws herself in front of him, but Yuan Zhong's aide arrives first and plunges his sword into the back of Yuan Zhong's enemy. Tan Hua is saddened because he was a friend. But Yuan Zhong's aide says that he could not allow them to hurt the priest Yuan Zhong. Tan Yin, already at home, asks Yuan Zhong if he is sad about the possession he witnessed on General Chizi today. Yuan Zhong asks if she knows the possession technique? She says she knows that it is something from the ghosts of war. Instructor Zidhai talks to an acquaintance about the need to find a way to unlock the restraining bracelet on her own arm. This acquaintance tells her that there is someone who can help her. “The end is approaching, despair haunts,” mentions Elder Ding Yuxi (this was the phrase repeated by the mind-possessed man who tried to kill Yuan Zhong that day). The elders argue among themselves, saying that it is impossible for the ghosts of war to have returned. They know that this is one of the mottos of the ghosts of war. “The end is approaching, despair haunts.” One of the elders is frightened and insists that the ghosts of war may have returned. Although the others say that the ghosts of war were eliminated in the battle of PingXu years ago. One of the elders mentions eliminating the priest. Elder DingXu angrily rebukes him, not accepting the proposal. No one is allowed to disturb Yuan Zhong’s cultivation until they find out the truth. They will investigate. Tan Yin meets another priest who lives on one of the mountains. He is drunk. She uses a spell and asks him about a war in the past, what does he know about it. Why Yuan Zhong, a hero of their people who saved them from a tragedy, is treated in such a humiliating way. Then, Tan Yin sees in his mind, the moment when Yuan Zhong received the collar for the first time, he was convinced by Elder DingXi and other elders that this collar would make Yuan Zhong a god, crossing the path of immortality through earthly sacrifice (but in the elders' thoughts, they said: Yuan Zhong does not really know that the bridge between dimensions was destroyed and it is not possible to ascend to immortality. ). Tan Yin questions about this, irritated, because she knows that this is impossible, the bridge was destroyed. The hypnotized man says: but Yuan Zhong does not know that. The elders in the past, praised Yuan Zhong for his deeds in the war freeing the fox clan and said that he would have a chance to ascend to immortality. He accepts and they put the collar of another power restrictor on him. Elder DingXi in the past tells Yuan Zhong that he has to resolve the 5 deadly sins in his heart to ascend to immortality (1-hypocrisy, 2-obsession, 3-ignorance, 4-jealousy, 5-cruelty). In this way, Yuan Zhong would be free from worldly desires. All evil in the world stems from these sins and Yuan Zhong is no exception. He has to go through the trials of the mortal world, sealed with the collar that suppresses the power of the divine hand to ascend to immortality. Tan Yin questions the hypnotized man, that this is a cruelty that they are doing to Yuan Zhong, deceiving him. She angrily and indignantly asks why they are treating their great and heroic high priest Yuan Zhong like this.

The additionof a periodsegment isa great addition to theoverall excitement grnerated by therivalry between the two.The costumes alone made this episode extra special. The actors were soawesome.

Nice progression andsetting thestage fortension between the two mls. It seems so natural. The visualscenery andphysical settings enhance the storyline. The visual contrastbetween thetwo is awesome. The music also is great.

Great start! The mls stand out rightaway and the rivalry between the two starts. The setting and theoverall tone sets the stage for impending conflict between the two.

estar happy for Karan, but would be lying if i said i enjoyed this cause of the main couple, they were fine - nothing to write home about. they for sure (especially Achi) didn't compare to the OG J-couple. which is a pity as they had the manga, anime & the drama versions to use as inspiration & we got whatever we got in this BL.... oh well *************************************************at least i had Jinta to make-up for the "miss" as he for sure was a hit. dude made this BL for me. he's adorable & i loved his scenes, plot-line & love story. Min was cute & am happy Jinta got his happily ever after. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************think the ones that shone for me were Jinta & Karan. Jinta cause he was so much more then the J-version & Karan cause i enjoyed the character's personality, as opposed to the usual over bearing, bad-guy character's Tay played in Dark Blue Kiss, Kiss Me Again & Kiss (as Pete). they for sure made me smile & laugh a lot & am not sorry i wasted my time on this, but cause of the rest this a one off.

well as i fast-forwarded most of Achi's work related scenes & the Pai, Rock whatever.... this was short & sweet. elated for Jinta & glad Achi lost his powers, maybe now he will verbalize his feelings. good luck to Karan, he gonna need it lol

i am so freakin bored - especially with the main couple. can anyone clue me in as to WHY the bleedin moron had to move back to his house? he couldn't work at Karan's place?!? wouldn't getting Karan's help finish work faster?!? help him get over whatever hurdle's the new job offered?!? or he suddenly so competent he doesn't need anyone's help?!?? ************************the writer had all the material, they just needed to change it enough to showcase their country. but they turned Achi into a farce of the OG Adachi. if that not enough i realized in this ep, that Pai's supposed to be Fujisaki Nozomi - talk about a bad joke. like r u serious?!?***********************************************************************************************************************************************the only saving grace (keep repeating myself) is Jinta, thank f*ck for the dude!!! this BL could've been so much more - but it sadly is boring & frustrating, which is a pity as Karan/Tay has brought his A-game. heck have no problem with any of the character's, minus the 2 i mentioned at the start of my comment.

bleedin hell Tay can kiss... & yeah i mention only him, even though he is kissing New. it's cause (sorry but) New doesn't seem that into it. maybe i am wrong, but that's the feeling i am getting from him, that he isn't really into gay roles. maybe i am reading more then there is too this, but from what i've seen so far (throughout this BL) that's the feeling i get from him. he is comfortable with any platonically intimate scenes, like bear-hugging but that's it - or maybe this is how he has interpreted Adachi. either way he is leaving me cold, he gives off bff vibes & ironically he is warmer with Jinta then with Karan - so little wonder that i aint impressed by Achi.**********************************************************************************************************************************************mentioning Jinta - he is freakin adorable, a great bff & a greater bf to be.. am happy that even though until the last sec i was wondering what Min feels (as he is another one that is a bit distant/platonic in his reactions). but he accepted so hurry! am really happy for Jinta, he for sure deserves love & happiness!*********************************************************************************************************************************************idk what is going on with Rock & the chick... sorry Rock, but where Pia is concerned i genuinely don't care.*********************************************************************************************************************************************side note: find it ironic that the Thai adaptation is the drama & the movie combined - yet less ep's & it is moving at a snails pace (mains couple wise) would say WTF. but given this version of Adachi= Achi - predictable is the word that comes to mind that & disappointment. so like i've said in my previous comments, thank f*ck for Jinta - he the MVP of this BL.

1st off, only 4 eps left - i love Jinta & am waiting for his crush to be realized, but the way Min is acting, i don't see anything in the near future - what gives?!?*******************************************************************************************************************************************& 2ndly i've had enough of Pia, this intrusive, nosy b*tch is getting on my last nerve. as is she hurt Rock cause she insensitive & couldn't see the mixed signals she was sending him. but she all up Karan & Achi's ass - like get a life... ugh!********************************************************************************************************************************************& lastly the Boss is an utter ass, i get not wanting co-workers to be in romantic relationships cause it could cause unnecessary drama in the work place. but u can't force workers to sign a contract that forces them to break-up & still keep working with their love interest - that's moronic. & then asking Achi regarding Karana's meeting with the woman that sexually harassed him, what does that sh*t mean, that a sales person in that company gotta literally sell his body just to close a deal?!? that allowed but dating is a no no - seriously?!?? b*tch plzzzz *************************************************************************************same with the end. if he was gonna put her in her place & stop the deal from going through - why wait ages to open his freakin mouth??? wait for Karan to get down on his knees?!? the big act of tearing up the contracts.... i wanted to punch the f*cker in his face! for all the dragging sh*t out to make himself out to be the big person - like f*ck off will u u utter ass!

KJ2025 Chu Lan received his invite to the open martial arts contest in Longhu mountain. He has begun training with BaoBao. It started off ok but she threw a bunch of women at him and Chu Lan has finally matured enough to tell her he would rather die than lose his honor. He is fed up with all of them now and has left. Wang Ye has requested to join the competition but is told that the Gale Gate would be stolen by others if he tried to use it. He finds Master Hong and learns from Great Ape how to work the spell. Because he isn’t greedy or seeking anything specific from it, he is given the power to master it. He can freely leave his own phantasmagoria. He is unique and most capable.

Karan crazy showing up at anyone's house, at 5am like WTF - for me that would already be a bad start. the rest of the date was stressful. it was too structured & planned down to the tee. hard to relax like this. also when u over plan like this, what happens in the next date/s u gotta out do urself. ridiculous IMO. *******************************************************************************also how much is Karan earning? get he was employee of the yr, several yrs running but still he spent a sh*t ton on a 1st date - which again is nothing if ur a billionaire, but even someone who makes good money in sales & lives as he does, is ridiculous.**************************************************************************************************************************************************the Pai Rock scenes might have been cute, i totally zoned out, her fan-girling over Karana & Achi is intrusive not cute.************************************************************************************************************************************************Jinta is the savior of this drama lol - just thankful he was here to brighten the ep. he is a breath of fresh air- a 30 yr old that acts his age. using his brains & not just relying on the magical touch. Min is also a sweetheart & they a cute (future) couple.
