The only love triangle I've ever accepted...

I loved this movie—immediately rooted for the ship from the first scene. It’s that classic setup: naive innocent shy girl, bossy angry tsundere bad boy, and a sweet gentle flower boy. Don’t overthink it, js a fun Japanese flick meant to make u smile. Yu’s adorable and so prettyy, cheesy in the best way. The cozy anime vibe is perfect, with some spicy drama lurking. It’s a lighthearted, fun movie that’s perfect for a relaxing night when u want something cute, flirty, and full of energy, and it’s definitely a film I’ll be rewatching whenever I need a pick-me-up.

Cute.

This was a cute little story about a man who is lonely after a break up and stumbles on a new companion.

Feng Jian Yu didn't have any lines and that was a pity.
Feng Jian Yu and Wang Qing did a great job acting in this very short movie. The visuals were stunning .
Nice to watch one time, but that's enough.

19 Again but Female

I’ve always found this type of trope fascinating and funny. It’s always wonderful to see an old soul operate as a younger person in the modern world and how everyone around them seems to adore them for their old fashioned taste.

Although the one inevitable thing and trope we never leave out of these…is the borderline incest. I know it adds to the ‘bit’ and comedy but man, I’ve always found it a bit weird. I’m just glad that in this movie they didn’t shy away from rejecting the grandson hardcore instead of lowkey leading ‘em on.

This movie was funny and entertaining and the actress did really well. Some bits were weird like the scene with the baby in the stroller (like What is going on???😅😅😅) or the young producer falling for the miss granny. (Although that bit isn’t THAT weird since the whole plot is showing the MC’s dilemma between staying young or going back.)

Overall it was a good movie. But beware of Kim Soohyun jumpscare at the end…eugh…😷

It was a good thrilling movie with some dramatic events tho a few things were lost on me

And I really need her and Suho as twins cuz their resemblance is unmatched

What happened to the mbs pd , he got out before her and disappeared
The cast order ruined the reveal, whose finger was that? What did the kidnapper tell her to eat at first?
Telling her to open her shirt as a woman was low..

She didn’t know he was a kid but exposing him to bullying was harsh and she never apologized even after the reveal

I wish they used drones to continue the broadcast, or even had the inside cam reveal the fall and then have the pd film the confrontation

Cuz in the end, they’d still shallowly gain money from that

The cop, she blamed herself as much as she blamed the others, she probably buried herself in work then it was too late
And, did she die?
Fl could just “leave” the industry and feel guilty, but there was no aftermath, I’d also have added a scene of her being interviewed and swarmed by paparazzi, in a way to get hurt by the media and another way to use her power for good this time

A bit too linear , like a one ep drama rather than a movie
It is always fun to see madongsuk one punch everyone especially demons

But it barely had any substance and as mom said “all that just for one demon and one possessed girl?”
I didn’t like how they’d show the present then conveniently have a backstory ready
And the ending felt too opened ended, I’d have wished they kept madongsuk instead of making it cartoon, and also zero quotations were answered

The house also looked like the ghost one from the great escape with the face in the wall, tbh that was more scary

They had this whole cult of demons, that targeted the dr and her sis
And yosup, or how both madongsuk and Sharon had demon powers, or even stopping the biggest demon
Nothing was answered

sorry, but don't get the hype or why anyone would give this 8 or 9 stars - to each their own i guess... but IMO this a toxic mess.

at the start i really felt sad for Shu Nian, Shu Nian the orphaned child that just wanted parents & a family - ended up getting adopted (more like people that go to a kennel or an animal shelter & adopt a pet). that is what he became, an obedient pet that sat when his "master" ordered.... this type of conditioning where u r more or less r molded into the subservient slave Shu Nian turned into, is beyond sad.

with Xie Yan idk if he was born a sociopath or turned into one, cause of how his parents indulged & spoilt him. they for sure never taught him better or even considered to treat Shu Nian as a human, a child that needed love & care let alone safeguarding. he was their sons position & as such he could do what he wanted with/to him. their contribution was to make sure he was fed, clothed & educated, nothing more - like u would with a pet.

Shu Nian being gay was that part of the conditioning he went through - considering how he had no personal space to speak off, Xie Yan never let him out of his sight, he treated him like a pet touching, cuddling him to sleep - constantly invading his space/privacy... but Shu Nian is human not an animal, so maybe this treatment made him develop feelings for his "master". either way i don't get how Xie Yan didn't realize that he was gay, not just cause of how he treated Shu Nian, but his gf saying he got close to a British buddy that was effeminate & he treated him like he did Shu Nian, that's not a coincidence - right??!?

mentioning Jiang Yao - i don't get women like her, i get that the main reason she was with Xie Yan was money, she hit the jackpot if she married him, so she was hanging on for dear life. but if u r a woman & u know/suspect that the man u r hanging around, is treating other men more affectionately then u, getting rid of one man or the other wont matter - cause in the long run, there will always be a new man that will draw his attention away from u - cause he is gay - so keep living a life where u pay money to thugs to get rid of the new guy? is the life she wants???

anyway this was a toxic mess (as i mentioned above), i get that Shu Nian was brainwashed into turning into the slave he was & i get that as a viewer it's easier to say 'why he not breaking those bonds, he not a kid anymore. shouldn't he want out of that weird dynamic?!?' especially when he saw his "master" with a woman, why stay around until u r sent away? & then he choses not to go, to further his studies - great! but why answer Xie Yan call. why not disappear. didn't get the logic in that move.
like didn't get Xie Yan letting Jiang Yao off with a weak-ass warning that amounted to nothing. there no cops in this world?!? usually tired of seeing how easily cops r bought by wealthy people, here when it isn't even needed as Jiang Yao broke the law & there's no hide nor hair of them - ugh!
anyway this a one off & if i watch the sequel it's only cause this ended confusing; like there scenes missing or something, or maybe it was a teaser for the sequel idk... will see

What will be your seven minutes?

What will be your seven minutes?

Who have you met that you want to see in your last seven minutes?

What will you have done to die? Is it a sacrifice? Is it protection? Or is it simply your time? Will your seven minutes differentiate depending on how you die?

Gut-wrenching, beautiful, and a k-trauma to remember.

Very Dark Comedy

If you like your comedies so dark it is beyond pitch black, you cannot miss this movie.
Things go wrong against the family's wishes over and over again.
The style of filming feels a bit like Dogme 95 style, but it does not abide by all the rules; it can just give you an equally eerie feeling. It is mostly the lack of background music we tend to expect in a movie. There is some music, but it is in a stark juxtaposition with what's happening on screen. The style of filming feels "raw but polished". It is slightly dated, but some of it was dated even for the time, so I do belief this was intentional. The filming style contributed to me feeling more engrossed in the movie, and it made me feel on the side of the family despite everything horrendous happening. I smiled very often at this peculiar family. This movie is not for the faint of heart, though, despite it being a dark comedy. Trigger warnings for blood and death, but that's in the synopsis.

Car Marketing, Silence Outsold It All

This short film doesn’t chase after plot twists, layered backstories, or emotional dialogue. It barely uses dialogue at all—just fragmented radio transmissions floating through the dark, pulling the viewer along without ever spelling things out. And that’s the point

It clocks in under 15 minutes—closer to 8 or 9 without credits—but that brevity is part of its strength. There’s no need for a drawn-out narrative. The brand behind this short understood that less can be more, especially when silence, precision, and perspective do the heavy lifting. Rather than a traditional story, the film presents a concept: presence, tension, and technology in motion. The vehicle becomes the lead character. The camera—mounted on the car—becomes the narrator

There’s no mistaking this for a regular commercial. It’s marketing, yes, but done with discipline and intent. No flashy slogans, no staged voiceovers, no characters spelling out the product’s benefits. The car simply drives. It watches. It reacts. And in doing so, it tells a story that’s sleek and unsettling

What stands out isn’t just the car-cam technique or the eerie night-time atmosphere. What matters more is how seriously the creators took storytelling. This could’ve easily become just another ad with jump cuts and hashtags. But instead, it lands somewhere closer to cinema—a self-contained piece that respects attention spans and visual intelligence. It’s not made to sell in the traditional sense. It’s made to engage. And it works

Especially among younger viewers, this struck a chord. It’s fast, stylish, and different—almost like a “snack movie.” A bite-sized film that proves a brand can step into cultural storytelling and still stay on-brand. Not everything has to be a feature-length statement. Sometimes, 9 minutes is enough to leave a lasting impression

Overall, this short movie doesn’t entertain conventionally. It doesn’t try to. Instead, it demonstrates. Not just what a car can do—but what branded content can become. Bold. Minimal. Smart

Japanese cinema is an Art.

_From melody to reality check_

"Bro I'll cryy!!, i can't take this movie anymore, this movie is so sugar and sweet and Everything "

This was my reaction while watching the movie many little things i got attracted to and related to from the bread fall to the girl being an university student and following all those cute hobbies of reading watching videos movies and everything.

This was me texting my friend while watching:

"Do you know akshat when the plot is going so well and you love it everything is going all happy and sweet and fine and you know there's a bad struck that is coming your way, then never i really don't wanna watch more 😭😭😭😭 JUST END THE MOVIE JUST END IT, IAM HAPPY JUST TILL HERE DON'T MOVE IT FORWARD, I DON'T WANNA WATCH MORE!!"

One point watching the movie this was a really great experience because there was no electricity at my house and the whole house was pitch dark so i wrote a little note for myself : " Very cinematic moment for me cuz theres no light in house and it's dark im watching the movie and the feeling is exceptional"

WHENEVER THEY WRITE YEARS LIKE IT ALWAYS USE TO GIVE ME HEART ATTACKS !! LIKE BRUH!! 2016-2017-2018 WHY ARE YOU JUMPSCARING ME IAM GONNA CRY I KNOW SOMETHING BAD IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN.

It's very harsh bro, adult life is very harsh im scared

I understand the main character while im not one but im not the well existed protagonist either....

Both the couple understood each other very much and from within but life put them at place which led to bad things come to existence...., I know they could have saved it but there was so many moments that i couldn't take anyone side cuz both felt correct in their own prespective it was very sad to watch them from being happy and sweet and light enjoying their life hobbies and watching things they like and all the mangas and spending good times to transition of adult harsh adult life which is very sad to see..
From movies and mangas to utility bills.. life throw us at situation we never dream of...

As she said "The beginning is the beginning of the end"

Every little things they documented they pointed out every little things that makes one happy, that gives meaning to life.

Very exceptional movie, a full rollercoaster imo. It'll take you to places, take you to spaces take you to cases you never thought seen or wanna be and not wanna be in at the same.. time.

It was so relatable i wanna say so many things but i forget so many things cuz of my ocd adhd and short term memory, i just wanna say it was an amazing experience and got to learn and enjoy so many things togeather.
..
From the documentation to execution it's an piece and peace of art and the heart♥️
.
I've reached the end, THANK YOU TO THE CREATOR WHO CREATED THIS MOVIE AND THE PRODUCTION TEAM VERY EXCEPTIONAL JOB THEY HAVE DONE!

Oskaresamadeshta!

Won't rewatch just like your name Cuz i don't have Energy to handel those emotions again.

With a grain of salt

This was a great movie! It was very entertaining.

ML and 2 ML both liked her but neither were brave enough to admit it. They all had secrets. (FL was unaware of her secret)

It did feel rushed, they crammed a lot of information in an hour and 16 min. Had it been more fleshed out this movie would've been fantastic.

If you like fantasy, demons (that look like monsters), with a tinge of romance (a tiny portion), a very sad ending and you have a little over an hour of time to kill give this movie shot. You may enjoy it.

But take my review with a grain of salt, I also loved Hellboy, Warm Bodies and I, Frankenstein.

very confusing!!!!!

DISCLAIMER: this reviews contains criticism of the movie if you do not wish to read it please don't read my post, this is my personal opinion on the movie, this comment is not meant to upset fans or make them mad, PLEASE GO WATCH THE MOVIE FOR YOUR OWM PERSPECTIVES ON THE MOVIE, not all reviews are accurate please do not blindly listen to reviews do more research before you decide not to watch a movie or show because of one comment!!!

This whole movie was very complicated at the beginning she meets this guy at the hospital and then they fall in love, and they move in together and he decides to lose weight for her, which makes sense right, and then he moves to another company and starts to fall in love with this other girl. But here is where the story starts to get confusing. It turns out the girlfriend is cheating on the boyfriend and that the guy she met at the hospital in the beginning might not even be the boyfriend??? I’m so confusing and what was up with the ending the whole movie was about them only for them to both end up with other people??? What was even going on!!!! So, what really happened who got her pregnant the boyfriend or the guy in the hospital???? I'm so confusing if someone knows the right storyline, please let me know the movie itself was alright, I really enjoyed the relationship between the guy in the hospital and the FL lead it was very cute, i would say overall if your looking for a wholesome relationship building movie this is not the one for you, but if your looking for drama and chaos this is just the fit for you.

Very Suspenseful

This story shifted in so many directions as the movie played out. It was a great concept, but a bit confusing at times. What you think is going on after the first 30 or so minutes changes to a completely different direction. Once you realize what is happening ... it changes direction again. Over all it was a well written and extremely well acted thriller.
Ha Neul not only gives a fantastic performance, but his appearance dramatically changes with the current situation and time frame. It adds so much to the story.
Don't be too quick to stop watching the movie at the end, there's once scene left with the end credits that really makes you think about what you just witnessed with this group of people. It's a chilling and powerful end to a horrible situation for everyone involved!!

A Gentle Reminder that Being Yourself is Enough

This gentle, heartfelt film leans into simplicity with purpose. It doesn’t aim to overwhelm or dazzle, but rather invites you to walk alongside its characters—a high school girl bursting with youthful independence and joy, and an art director whose life is composed, successful, but hollow at its core. Through their unlikely interactions, the film draws a clear contrast between spirited spontaneity and the numbing routine of adulthood

This movie is about living, not just surviving. Our high school protagonist is the embodiment of sunshine: unafraid to speak her mind, pursue her passions, or weather her hardships. She's a character who brings energy to the screen, even when things aren't going her way. On the other side, the art director—stoic, emotionally distant, and quietly dissatisfied—offers a muted counterbalance, someone who seems to have it all but feels little

Though the movie itself centers on female voices and perspectives, it doesn’t exclude others. A handful of male characters thread into the story in modest, supportive roles—neither glorified nor villainized, but present enough to flesh out the world. Their inclusion adds texture without overshadowing the film’s core focus. It's not trying to be a sweeping masterpiece; it's more like a personal letter—understated but meaningful

Visually, the film is clean and warm. It doesn't push stylistic boundaries, but it doesn't need to. The strength lies in the quiet observations of daily life—the small triumphs, the silent battles, and the moments when characters are allowed to simply breathe. And that’s where this movie truly succeeds

It reminds you that:
Whenever tribulations arise, it’s fine to take a breather
Wherever life doesn't flow as it used to, it’s alright to slow down
And whatever you're facing, it’s okay to be yourself—maybe even light up someone else's day along the way

While this may not be groundbreaking, it is whole-hearted and beautifully envisioned. Just as its title promises—it’s okay, and sometimes, that’s exactly what we need

Pleasant slice of life

It's a pleasant wee movie where no one thing was explored in depth but a range of things around a theme were touched on.

I think its intent is to make statements about women living by their own terms, but it's still immersed in a very patriarchal and male-centered society. As an outsider peeking in through their cinema, I don't know enough about feminism and sexism in Japan a decade ago to know if they were saying anything significant for the time and place. That divorce factors in so prominently probably is. I do think a theme is women defining themselves. It's just that their options are framed in terms of men.

The three sisters and their mother all embody different aspects of that. The relationships between the women are largely supportive, they're the glue connecting them rather than the focus of drama or narrative events.

The slice of life nature makes this work. It's a couple of weeks in the lives of an unconventional family. With a lovely Kagoshima lantern festival for more texture and beauty.
