Most Underrated Series That Hooks You from the Start!
Such a surprisingly good series that will completely win you over if you give it a chance. From the very first episode, Heart Code pulled me in with its gripping plot, tension, and mystery. And wow—the final episode delivered such a satisfying payoff.I must say, it’s series of the year, and it’s only March! What really made the series stand out, apart from the plot, are the two leads. Their chemistry is electric, and their performances feel completely natural and powerful. Every scene they share is full of emotion, making the story even more engaging and unforgettable.
Honestly, this is one of the best GL series I’ve watched, with one of the most satisfying endings. It had closure, romance, and just the right amount of emotion.
This series is seriously so underrated and deserves way more attention. I highly recommend it and will definitely rewatch it—it’s just that good.

Loved, Loved, Loved it ??!!! One of the best BL series I've ever seen!
At first I wasn't going to give this BL a chance. In the beginning, started out as a very slow burn, but I decided to keep watching and give it a chance and boy am I glad I did! It's absolutely one of the best BL series I've ever seen! Love the plot, the storyline, the details in the story, the actors, the romance, the setting and don't get me wrong; some parts were a little or (they felt a little rush), but it was really good and I would recommend it to anyone to watch. I would definitely watch it again, and again and again and again. Was this review helpful to you?
In my opinion, TERRIBLE!
This had to be the worst BL series I've ever seen in my entire life and that is just my opinion though! I enjoy spicy BLS, but there has to be a plot to go along with it! This only had spice but no plot! This whole series was just a bunch of hyped up, sexually frustrated boys looking for their next hook-ups! Now I personally do not recommend this BL to anyone because of the lack of plot, but if someone out there likes spicy BL's with no plot, then this is it. I gave one star all the way down for this whole series because it just didn't do it for me. That does not mean it won't do for someone else. I watched the whole thing and..... I won't watch it again. This doesn't mean that someone else can't watch it. They may have a different opinion about the series then I did but I just thought it was awful and I can't possibly recommend this to anybody. Was this review helpful to you?
What a delightful Romance!
This was an absolutely delightful series to watch! It's a well written storyline, with a great cast.
I would probably call it a Romantic Comedy, because some scenes had me laughing out loud.
I would happily rewatch this just for its feel-good effect.
I did have some frustration with the Female lead as she navigated her feelings and developed her understanding of Love,
but it showed a realistic process and her character growth was wonderful to watch.
The Male lead was a wonderful character and beautifully acted.
The lead couple was well developed with meaningful interactions, and side characters really were enjoyable and added to the ensemble very well.
The concept of virtual dating vs real dating was well thought out and well done.
This is an excellent series! I heartily give it a 10 out of 10!

Excellent BL series!!
Despite what anyone says, this was one of the best BL series I've ever seen! Romance, action, dysfunctionality, toxicity, definitely a worthless father, worthless brother, worthless sister, excellent plot and just an all-around excellent BL series! I really enjoyed this series, yet so many people gave it such bad reviews and I thought it was excellent. I would recommend this BL to anyone who was looking for something a little different as the acting is great and Dao and OffRoad's chemistry; is on point! Typically, I enjoy a spicier BL, but once I started watching this one, I couldn't stop watching it; I actually ended up binge watching it. I'm writing this review based on how I feel about the series and I know other people write the reviews on how they feel about the series, but I recommend watching the series for yourselves and then decide for yourself if it's something that you're interested in. Don't let someone's bad review keep you from watching a series that you may actually like because of their opinion. My opinion is this BL deserves a watch. I found it very enjoyable; it's just my opinion though. Was this review helpful to you?

A feel-good series.. short and sweet.
It went from us not knowing the house-owner's name to house owner actually not knowing bigboom's name.I am guessing they used their real names for this short series.
I think this is one of those series where they intend for it to be a reel series of a bunch of shorts and honestly, I like the concept. All the cliche's were cute! And the open end was perfect; it wouldn't make sense for them to get to know each other and get into a relationship so quick. I found the vibes very chill and relaxed; wish people would watch it for a quick, entertaining time-pass.
good job, cast and crew!!

First Impression: Sweet Blood
Overall: finally a vampire BL that's not a comedy. 8 episodes about 10 minutes each. Airing on Love Memory's YouTube channel https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLwW9ZsuS2Fna5mZ_YiEKYIY3NukytYJHF&si=kWJI2s3lm5doc8QTContent Warnings: blood, injury, violence
What I Liked
- premise
- visuals
- at least the world building dump was slightly better than is typical
- what happened at the end of episode 1
Room For Improvement
- that chomp sound in episode 1
- nervous on how they'll do the ending

A Beautiful Story That Truly Touches the Heart
Watching Navillera was honestly one of the biggest and most beautiful surprises I’ve had while watching Korean dramas. I started it with curiosity, but I never expected it to move me this much. It is absolutely deserved that this series scores so high with viewers.I really believe this is the kind of story that can melt almost anyone’s heart.
The story itself is already special. A 70-year-old man who decides to finally follow his dream of learning ballet, and a young dancer who helps him achieve it. It sounds simple, but the way it’s told is incredibly touching. It’s about dreams, aging, regrets, courage, and the idea that it’s never too late to start something meaningful. I think many people will recognize something of themselves in this story.
The acting is simply outstanding.
The role of the older man is played by Park In-hwan, and he is absolutely phenomenal. His performance is so subtle, so warm, and so incredibly human. You feel every emotion with him — the joy, the fear, the vulnerability. He never overacts. Everything feels natural and pure.
And the young ballet dancer is played by Song Kang. He also does an amazing job. His character carries a lot of quiet struggle, and he portrays it in such a sincere way. And yes, of course, it doesn’t hurt that he is incredibly handsome. But beyond that, it’s also beautiful to watch him dance. The ballet scenes are graceful and impressive, and they add something truly special to the series.
Together, these two actors create something very rare on screen. Their relationship feels genuine and deeply emotional. It’s not dramatic in a loud way — it’s gentle, honest, and incredibly moving.
Another thing that really stands out is the directing and the cinematography. The way the scenes are filmed is just gorgeous. There are many close-up shots that capture small emotions — a look, a smile, a moment of doubt. Those close-ups make everything feel intimate and real. But there are also beautiful wider shots during the dance scenes that make the ballet feel almost magical.
And the music… the music is absolutely stunning. It fits the atmosphere perfectly and lifts the emotional moments even higher. Sometimes the music alone is enough to give you goosebumps.
What makes this series so special to me:
- A deeply touching and inspiring story
Extraordinary acting from Park In-hwan and Song Kang
- A beautiful and believable relationship between the two characters
- Stunning cinematography and carefully composed scenes
- A soundtrack that perfectly supports the emotion of the story
- A message about dreams, aging, and courage that stays with you
This is not a loud or sensational series. It’s quiet, warm, and incredibly sincere. But that’s exactly what makes it so powerful.
For me, Navillera is one of those rare dramas that reminds you how beautiful storytelling can be. It’s inspiring, emotional, comforting, and unforgettable. A true gem that I would recommend to almost anyone.

cute, heartwarming, homey
Honestly, this was such a great show.I love and appreciate how all the characters in the series (mainly the housemates) got to each grow independently and yet still with the support of each other. They all have different issues and it was great to see them tackle it…
I love that the romance here isn’t clouded by jealousy or messy headache inducing love triangles. It’s actually quite mature. It’s human nature to have miscommunications from time to time, but I appreciate how they are also able to resolve it without drama.
My only caveat as to why I can’t give this full stars is because the story actually started moving better and more interestingly around episode 8. 8 out of 10 episodes before the main leads actually became main leads with interesting stories…
The chemistry of the main leads are top notched. But like all relationships in this series, it felt both too slow and too fast how their story progressed. Too slow in a way that their moments together while cute still lacked some depth to have conflicts resolved too fast. I hope that made sense. But yeah, basically I wish they main couple had more moments to solidify their relationship. It honestly felt like the Orca understood them both better than themselves…

Great and fun series!
I really enjoyed this series. It's genuinely really funny and has a time travel element so what is not to like? Keiko Kitagawa and Shosuke Tanihara have a great chemistry, a really funny double act and some of the minor characters are fantastic also, like the boss at the funeral parlour, which is always a sign of a good series. I will probably watch it again which I almost never do because it's so enjoyable. I don't understand criticism I've read of Keiko Kitagawa's acting in the earlier part of her career. I think she is absolutely fantastic in this seriesWas this review helpful to you?
PEAK SCRIPT, PEAK DIRECTION, PEAK MUSIC, PEAK PERFORMANCES
After watching Episode 19; of Pursuit of Jade, the first thing I want to say is- this is absolute peak. My goodness. I never thought it would take such a drastic turn. Not even in my wildest imagination did I think it would go this far. This is exactly what I expect from dramas- be bold and go to the absolute extreme with your vision. This is a masterpiece of writing, and what direction! My goodness. I can literally feel that the director must have had many sleepless nights before approaching certain scenes.
I can sense this drama is heading toward legendary status. My heart aches so much- my mouth went dry, and tears fell without me even realizing it. I couldn’t resist reacting to it. The kind of emotional investment I’ve put into this drama is something I can’t even properly express.
The drama spends so much time focusing on the internal, small conflicts in this little town while the big event quietly waits to explode. The director literally makes us his slaves to the story- “slaves” might not be the perfect word, but I hope you understand what I’m trying to say.
The amount of plot and subplots, and the heart-wrenching romance… it won’t let me sleep tonight. I can feel where it’s going and how it might end, but I want it to go even wilder than what I’m imagining- just like it did in these previous four episodes.
I don’t even want to start talking about the cast because all of them are just mind-blowing. Zhang Linghe once again showed why he’s one of the best.
And the music… absolute masterpiece-level work. This is beyond anything anyone could ask for while watching a drama.
I’m still in absorbing mode, trying to process how everything unfolded. I need some time to settle my thoughts onto one page. I’ll write more after watching the next couple of episodes.
If anyone here is not watching this drama- do not miss this. Do not miss this.

Interesting story but also kind of meeh
This was an interesting window in to 1970s China, with a decent cast and on oaky story. However something was missing to keep my peak interest, some parts felt off and there is definitely a lot of propaganda and moral teaching in this a bit of a karma will get you in the end. Do right by the party (but not to much) and life was hard back then feel to it.The male lead is a bit to impulsive for my tase, devoting and sweet yes but I just couldn't fully connect with him. The female leas is pretty cool and so is the male leads sister and husband. The fathers are adorable but the rest had me wondering about impuls control and thinking some bad thoughts here and there.
What keeps this from getting a higher score is also that it was a bit draggy and I found myself loosing more and more intrest as the episodes passed by...

Fascinating !
This movie really positively surprised me, it was quite popular in Japan and the hype is deserved. It is apparently the adaptation of a video game, which I did not play, but after watching it, I can definitely picture how good (and angst inducing) such a game could be.In addition to having a great production full of details, the minimal cast does a great job providing an immersive experience to the viewers. The story might feel repetitive to some but that's the point of the movie, making its characters and the viewers as well going painfully into a loop. The ending is very smart in leaving room to interpretation.
I truly recommend watching this movie blind as it relies a lot on a surprise effect. The movie is very angsty, purposeful and with a great cinematography. If you are looking for a very good brain scratch, this is definitely the watch for you.

Absolutely not
Am I the only one who feels repulsed by the idea, I don't think it's romantic at all, utterly disgusting if I may say.The whole switching souls mystery was too obvious me, I expect it and I kinda expected the end, the only thing that surprises me is the mother, and her character is my favourite in this.
The FL is the real victim here, I don't feel sorry towards the ML at all, he choose that life, a life full of deceive and lies, and he wasn't fair to the FL, he built this fantasy world for her and she choose to believe the lie and live in the dream, because she isn't strong enough to accept the truth.
For me I don't think it's a sad end, a very very terrible one nonetheless, because I can see a future full of complications and problems ~~

duang is always with you not the best but still good. ❤️
i love this 😩very much and acting.. o my god..For the romantics, for those who enjoy a decent story (if a bit odd), for those who appreciate a twist or two during the recounting of events, this is quite a nice experience. You may have to watch the ending twice to get the all-too-quick plot twist, but it's easy enough to hit replay. All in all, worth watching.First love and young romancePersistence and sincerity in pursuing love
Overcoming initial differences and insecurities
The sweet and sometimes humorous journey of falling in love.
