A piece of crap

But how disgusting is this, what the fuck is this? Why did I watch it all the way through? In Korea, everyone is stupid. There's no regret. The latest series is unimaginable, unacceptable, incredibly shitty.
When you have time and want to relax, don't watch this series. I was screaming at the TV the whole time. I feel like they did something so disgusting on purpose because otherwise it's inexplicable!

Serviceable bonus class

It's great that the two special episodes aren't just fan service or vacation episodes but continue to expand on Hioki and Watarai's still developing and deepening relationship as boyfriends three months in . There wasn't time to, but a throwaway line on how they're making time to see each other now that they are in different homerooms aside from heavy weather giving them an excuse for their first sleepover of just the two of them would have been nice.

There should be a law against poorly written scripts!

I won't waste much time on this review, because I only watched 3 episodes, and that was already hard to watch.

This is a legal drama about students, but it felt more like a fantasy. How can a legal drama be this unrealistic? I found more plot holes and characters made so many stupid decisions after 3 episodes than in 16 episodes in many other dramas.

Not sure why this drama is so overrated, maybe because most Kdrama fans are not used to well-written stories, or the fact that it was fast paced so it makes the viewer feel like it's good. Even tho it's not.

To be honest, I only wanted to watch this because of the cast, other than Go Youn Jung's character, almost everyone was irritating as hell.

Dumb police, even dumber judges, lawyers and students.

Don't waste your time, if you want to watch a good legal drama find something else.

Unrealistic drama to portray women as super leaders and angels

The problem with letting two women right your CDrama is that they will turn it into a feminist manifesto. And if these women happen to hate men, then the story becomes downright contemptuous of ALL men. And if you let these women write a show about corporate takeover shenanigans then the entire production team comes across as fools and morons.

The LM actor Feng Shao Feng is an excellent actor, but is always typecast as a Cuckold/Simp. He performs that same role in this show repeating the same actions from other shows - crying his heart out in tears multiple times, begging for forgiveness, giving all his property/company/money to his cheating wife, etc. It was especially jarring and incongruent since his character was actually supposed to be tough as nails, Type A personality business owner.

The LF Cai Wen Jing plays the standard feminist wife who hates her husband and labels everything he does as evil while benefitting from HIS money. Her performance was nothing exceptional. BTW, almost every woman in the world would have happily lived her role of a housewife whose every wish and whim are taken care of by her husband.

The most remarkable and noteworthy character was the husband's mistress, played by Jia Nai Na. This tragic character stood by her man to fight all his tormentors and was the only honorable women in the whole show. Of course, feminists hate honorable women and so she too was destroyed by the writers/directors

Without going too much into the story, I will focus on the unrealistic aspect of the characters:
1. Husband is a tough, pull-yourself-up-by-your bootstraps man who built his own BIG corporation. So, we expect someone who is not a fool, simp or cuckold. Essentially, a Type A personality who can COMMAND people, expect obedience and break heads and get things done. Such men are highly capable of setting clear expectations from their staff, communicate clearly his requirements and then ENFORCE them with consequences for failure. Think of men like Elon Musk, Bill Gates and similar Chinese equivalents
2. Husband wants a wife who will stay at home and takes care of the kid and doesn't want her to have a career etc. Perfectly normal expectation and legitimate for this type of man.
3. As is typical of this type of men, the husband also has a few women on the side to play with, but wife at home is where his life is. Again perfectly normal for men of this caliber
4. So, naturally the wife gives up her career and stays home for a few years, but then suddenly decides she wants to go out and play with the big boys and have her own career. So far so good and this is not unusual with wives.
5. Now wife forces her husband to let her work. This is not possbile with a tough husband like hers. Either he would have given her permission to work or he would have ordered her to stay home. But compelling a type A man is impossible.
6. A tough man would have ordered his wife to stay home. Her tough husband would not just rollover and let his wife do something that he doesn’t agree with. But in this show, he overnight turns into a SIMP and reluctantly lets her work, while trying to sabotage her career on the sly. This is out of character for a man who can communicate clearly and enforce his decision.
7. The wife then proceeds to hang out with other men without telling her “tough husband” and even spends nights with them in hotel rooms, again without permission from her husband. NO normal man in the world would ever tolerate such slutty and adulterous behavior from their wife. But the “tough husband” just rolls over and plays dead instead.
8. When husband finds out his wife is sleeping in hotel rooms with other men, he doesn’t order her to stop working and to stop meeting other men. Instead, he begs her for forgiveness. Yup, suddenly the tough corporate husband not only becomes a simp he also becomes a cuckold. And the husband happily let’s his wife humiliate and degrade him with her depravity
9. The wife conspires with outsiders including her boyfriend to steal husband's company and to send the husband to prison on a trumped up fake charge and eventually divorces the husband. The scene of husband confronting his tormenters who are his wife's shady gang was written by retarded children. Here a normal corporate boss would have brought in an army of lawyers to drown the wife's childish contract and gang conspirators and bury them forever. But for the feminist writers they had to invent a contract provision that is actually invalid under Chinese law. So, the wife's conspiratorial contract trump card was actually not even a real thing. This is not too surprising, since Chinese (and Korean) shows have invented the imaginary Contract Marriages which don't exist under the law in China (or Korea) or anywhere else in the world.
10 . The wife then divorces the husband and forces him to make her the CEO of HIS company that he built with his own hands. There are ZERO men in the world who would allow a traitor slut wife to do this. Any self-respecting man would rather cut his own throat than become his wife’s slave in this degrading fashion. But knowing male characters is not exactly possible for the Chinese female feminists. The corporate takeover shenanigans they wrote are not even legal in China.
10. Wife then stabs the husband in the back even more and sends him to prison on fictitious charge. The husband eventually gets out of prison but doesn’t take his company back. Cuckold and simp is now permanent personality feature.
11. His mistress/aka girlfriend, is the only loyal person to him throughout his troubles. She arranges for him to get back his company, but he never TELLS or COMMUNICATES to her clearly his intentions. And the mistress suddenly turns into an idiot and makes assumptions that she can continue with the corporate take over for the husband.
12. So at the attempted corporate takeover, the husband leaves his idiot mistress holding the bag and gives his company to his EX-Wife. Yup, the man suddenly decided without telling anybody that he will give his life’s biggest achievement to an ex-wife who stabbed him in the back, cheated on him with other men and helped put him in prison. Clearly the authors, directors, producers of this show never dealt with humans, especially men who are type A leaders. So, they created a husband character who cries tears, begs his cheating wife, forgives her treasons and depravity and finally degrades himself by giving his company to her for no reason.
13. The cheating wife now lives happily ever after with her paramour with whom she had committed adultery in the hotel room. Her ex-husband is reduced to giving blow jobs to the boyfriend of his traitorous and cheating ex-wife (only a slight exaggeration 😂.

Ultimately only one thing was correctly portrayed in this show - A woman is incapable of building her own business corporation. Instead she uses paramours and outside men who hate her husband to destroy and steals the money and such companies from her foolish husband who trusted her.

As is now obvious to everyone, female Chinese screenwriters/producers are retarded and have lost their minds. In their hatred of men, these women showmakers have given up all attempts to tell a plausible good story.

Enjoyable watch

overall this was an enjoyable drama for me. The mystery part was interesting enough and kept you guessing until near the end. The behind the scenes life of an idol was very interesting. I like how she saw him differently as a person and as an idol. The leads are both very attractive and had great chemistry. It wasn’t dragged out with excess filler since it was 12 episodes. The SML is one I really like from My Sweet Mobster. All the actors were good and I almost believed the Gold Boys were a real kpop group! I’d definitely recommend this one.

It's Okay, And Flawed

The first episodes grabbed my attention, and I found them good enough to watch until the series end, but there were aspects that rubbed the wrong way.

The medical aspect seemed superficial and these doctors and their behavior were not convincing. However, the main characters especially at the initial set up are interesting and their conflicts held my attention keeping me watching.

There are several interesting twists in the characters' backgrounds as we learn more about each.

Potential spoiler.... It was annoying towards and at the end the two doctors working together but divorced suddenly had partners. The tension for these two for 14 or 15 episodes concerned where these two and their relationship would end up, then suddenly in a near final scene the male doctor has a previously unmentioned spouse return from the states, and the female doctor suddenly has a previously unmentioned spouse? or perhaps boyfriend? return from abroad. My first reaction was that the director/producer/ or writer wanted that broad scene in which a happy ending showed everyone was paired up into nice neat couples despite the storytelling and relationship development of the prior 14 episodes. Not a good decision.

The two leads were interesting enough to keep me watching but several twists and turns in their relationship were not believable, especially regarding the serious mental illness of one and the impact on the relationship. Often I felt there was a message - i.e. The Message - preaching about proper attitudes towards mental illness that took priority over telling a good story.

I suspect most viewers will fall into the love it or hate it categories. I happened to hit the sparse middle.

PS: The subtitles were good enough but often contained mistakes. Unusually (most get this one right) this translator did not understand agreement between subject and verb.

The bond between Ha Kang Jae and Uhm Sang Taek

I can’t believe I hadn’t written a review. The first time I watched this drama was about 3 years ago. Since then I’ve lost count in how many times I’ve rewatched Lovers.

From the opening scene with Ha Kang-Jae and Uhm Sang Taek with rising sun as the back drop I was hooked. I wasn’t disappointed by either Lee Seo Jin’s and Lee Gi Young’s performances.

Granted Ha Kang-Jae was Uhm Sang-Taek’s boss. The relationship between the two was far deeper than boss and employee

The butterfly effect

You can watch this drama if you’re willing to overlook a lot of details and just focus on what truly stands out: the chemistry between the leads. From the very beginning, you shouldn’t go in with high expectations regarding plot or logic… but if what you want is pure attraction between the main couple, this drama delivers.
The chemistry is fire—hot, intense, and very convincing on screen. If you’re looking to feel love, especially from the male lead, then this drama is definitely for you. He carries most of the emotional weight, and his affection is clear and strong throughout.
So yes, it’s not a drama you watch for story depth, realism, or polished writing, but if you want sparks, passion, and a very affectionate ML, give it a try.

Strong Start, Weak Finish

I genuinely enjoyed the beginning of Drama Idol I. The setup was engaging and kept my attention, although the search for the real killer felt unnecessarily stretched out. Unfortunately, the reveal itself didn’t impress me much — the idea that the ML’s best friend was accidentally killed by his obsessive ex-girlfriend felt rather underwhelming and predictable.

The last two episodes were especially disappointing. They felt slow and somewhat boring, and instead of being emotionally gripping, they lacked the intensity I was hoping for. While it was clear that the writers wanted to neatly tie everything together, I felt that the storyline involving the FL’s father was left unresolved. I really wished to see some form of justice — particularly for the prosecutor who wrongly accused her father — even if the drama wasn’t primarily focused on that theme.

Another downside for me was the romance between the ML and FL. It felt underdeveloped, and I wanted more emotional depth and connection between them to truly believe in their relationship.

Overall, despite a strong start and some good ideas, the drama didn’t fully deliver on its emotional potential.

Final rating: 6,5/10

Quite fresh theme about spaceship.

I was quite interested when there is first spaceship Chinese short drama and finally i found the proper subtitle this year since last year they only got raw drama and My Mandarin skill was not really good. Plus i quite like Xu Mengyuan acting.

With its fresh subject matter, interesting setting, simple expression, and excellent ensemble cast, this story, stripped of its aerospace science fiction packaging.

To put it simple; It can only be described as a familiar short drama plot. SML is jealous of the teacher's favoritism towards the ML and plots to kill the teacher (FL is the teacher's daughter). To be honest, the reason for the teacher's death can only be said to be the ML's doing. Consuming with guilt, ML leaves the aerospace research institute to become a contractor. Years later, for some unknown reason, SML insisted on going to Ganymede. He encountered technical difficulties and sought the ML's help. In the end, I still didn't understand his actions. SML kidnapped the FL to take her to Ganymede, and when the ML came to rescue her, he was also kidnapped.

The special effects in this drama are quite good for a short series. The effects of outer space, spaceships, meteorites, and robots are all quite well done, and some of the aviation terminology isn't too far-fetched. The Robot Wu Gang was quite interesting, though he sacrificed himself twice, and the second time his emotions were damaged.

The cons are almost no romantic moment between the leads so obviously no kisses in this drama. Plot is kind of weak but i am quite lenient person since it was first proper Spaceship Sci-Fi drama in duanju. Hope there is more spaceship sci-fi drama since it was quite niche and i was the target.

Recommended to watch.

Its delightful. Light, romantic and compact.

Its sweet. There's no violence, no evil characters, there's, just enough drama, comedy and emotion. If it were a film it would be a perfect date movie. As it is, there are 10 short episodes and if you can parley that into 10 dates, good for you, buddy!

Summary: Don't look for anything too deep and artistic here. Allow yourself to just to enjoy. .

Interesting

Very cool lacorn. The actors played amazing, the plot is very well thought out.I'm thrilled with this lacorn, one of the best I've seen.I really love a pair of BosNoels, and FortPits are also very cool. When you look at these two couples, you can immediately see that they are friends in real life. One of lakorn's best moments is the 8th episode of the 9th minute Fortpits. I really liked the end of lakorn. The supporting characters are also very cool.
In general, I advise everyone who has not watched to watch, you will not regret 100%

Heart-Rending Revenge Drama

I watched this since i see nice premises from Tiktok and not really regret it.

The plot is about FL who going to prison for protecting her sister and has childhood sweetheart waited her to marry but he was killed by rich family whose son need heart transplantation. This plot reminds me from Shen Haonan-Jia Yixuan but it was 85% different. FL didn't fall in love with the heart-transplanting ML during her revenge; she remained stay in focus on her purpose. FL purpose was to destroy the rich family-the son included. On 10 minutes felt like watching a crime drama; the characters were very well-developed and clearly explained, though there were some slightly shorter parts later on.
The revenge methods were diverse, exploiting the greed of the SFL, the lust of the SML, the kindness of the ML, loyalty of sisters from jail gradually leading them to self-harm and kill each other.

Zuo Yi portrayal of villainous woman was quite natural and I was surprised at Zhang Tingrui acting as dual lead sickly rich son and childhood sweetheart. Not forgetting Sa Gang Yun portrayal as greedy rich father.

The cons the logic on this drama was a bit weak and didn't hold up to close scrutiny. Thankfully, the ending is relatively decent.

Recommended to watch.
