Light drama but the romance feeling is bit too weak.
I watched this drama last year because of Wang Haozhen. Still great but not the best Wang Haozhen drama.Plot is about Modern military doctor FL transmigrates into the body of the Princess, and goes from being enemies with ML to becoming inseparable and finally together. She initially thinks it's a dream, but as soon as she wakes up, the ML accuses her of having an affair and throws her into a lake. This hellish start is fortunate because the FL is a military doctor in a peacekeeping force, and she successfully breaks free from the restraints and escapes death.
The plot is smooth, lighthearted and funny, both the ML and FL are strong, not frustrating, the focus is on the plot, the romance between Wang Haozhen and Li Keyi relatively weak and the light comedy is strong thanks to Li Keyi.
The ending feels a bit rushed, and ML's dual personality is not fully developed, but it doesn't significantly affect the viewing experience.
Recommended to watch.

Lovestruck in the City Is So Good
I have to say that this show is seriously good.At first, I thought it was a mockumentary (my favourite genre) but the first episode almost made me skip it - I didn't understand where it was going,
I was not expecting to enjoy it or watch it to the end, but I have already watched it twice now. The casting was on-point and the chemistry between the actors/charactors is exactly what I look for when watching a show. Very enjoyable.
The kissing scenes were natural and fresh - they did not gross me out, and the comedy was ALWAYS funny.
Usually directors and screenwriters never really get the shout-outs they deserve. In this show director Park Shin-woo and screenwriters Jung Hyun jung and Jung Da-yeon did fantastically well. I will literally watch everything they are involved in from now on.
This show is a 10/10 for me, I loved it.

Need More Effect
The story is about a writer who got into her story as one of her characters. But it turned out that the character she got possessed is someone who always create a trouble. It's become interesting when she changed the timeline and a lot of unpredictable event occured, which make everythiing much harder.I think the movie needs more effects since it's too flat... But it's recommended for those who love classic film.

KCIA drug smuggling operation during the military rule
The first episode on the hijacked plane was simply great, It was like a full movie, without any filler scemes. Tremendously entertaining and suspense filled. We are introduced to Baek Ki Tae and find out he's an intelligence agent hustling a side job.In ep 2 as we're still wondering about how on earth can intelligence agents actually be running a drug production and smuggling operation, we get sidetracked into a story of a woman who returns to Korea and seems to be able to blackmail all of the men sitting at the top of the military junta. Baek Ki Tae is tasked with babysitting her. Ep 2 starts to fill me with doubts about the drama as queen Cho Yeo Jung's character is a totally pathetic character wanting to have a fling with Baek Ki Tae. But we get excellent comedic scenes with prosecutor Jang Gun Yeong (Jung Woo Sung) and his female sidekick (Seo Eun Soo) chasing after the ice cooker Dae Il.
By ep 3 the comedy is gone. We're thrown into internal intrigues in the intelligence agency and goverment top brass fighting each other (boring). For some reason we get short scenes of Baek Ki Tae's brother and sister. Their role in the drama remains vague as each have abt 5 mins of screentime.
Last 3 episodes, more of the same. Prosecutor fights hard, Baek Ki Tae fights back, big shots fight each other and we take sidetrips to Japan and back, Vietnam and back, each lasting about 5 mins. Barely time to drink a coffee in each destination, much less a beer. Much fighting. That's about it. Everything that could have been interesting, is glossed over.
The story of KCIA drug smuggling operation during the military rule had ingredients for a 30 episode drama. Yet they squeezed it into 6 episodes. Like a synopsis without well developed characters, without in-depth exploration of the historical background, without properly giving a life to all the players and characters involved. If this had been a c-drama (like Narcotic Operation) we'd have spent 3 episodes hanging out in Vietnam alone. Having a real heart to heart discussion over a beer.
I really didn't get Woo Do Hwan's role. It's not like we really got to know Baek Ki Tae's family. Or the yakuza family that had max 20 mins screentime during the whole run (so why even introduce it).
Yes, there's going to be S2, but I already struggled to keep up with the plot when the episodes were 1 week apart. Can't imagine to remember anything about this when S2 eventually drops.
I believe Disney had a full script but butchered it just like they did with Arthdal Chronicles' final season. Disney is all action and little character depth or world building.
Jung Woo Sung was absolutely stellar in this though. It's worth watching his acting which, as one of the reviews says, is like he was acting in the real masterpiece of a drama that Made in Korea could have been. I have to mention also Roh Jae Won, he was excellent. Hyun Bin's character is a ruthless murderer and drug trader and people mistook him for a good guy. He was pretty good and shed his usually goofiness but would have needed to go one step further to portray true evil (which can be done by small gestures).
This is a 7.5.

I also kept your honest tone
I expected more from this drama, but after watching it, I felt very bored. I feel like the title “Can This Love Be Translated?” doesn’t fully match the story. Some parts are not connected properly to what the title suggests. The love chemistry is good, but not strong enough to keep me fully interested. Some episodes were okay, but many parts felt slow and boring. Overall, this drama was not good for me.
This is just my opinion I don’t know what others think. I would give it 5/10.

Well its not like a usual rom com..it has a special knack for itself to make it unique
So after watching all the trailers and clips released obv i fiigured it will be a smooth ride of rom comBut i kinda liked tht they not only fully focused on the romance thingy..
The mental and psychological part was fine though they didnt show wht happend with her mother
But still its good to know she left it all and started a fresh beginning
I just want to say every drama is not fully perfect they have their own flaw ..and i kinda liked the flaw in this..many plot twist was one of the flaw i think like every was pushed in the final ep not a clear ending on the past..but for the future they gave a clear meaning too..
So watch it like its good i promise the visuals and all are breathtaking the osts are good too
Hope u find this helpful and sorry for my bad English 💙
Xoxo..!

Beautiful until the last word
This drama completely won me over. I binged it in a day and a half and loved every moment. It made me laugh a lot and also hit emotionally in the right places. Visually, it’s stunning: the scenography, colors, and overall atmosphere were breathtaking and perfectly chosen.Go Youn-jung was incredible, and Dorami deserves special mention. She’s a beautifully written character: wild, unfiltered, and fearless, bringing chaos and honesty exactly where the story needed it. Kim Seonho delivered a subtle yet powerful performance, especially through his eyes, and I have to give him huge credit for the effort he put into learning so many languages, especially Italian. As an Italian, I was genuinely proud. Their chemistry was completely on point, natural and electric, carrying the drama effortlessly.
The story was sweet and well-developed for most of its run, but the final twist disappointed me. The sudden reveal about her parents and her leaving felt rushed and unnecessary, hurting the emotional payoff. Still, despite the messy ending, this drama gave me so much and I genuinely loved it.

There is CP feeling in Huang Yunyun and Jin Jiayu
There is too many version but personally i enjoy this drama. This version has better makeup, styling, and overall flow. The script is also smoother although the ending feel a bit rushed.Jin Jiayu and Huang Yunyun have great chemistry. Their banter is witty and pleasing to watch. Jian Jiayu is one of great kisser he could make those kissing scene not looked too gross. Both of leads have comfortable on their character representation and make their interaction too natural.
Still i could recommended this version since a few of another version has worse point than this drama.

better than i expected
for rookies the acting wasn't that bad, and the chemistry was great. while i probably won't rewatch, i'm excited for their next project "when oranges fall"Was this review helpful to you?
It took me 16 years to finally watch a collection of kisses 😂😂 I originally thought this was longer, like a proper drama, back in the days I wasn't on MDL, had I known I'd probably just watch them without subs, but also had I known they were only a collection of kisses I wouldn't even bother lol cause that's what it's all about, kisses with a tiny plot, or dare I say a scene from a plot, it's a couple of minutes each, no big thing.
But the hit of nostalgia from hearing Flower by Bright!! (Now that they are disbanded you don't know how much I felt!) Also the HOT kisses 😘😘 worth checking out.
Now that I'm a bit older, those old shows hits me differently.

I've seen Shitong in new light
I watch this because of Wang Yiran but i had doubt with Shi Tong and after seeing this drama, i see Shi Tong in new light.Rebirth + pseudo-incestuous relationship setting is novel, creating a strong sense of taboo. The tug-of-war between the straightforward FL and the awkward ML is incredibly engaging.
Wang Yiran's acting especially his crying scene is very natural. Shi Tong has improved a lot in this drama. after being reborn, she completely fights her step mother and stepsister, and She directly pursues the ML. The Chemistry between Wang Yiran adn Shi Tong are so natural even their kiss scene looks so good but not in sensual way.
Recommended to watch.

Awful acting
Things I liked1 The FL. She's one of my favorite actresses. She's gorgeous and she plays comedy well. In this one though, liked is a strong word. I just don't want to say I disliked her, but it was limit. Playing cute all the time and scream so many times did my head in.
2 The premise. I liked the premise because it's fun and promised something different. The execution though, no that great.
Things I hated
1 The ML. Maybe he's a great actor and I'm being unfair, but to me it was impossible to watch him after a while. It was like I was watching a plastic person. I have no idea if he had plastic surgery or not, but he seemed like a plastic doll to me. When I read that he's cute and handsome, I wonder why I can't see any of these. Not to mention I don't think he's a good actor.
2 The FL friend. What an awful actress, playing cutesy and talk like a baby all time. Stupid and irritating to no end.

This was a light, cute rom-com, it was a fun and easy watch, nothing too serious or complicated. What I liked about this:
-The plot; naïve freshman who is kind of autistic thinks their senior hates them while said senior is head over heels for them ?? 10/10
-The comedy; they were very funny and Jane's innocence was endearing yet hilarious.
- Jane's family dynamics, their relationship was nice and it's refreshing to have a healthy family that don't hate their children lol.
-The trans representation, while brief, I loved how they depicted the trans character and her struggles and I loved that her family was mostly supportive and loving.
-ALSO Jane outright said she was a lesbian, which is a very cool thing considering a lot of GL characters just start liking the other woman and never acknowledge their orientation or talk about it??
-Finally, I liked that the OST was sung by an actual singer and not turning the lead actresses into singers as usual. and it was a good OST too.
NOW the things I didn't like:
-Too much characters, too little time. it's not their fault, yet they could've wrote a better script, there were a lot of characters and a lot of their stories were cut short while also not having time to focus on the main couple.
-Some of the camera angles were ugly, it felt experimental and I hope they never experiment this again !! this series could've been better with a good cinematography.
- AI use :/ the main character is a comic ARTIST and you are using AI???? did all the artists disappear in Thailand??? I get that the budget was non-exisitnet but really? AI?? for an artist main character??? was so disappointing.

Overall, I had fun watching it weekly, and I see myself rewatching it some time in the future. If you enjoy Thai university setting romcoms you would enjoy this.

The Best Fanservice
I’m so so glad they did a mini spin-off of Ja Yeon and Gyu Hyun’s story! Lee Sang Yi and Han Ji Hyeon have incredible chemistry, and I’m so excited we got to see an extension of their relationship. These two are hilarious, both in the main series and spin-off. The meta storyline was brilliant and had me cackling/uwu-ing the whole time. I’ve watched a lot of kdramas, but this whole idea was super fresh!
It’s about time Lee Sang Yi got to be a leading man in a rom com! Don’t get me wrong, I love him in action stuff, but he’s certainly got the looks and energy for this too. His character in both the main and side series was so different from what I’ve seen him do before.
Han Ji Hyeon also stole my heart in both series. She’s so talented and beautiful, and I hope to see her in more shows! I like that this side series also made sure to include elements of her real-life trauma, perfectly blending in Ja Yeon’s hopes. It was surprisingly touching and tied in well to the main story. This also explained why she suddenly started developing feelings for Gyu Hyun.
I seriously want to petition for these two to work together again! Great chemistry!
Also, Lee Sang Yi sounded great singing the OST!

KIM SEON HO CARRIED THE DRAMA
I mean, I think they overcomplicated things from the beginning. Right from the start, the story felt a bit odd, lacking natural flow and depth. Its almost like they wanted it to be poetic but... that couldn't land perfectly. Still, i consider the attempt to be decent.
The drama also felt like it changed genre mid way and went from a sweet romance to a psychological mystery. It was a whole lot of mess.
The star of the drama is DEFINITELY KIM SEON HO for me. His tiny expressions, natural charm and somewhat non predictable behavior made things interesting and kept me wanting more. He has a knack for making characters appear natural.
The main actress is..fine....despite the crazy writing and range her character had ON PAPER, her acting range seems limited. Its more or less the same doll ...naive...pure...somewhat fantasy heroine expressions. The scary lighting, makeup and expressions helped her alter ego character but I think that credit goes to the director, makeup artists and stylists more.
I can see PEAK JUN JI HYUN nailing this role in my mind and that's a thought I can't get out of my mind.
The second lead couple had electric chemistry because BOTH HAPPEN TO BE EQUALLY GOOD AS ACTORS. They matched each other's wavelength quite well but I DID NOT LIKE THE SECOND FL AT ALL as a character. Her dating style was extremely nasty and messy.
The story could have been better but Seon ho and the second couple made this drama journey a non regrettable watch for me.
