FULL OF HEART WARMING ROMANCE.
I just love this drama. From the characters, the FL and ML and all the supporting actors. I like the storylines, how the writer built up the story and the director who directed beautifully with each episode. This is actually not just about romance but more of everyday lives the people around these two lovebirds. It's about family lives, friendship, relationship in the neighborhood, career and ambition. I really see that the writer and director is showing off the TCM industry, how big it is indeed.I really recommended this drama. Must see drama.

FL is annoying
The female lead in The Best Thing is frustratingly obsessed with her ex. It's hard to sympathize with her. Instead of moving forward and growing as a person, she constantly dwells on her past relationship, making it hard for her to sleep. LOL! You should have done better with the plot. Her character lacks development, and despite the numerous opportunities for her to become stronger, she remains stuck. Rather than working on herself or making independent decisions, she spends most of the drama waiting for the ML to fix her problems.To make things worse, she falls into the classic damsel in distress trope, relying entirely on the male lead to save her. No matter what situation she’s in—whether it’s emotional turmoil or a practical problem—he’s always the one swooping in to help. This dynamic not only makes her character weak but also makes their romance feel one-sided. Poor ML

Boring and nothing new
Same old plot. Is there nothing new? The girl is a red flag. The guy is a green flag. He doesnt deserve a girl who is so obsessed with her ex. She is not even that pretty for a guy to chase after her. There's nothing to watch except for zhang linghe's face. it turned into a frustrating, repetitive cycle of indecision on the fl's part. The plot drags on, relying on the same push-and-pull dynamic in every episode. Rather than growing, the characters remain stuck in a never-ending loop of poor decisions. Female lead character
Till now the vibration and feeling female leading role is a girl with no attitude. First no attitude during the ex boyfriend mistreatment second fleeting all around and keeping companion to the main male leading role character and then dumping him. Obviously till the end of the drama she’ll regret and hopefully he’ll stop being hurt . Let’s watch till the end.Was this review helpful to you?
If you want to sleep watch this
I really tried.. really.Kept falling asleep and waking up wondering why I couldn't stay awake watching this? It's almost like I was seeing this doctor myself. The story did well in making me nap!
The leads chemistry wasn't there for me.
The ml being a green flag still wasn't that great like everyone is making him out to be.
She is having ex boyfriend problems, but hey here is this green flag ml who keeps smiling in her face.
He really was annoying to me. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against green flag ml's, but this ml wasn't a fan of him. There is way better ml's than this one.
The best thing? Yes, the best naps I've had in a while.

Nothing Special
Boring. Pa pogian na lang ba talaga to? I don't understand the hype. The female lead is nothing special. Pretty, yeah, but was she really worth his attention? No! She is so obsessed with her ex with her insomnia and all. There'a nothing good about her except she works at a hotel. What is so special about that? Amo muchísimo este drama
Es una joya de amor propio y relaciones amorosas saludables. Desde el inicio hasta el fin, me encantó cómo desarrollaron la importancia de valorarse primero y sanar las heridas antes de decidir iniciar un romance. Gracias por mostrar una pareja madura que se apoya a la vez que valora las metas individuales. Le da lugar a la individualidad dentro de un estar de a dos.Y en lo referente a la cinematografía, que espectáculo de escenas de la naturaleza. Gracias Director

THE BEST THING
MUITO BOM!Esse é o tipo de cdrama que eu amo muito, os personagem bem construídos e cativantes. A história em si é muito simples e não tem nada de muito inovador, mas isso não tira o valor do drama, pois teve um desenvolvimento muito bom e eu particularmente amo essa simplicidade que ele tem.
Foi muito gostoso de assistir e recomendo pra quem gosta de um romance leve e fofo. Vale a pena 🌷.
zhang linghe e xu ruohan tiveram uma química absurda de bom, entregaram muito e eu fiquei extremamente apaixonada junto com eles kkk💌

esse cdrama entrou para a minha lista de comfort dramas, adorei a construção da história e dos personagens e principalmente o relacionamento entre os personagens principais. uma relação saudável e com protagonistas maduros, eu realmente estou encantada com essa história, a forma como o he suye está sempre encorajando a shifan e nunca a segurando ou prendendo ela, a cena em que ele fala que ela deve se amar e se colocar em primeiro o lugar, e o resto é por conta dele foi tão linda, me tocou muito. amei demais!!Was this review helpful to you?
O ponto alto da trama é a comunicação aberta entre os protagonistas. Eles falam sobre suas dificuldades, passados, traumas e questões familiares, o que é fundamental para entender a evolução da relação. Essa transparência é o que deveria estar presente em qualquer vínculo, e foi muito bom ver isso de forma tão autêntica. O romance é maduro e bem construído, fugindo dos clichês.
Não costumo assistir a muitos dramas chineses, e este foi uma grande surpresa para mim. Não conhecia muito o ator principal, e embora já tivesse visto a atriz em outros trabalhos, nunca tinha acompanhado suas produções de forma mais profunda. Fiquei impressionada com a atuação de ambos, que conseguiram expressar de maneira genuína todos os sentimentos envolvidos na história. A química entre eles é clara, e a forma como lidam com as emoções — como dor, felicidade, tristeza e raiva — faz com que a trama se torne muito envolvente.
A cinematografia também é um dos grandes destaques do drama. Os ângulos de câmera e a iluminação são perfeitos para a atmosfera que o drama propõe. Cada cena é bem pensada e transmite uma sensação de tranquilidade e harmonia, o que complementa a narrativa de forma impecável.
A trilha sonora (OST) também é um ponto positivo. As músicas são maravilhosas e se encaixam perfeitamente com as cenas, intensificando as emoções que são transmitidas em cada momento da história.
Os personagens principais são um exemplo de "green flags" em um relacionamento. Embora, no início, a busca do protagonista por informações para se aproximar da protagonista cause certa estranheza, logo entendemos suas intenções. O desenvolvimento do relacionamento deles é natural e envolvente, fazendo com que nos sintamos parte dessa história.
Outro ponto importante é como o drama aborda o câncer, especialmente o câncer de mama. Mesmo que o tema só ganhe destaque nos episódios finais, a forma como a doença é tratada foi delicada e importante. Em um mês dedicado à saúde das mulheres, ver essa questão sendo abordada de forma realista e sensível foi bastante significativo.
