Easily the best thai BL out there
Bad Buddy was my first Thai BL after years of break amd boy, was it amazing.It makes you genuinely laugh. It's funny and witty and sometimes downright silly.
At the same time, it manages to have more serioues notes and balances it quite well.
The script is wonderful (though I personally think the reason why their parents hate each other fell a bit flat). Love how they really don't care about really old and classy BL tropes and just destroy them basically. We love that!
OhmNanon als leads are a delight. It's fun to watch them in every scene, may it be a funny or a more serious one. They have amazing chemistry, they make you scream "I want what they have!" at 4 AM because you bingewatched into the night.
Some of the side characters acting felt a bit awkward here and there, but nothing too bad. Loved the girls! Yey for GL!
This is THE drama I would recommend to all of my friends, even those that have never watched any thai BL. It's that bitch. 'Nuff said.

I Like Ohmnanon
Sebenarnya ini series sangat berat alur ceritanya, namun ohm dan nanon berhasil membawakan karakter dengan baik sehingga series ini dapat dinikmati oleh penggemar.dan aku sangat menyukai chemistry mereka berdua yg sangat cocok, berasa kepengen kunikahin satu persatu. narak Mak kalau bahasa Thailand nya mah
satu harapanku semoga entar pihak GMMTV memberikan kesempatan kedua bagi ohmnanon untuk beradu akting diseries yg sama atau bad buddy season 2, tapi kalau gak bisa yah buat series lain dengan pemain nya mereka 😂

The best enemies to lovers
I really like this bl, I watched so many bl dramas but this one is still one of my most favourite. I rewatched this drama so many times. The story is so perfect you will never get bored maybe the ending is a little weak but I still love it. The songs in the story especially the one that Pran composed with Pat I just love it. The cast of the drama is so good. The main actors in the drama played it very realistically and I liked them really quickly.Was this review helpful to you?
Best Thai BL
The best Thai BL series. Not the usual BL. Though it is clearly a take on the enemy to lover trope, other tropes are used sparingly, and not the cringey ones. The acting (directing) is excellent. I felt like they were an actual, real-life couple. The series shows the couple not only dealing with recognizing their own feelings, and the recognition of the fact that they ARE a couple, but then moves on to them balancing the fantasy world they aspire to, with the reality of the world they live in. I was surprised how good this was. 90% LGBTQ, 10% BL. 100% pure joy.I don't really want to mention negatives, since this series is so much better than 90% of the rest of Thai BL, but here goes.
Product placement is better than average, though still heavy-handed. I'd be amazed if viewers didn't roll their eyes at some of the advertising. Some placements are so extended as to break the third wall. Music is generally better than average, especially music that suits a particular scene without being heavy handed. However, there are a few moments where you notice it because of unexpected jumps in volume, or a bit too much repetition of one particular song. Violence/fighting is used to elevate tension and ramp up emotions. and feels gratuitous.
But all of the negatives aside, the acting and the story telling is so good, that I still think this is the best Thai BL series so far.

I know I'm late....
I'm late to the game watching this, but it's a good series. I like the comic relief throughout the show, it was the perfect balance. I don't know how much I should speak on OhmNanon since that isn't a thing anymore but their chemistry was definitely there. It is a shame they have parted ways but I shall support them separately.I must say everyone has amazing timing in this series, poor Pat could never get his smooches when he wanted them. I also wanted to smack some people around, the parents and Wai annoyed me. 😒 Not going to lie, I was rooting for Wai and Korn, that would have been a funny pairing. If you're one the fence about watching this, just do it. It's a good show.

such a good adaptation of a classic trope
ive been watching BL since 2018 and saw week by week on YouTube the notifications of bad buddy coming out however it never pulled me to watch. a few years later we're here and never thought it would get to 9.0 for me. it's very few bls who capture the essence of teen and young adult dialogue and dynamics so well and i think that was the absolute highlight of this series, besides the absolute masterpieces of performances from the mains.shout-out to the the future casting director of my school president for having all their job done with this series, we loved to see it hahaha

Adorable Storyline & Spot-on Chemistry
I've been away from BL for some time. This was one of the first couple I watched to dip my toes back in after years away. It fit everything I expect from a good BL. It had cliche storylines, was super cheesy at times, but all around was also heart warming and a story where you rooted for the main characters to find their way. I really enjoyed the chemistry and the rivals to lovers storyline is easily one of my favorites. The dynamics of their friends was realistic despite being layered with extra drama (I mean, it is a drama, so checks that box).Overall a super gooey adorable story that I would highly recommend.

The best BL!
I can only recommend this series. I've seen a few more BL's and I'm just thrilled. It's going to be impossible to knock Bad Buddy out of my #1 spot.The reason for this is that Backaof implemented it in a unique way. And Ohm & Nanon play it convincingly. I believed every scene, every feeling, every fear, every doubt. Their chemistry together is so unbeatable. I hope to see them together more often in series, also in other genres.
About the series: It's just 2 people who fall in love and overcome difficulties together. There are no typical clichés, no overdramatized declarations of love. I eagerly awaited the new episode every Friday. She definitely has rewatsch potential that I've seen her countless times. Look forward to a stunning series with potential for addiction.

Coup de cœur ? Oui il l'est totalement ! Il est doux mais avec une envie de faire des théories. Plusieurs fois je me suis posée la question "vont-ils s'assumer auprès de leurs parents respectifs?" car il est vrai que l'histoire tourne également sur les deux familles respectifs. Je trouve que ça change de ce que l'on peut trouver en général et puis le fil de l'histoire est très facile à suivre et aussi à regarder ! COMMON BUT STILL HITS DIFFERENT
Ceritanya hampir kayak trope enemy to lovers pada umumnya cuman alur cerita pada series ini kelihatan lebih seger aja, ceritanya sebagus itu akting dan chemistry mereka menjadi salah satu yang membuat drama ini 10/10. Bahkan OST nya sangat enak untuk di masukan kedalam playlist. Penonton dibikin terombang-ambing dengan apa yang terjadi dengan hubungan mereka sambil mengatasi tentang konflik yang dihadapi oleh para pemeran utama kita.
