Just some thoughts

It was really good and very enjoyable and relaxing to watch. All the songs were superb! It really got me into ancient chinese style music. I just wish that they showed us more but maybe that is also an indication that this series was amazing.

To go more indept about the characters. This series reaaly did a great job in including all of the side characters and showing off their charms. It was very fun to see all the interactions between them (romances and friendships).

The songs were some of my favorite parts in the episodes. I loved how we got to listens to the entire song and not just a small part. I could really just relax in those moments.

The plot was very interesting because it was not all romance and the charcters also had individual dilemma's that they had to sort out. The ckooking parts were in my opinion also a good add on.

Such a sweet and light hearted Drama

I really enjoyed this drama and often found myself going back to rewatch the cute and sweet romantic moments. The actors and actreses were very well fitted for the roles they played. I loved that there wasnt any annoying characters or ridiculous misunderstands. My only thing was this drama was a couple of episodes too long, could have wrapped the whole story up in 25, did not need to be 33. I say this because 85 percent of the shoots were them eating, talking about eating, heading to go eat or sitting down an eating. I really started to loose interest. It also too way too long for the side characters to get together it was so frustrating to watch after a while. Despite all this I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something simple and sweet. A real feel good drama

Warm and fuzzy feelings, slow paced romance

This should leave you with a smile on your face and warm feelings inside.
It is a romance without lots of drama.
Kind of slow paced, and a bit predictable side stories.

Brief synopsis from my POV:
Young student Gu Sheng is a composer and musical artist of traditional songs. She is a steadfast fan of the famous but rather mysterious voice actor known as Qiang Qing Ci. One day in a chatroom she is talking in as her online persona Sheng Sheng Man, a familiar voice recites a recipe. This first point of contact is the start of a journey of love. We follow their development both personally and professionally.

The acting is mostly good - in my opinion the main couple acts well together, and has some scenes with quite strong chemistry.
ML Tan Jian Ci has a rather engulfing presence. FL Zhou Ye plays out the shy, innocent character of Sheng Sheng well.

What annoys me a bit is how childish the characters sometimes are written. It could be cultural differences, but I couldn't really imagine me and my coworkers acting like they did in some scenes when we were in our late twenties, like several of these characters supposedly were.
There are also some very obvious product placements, although they were not very tacky (just obvious).
It drags on a bit in the later episodes - could probably have been shortened by at least one episode, to be honest.

What I did like is how this series shines a light on the more invisible players in the entertainment industry. And: The lack of intrigues made this a comfortable viewing experience – proper feel good!

An Endearing Watch!

What a cute and lovely pair between Sheng Sheng and Mo Qing Cheng! It's a light and easy watch as there aren't any crazy plots included. The characters in this film are lovable humans and they demonstrate cheerful friendship at work, study, and romance altogether! It's a love story between two characters who fell in love with each other's voices at first listen.

And throughout, they also share their love of food. Both characters are talented in making their dishes and taking care of one another in their unique ways. They share recipes and bond over this aspect. He enjoys cooking and she enjoys eating. The best part of this drama is that there is no miscommunication. We get to witness two very mature people treat their love with sincerity and honesty.

A great watch with a pretty and romantic soundtrack!

Stress free drama but a little boring

I like the ML and FL but it gets a little dragged. 24 episodes would have been great. I like the other couples as well especially Feng and doudou. The entire perfect voice studio cast are funny and interesting. The OST is one of the amazing things about this drama. ML is too perfect for my liking he doesn’t even have a single flaw it makes it a Lucile too unrealistic.FL is too sweet and this is my first time watching her and I will watch more of her work. Talks really well about voice actors too.

Overall a nice stress free drama for binge watching with not much story line

Melting like butter

This series will either make you melt like butter or cringe from the romancing—

For the story . . .
If you are looking for a peaceful romance drama with sum additional food content then you've come to the right place,

Some may score this drama lowly because it has no 'meat' in it and I respect that thought too,

But I think that the plot IS the romance . . I smiled the entire time like an old fool! The story is fun yet at the same time unrealistic for me, with the age gap of the main leads. . If you want to watch a simple drama to pass time then I recommend this . . I do believe that the pacing was alright but the story felt stretched, I think it was not necessary for the story to go up to 30+ episodes. . >. <

Other than that I highly appreciate this series for introducing me to the dubbing world, it made me realize the true value and respect I have for dubbing & voice actors/actresses out there! You guys are incredible ! Thanks to this series I am glad to have seen the beauty of being a dubbing artist. .

For the acting:
Kodus to Zhou Ye and Tan Jianci's acting! I regretted not watching this sooner- their chemistry was pretty good! They were an interesting pair. . The side couples were even cuter!

What I enjoyed most from this series was probably the music, its truly amazing- hearing Tan Jianci's voice in the OSTs was even better . . ^^~ His food content and recipes made me drool even more as well haha, Overall I miss Qiang Qingci! ! ! Tan Jianci's talents truly shine here, with his cooking, dubbing, singing, and acting. .

A breath of fresh air

Watching love you love my voice is such a breath of fresh air. No jealous other woman, no family drama. Just the normal daily lives of 2 people falling love.

There should be more drama series like these. Kudos to the cast and crew. Music was good and light as well. Makes your heart feel light and dream like.

Not for everyone

Let me start with saying that this drama is obviously not for everyone. Why?

First of all, it has no plot. All they showcase here is the love relationship, by the way only of the main couple; unfortunately we haven't seen so much of the second one, and only a bit of the third. This is something that I too disliked.
So I understand lots of users who said that it's a useless drama. However, from someone who loves this romance no-plot thing, let me tell you why we like watching it: it's easy. It's an easy getaway from real life, from a boring real life, and all we want to do is watch some people fall in love. No love triangles, no enemies, no adversities... Just pure love. And also a mature relationship!

Have you ever had one of those days when you get home from school/university/work and you just want to relax? Well, some of us prefer action, horror or fantasy movies or whatsoever – others prefer a no-plot romance. We just need to sit down with our snacks, and that is all. No braincells, no anxiety, no hatred for some characters that can't keep their toxic love for themselves... It's easy.

This is why I gave it an 8 for the story. Certainly not because of the plot ('cause there is none). I honestly think there should be more dramas like this one.

As for everything else, I don't think I need to explain. I gave an 8.5 for the acting, because it genuinely could've been better but also worse. I enjoyed it, sure, but it wasn't much. By the way, Hou Wen Yuan (Zhou Zheng/Juemei Shayi) deserves more recognition: bro is such a great actor! And he's handsome too! I hope to see him more in the future.

Well, regarding music I have nothing to say. As a musician myself, these soundtracks are perfect for the drama and the feelings portrayed. I loved «Return With You», and whatever song they performed altogether during the pageantry event – when Qiang Qingci finally says goodbye to the stage.

At the end, I gave an overrall of 8.5 with a rewatch value of 8 because I would rewatch it. That's it. Everyone has different opinions, as I could see from the comments, so don't come at me lol. I just think this is a good light romance drama, and since I appreciated it so much I'm sure I'll rewatch it.

It reminds me a lot of other dramas like «Put Your Head On My Shoulder», «My Little Happiness», «Once We Get Married», «Time Is Just Right With Him» or «When I Fly Towards You». Yes, some of them have more plot than others, but at the end of the day these are all light romance fictions. Peaceful and romantic.

P.S. The only kiss we got from Juemei and Xiaoxing was the only one that made me feel some type of way... The way he grabs the back of her head and turns her around while walking... yeah, that's what I'm talking about.

Also, I liked the end with the voice actor that repeats the same words Qiang Qingci said upon meeting Shengshengman. It's cute.
Didn't like the fact that we still miss the encounter with the parents of both and a more detailed relationship between Fengyasong and Sister Doudou, though. Like, how did those two come together? I know that Fengyasong somehow proposed himself, but that is not enough. And let's not talk about that poor second couple, we don't even see the big revelation of love (rip).

I'm lowering the votes here. Still cute.

A really sweet and dramaless drama

It's been a while since I last watched a show so thoroughly, without feeling tempted to skip through some scenes to avoid the common misunderstandings and drama.
This story It's truly dramaless and simple. The main couple is really sweet and cute, and their relationship starts really early on in the show, around ep 9, although we do take some time till there's actual progress between these two.
I would say this is a really slow burn romance, becausr even tho they start dating quite early into the story, they do take their time to get to know each other and fall truly in love while on a relationship already.
I'm glad to say this drama has no second bitchy female lead to stir up so drama... honestly, there's nothing at all and I guess that's why I did give it a 10/10 review.
Although the story is really enjoyed and pleasing to watch, it does feel a little bland at times.
The fact that this was a slow burn did frustrate me a little, I mean, they take around 17 episodes to hold hands, 19 to share their first kiss and then 30 episodes to share a kiss that lasts more the 3 seconds. The first forehead/goodbye kiss was on episode 31.... I thought their progress was a little too slow at time, although it was exciting nonetheless and they did get more affectionate by the end of the show (between episodes 29 and 33).
All in all, it's a really nice show to watch, get excited, feel bad about being single and just freak out at the little things lol I wouldn't rewatch it tho, but then again, I'm not really one to usually rewatch things.

OMG - Why the hell this drama was made. STUPID PLOT and Unrealistic. Grr........

"Love Me, Love My Voice" is a rom-com drama, but there was no drama. After I had invested my valuable time in watching 16 episodes, I decided to drop it and not waste any more of my time. I should have dropped it sooner, but I hoped it would improve because it is a slow burn. It turned out to be a big disappointment.

Tan Jian Ci played a doctor, Mo Qing Cheng, but in real life, he is a voice teacher named Qiang Qing Ci. None of his students knows what he looks like in real life except for Gu Sheng/Sheng Sheng Man, a voice student played by Zhou Ye.

This drama is so stupid and unrealistic in so many ways:
1. Mo Qing Cheng is a surgeon busy with his medical career, but the drama does not show his job as a doctor.
2. Instead, it showed his hobbies as a voice teacher and a cook.
3. The whole annoying drama is about his voice career and eating.
4. I was not impressed with Zhou Ye's character and the actress who portrayed her.
5. The on-screen chemistry between the main CP was not great. I like the 2nd CP better.
6. There was no drama or conflict between the main CP, which is annoying.
7. Tian Jian Ci is too short as a male lead. I like him better in Lost You Forever.

Why does China even bother to make this kind of trashy drama? I give it a 4.5 rating because of the stupid and unrealistic plot.

Utterly Childish.

I only watched this because I really liked Tan Jianci in Lost You Forever. I wish I hadn't bothered. Absolutely ridiculous story. A doctor with so much time on his hands that he can do voice dubbing and seemingly take time off whenever he likes! Also, the main leads are supposed to be 29 and 22 years old, but after officially dating for weeks she's still afraid to apply anti-mosquito bite cream to his arm. Please!
Now let's talk about the eating. The female lead is supposed to be a foodie. The male lead is also a first-class chef (as well as being a cardio doctor and a "god" of voice dubbing, so they eat, and eat, and eat. But she's still as skinnier than most cdrama stars are (and that's saying something) and never gains a kilo. The whole story is absolutely unbelievable. After LYF, I can't believe TJC would do something as awful as this.
Do not watch this series if you are older than 13.

Should've been shorter and sweeter

I have nothing against the actors, I've completed and loved them in their own dramas.
Zhou Ye in Word of honor and Scent of time, Tan Jianci in Under The Skin and Lost you forever 1.
Zhou Ye's character in this, Gu Sheng, is a composor who covers and arranges classic Chinese style music, she also sings and does podcast type shows.
The main ship first meet when Gu Sheng is in her chatroom and Tan Jianci's character, Mo Qing Cheng suddenly comes in and his voice tells her a recipe.
They both have online secret identities they use to voice and sing stuff, so there's alot of secrecy and it's basically a cheesy secret identity trope.
I enjoyed it at first, it was light, quite low/nonexistent bad drama, plus they were sweet together.
One of the main things I started to dislike about this drama was I feel it could've been much shorter. With how the story was feeling to me they could've had less faff and forgettable scenes and gotten the important story done in less then half of the 33 episodes this drama has.
The length and what the drama actually has going doesn't draw me in enough to commit to watching it all in it's entirety.
Another thing was Mo Qing Cheng was such a busy character, it felt almost unrealistic how much he was managing to do. His almost constant smiling and just in general people pleasing vibe made him feel almost flat. Compared to Tan Jianci's others roles this was my least favourite.
By the time I'd finished episode 13 I was starting to lose interest, the relationship had gone into secret meetings and almost kissing but being interrupted, a trope I didn't think I hated but in this it all feels so plain and so slow yet not slowburn.
In conclusion this isn't the worst drama ever but in my opinion it's a bit of a nothing drama. Could also be called too much of not alot or enough.
Was funny and sweet for abit but I don't want to watch all 33 episodes of it being this flat.
