Typical but Refreshing plot
First of all The Casting of this drama was amazing, Ahn Bo hyun as the rich, spoilt yet kind brat was the best thing you’ll get to watch.I know the story is very typical classic crime/action comic drama plot and I am sure like me everyone will have correctly guessed the main culprit at the very beginning of the drama but guess what its still an enjoyable drama.
When I was watching the second week I wasn't sure if the wanted to continue if the plot hadn't evolved. And yes, thankfully the plot and minor character developments were already visible.
And from 5th episode onwards, there was no turning back, the drama really covered very interesting criminal cases which made each ep exciting.
I was gonna give an 8.5 coz I think they could've done better in the 1st 4 eps BUT I'm giving this drama story a solid 9 just for how beautiful the character developments were.
Overall its a VERY typical kdrama plot but due to different cases covered and how mischievous Ahn Bohyun acted, this drama became really Refreshing.

An amazing show with amazing Leads!!
I loved this show so much. everything about it is perfect. literally zero flaws. our main lead character is amazing. he is rich yet he is not arrogant. he knows what he is capable and not insecure. our female lead who is little bit cold but as the plot goes on you will find her so wholesome. i would rate this plot 10/10. each week there was a new case which kept me interested and wanting to watch more and more. comedy aspect of this show is really good too. our main leads gave us a good laugh. 🫶🏻🫶🏻many people did not liked female lead in the beginning. but as you watch it you will understand more about her and trust me by the end you’ll love her!!
i’m so glad there is a season where we can expect to see more cases and romance between two leads 💕
for me this is a 10/10 drama. i had so much fun watching. definitely in my top 10 list.

Interesting mix of genre
Flex X Cop is a drama that has an interesting mix of crime, action and comedy. The story plot focus on Kang Ha Police Station's Team 1 (consisting of FL Lee Kang Hyun, Park Joon Young, Choi Kyung Jin and the new addition chaebol ML Jin Yisoo) solving a series of crimes together. Yisoo, despite being a newly appointed detective, tried his best to solve crimes with the rest of the Team 1 using his connections and power as a Chaebol.
What I enjoyed about this drama was how some of the crime cases were cleverly weaved together as the stepping stone for the subsequent episodes. There are also plot twists within the drama, which makes Flex X Cop interesting to watch. I also liked how the drama show both the FL and ML personal backstory.
Acting wise, I personally enjoyed the synergy between the FL (Park Ji Hyun) and ML (Ahn Bo Hyun) and their skills were great.
I am excited to see what Flex X Cop 2 would be able to showcase in the future.

A Thrilling Blend of Action, Mystery, and Character-Driven Drama
Flex X Cop quickly became one of my favorite K-dramas of 2024. The story hooked me from the beginning, focusing on Jin Yi Soo, a chaebol who unexpectedly joins the police force. Each episode brought new cases and developments, ensuring there was never a dull moment. I loved how the show balanced its fast-paced narrative with deeper emotional moments.Ahn Bo Hyun's portrayal of Jin Yi Soo was phenomenal. He managed to capture the essence of a privileged chaebol transitioning into a competent and dedicated police officer. His character's growth throughout the series felt genuine and compelling. The chemistry between Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Ji Hyun, who plays the female lead, was another highlight. Their evolving relationship from initial disdain to mutual respect and partnership added a rich layer to the story without relying on romance, which I found refreshing.
The direction and cinematography were also top-notch. The action scenes were exciting and well-executed, and the emotional scenes were handled with sensitivity, making the show visually and emotionally engaging. I appreciated the balance of light-hearted and serious moments, which kept the tone fresh and engaging throughout the series.
The soundtrack complemented the drama perfectly, enhancing the atmosphere without overpowering the scenes. Although the music wasn't the standout element for me, it definitely supported the overall experience and helped maintain the show's tone.
What impressed me most was the show's ability to stay unpredictable. Each episode brought something new and exciting, and the plot twists kept me on the edge of my seat. The character development was thorough, and each supporting character had their own story, which added depth to the narrative.
Overall, Flex X Cop is a must-watch. It's a perfect blend of action, mystery, and character-driven storytelling. I found myself eagerly anticipating each episode, and now I'm hoping for a second season to see more of these characters and their stories. If you're a fan of K-dramas that offer a bit of everything; action, humor, emotional depth. This series is definitely worth your time.

amazing acting with a side of good storyline
characters were really well flashed out and even better acted out.it didn't feel dragged out because of multiple cases, character development was good, just wish it had ended on a bit different note yk. but still, the end was acceptable and realistic.
over all good drama
the cast was just perfect though.
waiting for season 2 :)

A Match Made in Crime: The Unexpected Pairs That Stole Our Hearts
Okay, so let me just start by saying that I didn’t expect to get so hooked on *Flex X Cop*. Honestly, I started watching it thinking I might drop it after a few episodes—like, "Okay, this is probably just another typical crime drama, right?" Well, WRONG. This show completely snuck up on me.First things first, if you’re someone who needs a bit of romance to stay invested in a show, let me give you a little tip: make sure you get through at least the first four episodes. I know, I know—it might seem slow at first, especially if you’re waiting for that spark between the leads. But trust me, it’s worth the wait. The chemistry between Jin Yi Soo (our chaebol-turned-cop) and Detective Lee Kang Hyun doesn’t just happen overnight. It’s more of a “we don’t like each other at all” to “hey, maybe you’re not so bad” vibe, which is refreshing because it feels so natural and unforced.
And speaking of Jin Yi Soo, let’s talk about how much of a gem this character is. He’s got everything—he’s funny, witty, a bit of a show-off, and somehow manages to be both smart and adorably clueless at the same time. Ahn Bo Hyun was absolutely the perfect choice for this role. Seriously, every time he pulls out one of his fancy moves or just flashes that smile, I’m like, “Yep, this guy is killing it.” Oh, and his hair? Immaculate. I’ve never seen gelled hair look so good episode after episode.
Now, about the cases—they’re not the super complex, mind-bending type that leaves you questioning everything. They’re more like, “Oh, I didn’t see that coming!” and then you find yourself completely drawn into solving it alongside Yi Soo. What’s cool is how the show plays with the idea of how a rich guy would tackle these cases versus how a regular detective would. It’s a fun dynamic that keeps things fresh.
And then there’s the slow-burn romance. Let me tell you, I am HERE for it. At first, Kang Hyun (the female lead) can be a bit annoying, and I was like, “Girl, why are you so difficult?” But as the episodes roll on, she starts to open up, and I found myself really rooting for her. The whole enemies-to-friends trope is done so well—it doesn’t feel rushed or forced. Every little moment between them feels earned, you’re totally invested.
As for the story overall, it’s been super engaging. The drama does a great job of building tension and keeping you guessing, especially when it comes to Yi Soo’s mysterious past. The cases might be simple, but they’re never boring, and the way the leads’ relationship develops alongside these cases is just spot on.
So yeah, Flex X Cop isn’t perfect—there are definitely a few moments that made me raise an eyebrow (like, how did Yi Soo manage to hypnotize a specialist?), but honestly, I’m willing to overlook those because the show is just so much fun. Plus, the cast is fantastic, from the main leads to the supporting characters. Everyone just fits, and that makes the whole experience that much better.
In short, if you’re looking for something that’s entertaining, has a bit of everything—comedy, action, mystery, and a dash of romance—then give Flex X Cop a go. You won’t regret it. And if you do, well, at least you’ll get to see Ahn Bo Hyun looking ridiculously handsome while solving crimes. I call that a win-win!

Unexpectedly Fun
I went into Flex x Cop without high expectations, thinking it might be just another action-comedy drama but I ended up genuinely enjoying it. It’s not filled with mind-blowing twists or intense suspense that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Instead, it offers a blend of lighthearted comedy, mild action, and a dash of mystery that makes it a fun watch overall. The cases aren’t particularly thrilling or complex, but they’re enjoyable in a casual, entertaining way. What surprised me most was the romance. Usually, I’m not big on romantic subplots, but in this drama, I actually found myself rooting for the main leads to end up together. Even though that didn’t happen, the ending still felt good and satisfying.
The casting was spot-on, especially the male lead his performance stood out and carried much of the show for me. He brought so much charm and energy that it made the whole drama more engaging. If you're looking for something light, fun, and easy to watch with likable characters and decent chemistry, Flex x Cop is worth checking out.

Ahn Bo hun didn't impress me that much,But Teamwork Did
Well,I was reluctant to start it at first because of ABH.I am not a fan if his acting. But still i tried it after watching reviews. And it actually didn't disappoint me turned out reviews are actually true.Plotwise it was a well directed and written Directive drama. The whole detective team are worth being watch.Despite some sloppy fight scene PJH really did well portraying as a female detective. It is my first drama of her she really nailed that character.Other team member did really well, specially The park junyung this is the character and his unspoken love arc with the forens8c doctor really dragged me to them.I really wanted to watch these two more.their chemistry effortlessly working.
ABH character Irritated me a lot in the end,As his father say he is really immature at some times, giving me headache.I didn't like that the story revolve only around Him.other character should also be focused.
The FL family is very nice. Her mom is my favourite character i don't know why.Writter could have used her.She is fun to watch.
Another thing that disappointed was those case. They were difficult but it was hard to digest how ABH solving those easily and only he has the idea to solve when he is not even a detective. That part kinda lousy i was totally agree with park junyoung when he was angry with him.

I trust you, because I know you will do what is right
I had put off watching this for some time, as am not so much into action series.I watched the first episode but stopped since there are more interesting series last year.
And at last, I finished it already.
What makes me watch till the end?
1. Discovering the background stories of the leads. It gives us the reason why they think and behave that way.
2. We see the different sides of the other characters whom we think may be trustworthy but are not.
3. There are character developments among the leads. They are not one-dimensional; they tried to seek the truth even if it hurts. I like how Gang Hyeong developed her trust towards Isoo despite how unconventional Isoo's ways.
4. I like the chemistry of the team of Gang Hyeong with Isoo. This gives a relief from the drama and actions.
5. I like the actors - Ahn Bo Hyun showed a range of emotions from flaunting his wealth to catch the bad guys to being so vulnerable when he confronted his brother. Park Ji Hyun showed how a lady can kick ass even in the midst of trouble.
6. I like that we get involved in trying to solve the crime as well. We become problem solver along with Isoo.
And lastly, I like that there is redemption in the end. Though it may be too late for Isoo's mom, justice was still served for his dad. And I am glad Isoo did not take the Chairman's seat. The ending already is a reveal of Season 2. So, I will be waiting for that!

Its got everything
First of all, don’t be turned off by the name. It’s… strange. But trust me, there’s actually something solid going on here. This drama watches like a classic police procedural, with engaging cases layered alongside family themes, mystery, and a bit of intrigue. It’s sad at times, poignant in others, and it really hits the emotional beats it sets out to hit.
What I appreciated most were the procedural elements as the cases were genuinely interesting and well-constructed. That’s where the drama really shines. There’s also a subtle slice-of-life undertone, which gives it warmth without overwhelming the plot.
Romance isn’t the focus at all , in fact, there’s basically none ,but there are a few implied romantic moments that add depth without distracting from the main story. At its heart, though, this is a drama about friendship, bias, prejudice, and not judging a book by its cover. It knows what it wants to say, and it delivers that message pretty strongly.
The male lead’s character progression was especially satisfying to watch. Seeing him grow into himself and figure out who he is was one of the most rewarding parts of the show. And the plot twists? Fantastic. I genuinely did not see them coming. They made the watch worthwhile and kept the momentum going.
Overall, it’s a pretty solid drama. I’d give it a strong 8/10. And if there’s a Season 2, I’d love for it to lean even more into the procedural side with fresh, compelling cases .

you haveeee to watch this!!!
Okay, I really really really enjoyed this drama!! all the actors the actresses the storyline ALL OF IT!!I didn’t expect to enjoy it so much I put it on to just see but after the first episode I was completely hooked the storyline. I genuinely didn’t get it until the last moment when it was revealed and I’m usually quite good at guessing I suspected everybody else it wasn’t until the end when it clicked and I said NO WAYYYYYY
I just thought the cast worked really well and I liked that there was a hint of romance between the other main characters and I was so sad because most dramas don’t do a season two and I wanted the characters to develop more and to do more cases together!!
Butttt there are rumours that there will be a season two of Flex Cop and I will be watching it live or as soon as it comes out I just need more of these characters more of these storylines and more of these great adventures because as I said before it was genuinely such a great series and I’m so looking forward to what they do next!!
