Disney+ unveils teasers for mukbang-themed K-variety show 'Chef’s Go-To'

Disney+ has unveiled the main poster and trailer for Chef’s Go-To.

Chef’s Go-To is a healing mukbang variety show that evokes memories of food and people, while also featuring chefs’ insider tips on great restaurants. Alongside Yoon Doo Joon, known for his legendary mukbang performances, four chefs — Kim Min Seong, David Lee, Lim Tae Hoon, and Yoon Nam No — will each week invite a guest chef and visit restaurants filled with memories, sparking conversations about food and life. 

The fun of discovering hidden gem eateries, the gourmet interpretations of chefs with true taste expertise, and the heartwarming chemistry between chefs and the emos (aunts) of the restaurants are all expected to deliver a delightful experience.

The main poster draws attention with an illustration of chefs, having taken off their uniforms, enjoying a simple and heartwarming meal. The caption “Where do chefs eat out?” hints that Korea’s top chefs will step away from their kitchens and be seen in ordinary, relatable circumstances as they seek out and enjoy delicious food.

Chef’s Go-To will premiere on August 26, with new episodes released every Tuesday, exclusively on Disney+. Watch the teaser.
