Jo A Ram transforms into a chic employee in To the Moon.

To the Moon depicts a survival story of three women — Jung Da Hae (Lee Sun Bin), Kang Eun Sang (Ra Mi Ran), and Kim Ji Song (Jo A Ram) — from struggling families who dive into cryptocurrency investing due to being unable to survive on their salaries alone.

In the K-drama, Jo A Ram plays Kim Ji Song, a contract worker in the accounting team at Maron Confectionery. Ji Song, despite being weighed down by credit card debt, carelessly lavishes on shopping and hobbies, making her the typical MZ-generation (Millennials and Generation Z) YOLO girl. Living paycheck to paycheck, Ji Song becomes conflicted when her colleague Eun Sang (Ra Mi Ran) ropes Da Hae (Lee Sun Bin) into hopping on the cryptocurrency-investment bandwagon, leaving her to wonder whether she, too, should climb aboard that train.

The first stills capture the full spectrum of Ji Song's character. At a jewelry shop, she can't help but be amazed at the breathtaking sight of jewelry items, while at the office, she sneaks in distractions during work. And when the heel of her brand-new shoes breaks, she wears a look of despair as though her world has come to an end.

Regarding this, the production team of To the Moon stated, "Jo A Ram has met the character of Kim Ji Song, a role that allows her to maximize her natural charm. Just like Ji Song, who brightens the vibe of the drama with her trademark cheerfulness, Jo A Ram served as an energizer and vitamin on set. In particular, her chemistry with senior actresses Lee Sun Bin and Ra Mi Ran was outstanding. Please look forward with great interest and anticipation to Jo A Ram's new acting endeavor."

To the Moon premieres September 19. News about the K-drama's OTT is yet to come. Stay tuned!
