Kang Mi Na in talks to join Byeon Woo Seok in 'Solo Leveling'

Kang Mi Na is in talks to star in Solo Leveling.

On the morning of May 13 (local time), SPOTV News reported that Kang Mi Na would appear in Netflix's new original series Solo Leveling. Following the report, a representative from Story J Company told Xportsnews, "Nothing has been confirmed regarding her appearance in Solo Leveling."

Solo Leveling tells the story of Sung Jin Woo, an E-rank Hunter, the lowest tier among those who defend the world from monsters. Following a near-death experience, he levels up to become the strongest hunter capable of saving the world. It is based on the Naver web novel and webtoon of the same name.

Byeon Woo Seok has been cast as Sung Jin Woo, while Han So Hee is in talks to play Cha Hae In.

Meanwhile, Kang Mi Na recently delivered a standout performance as Im Na Ri in the newly released Netflix original series If Wishes Could Kill.

If Wishes Could Kill tells the story of high school students who are suddenly foretold of their deaths after being cursed by a wish-granting app called Girigo. The story follows them as they desperately struggle to escape the curse.
