Kang Mi Na in talks to join Byeon Woo Seok in 'Solo Leveling'
Lee Jong Suk is in talks to star as the lead in the drama Paradise.
On May 13, Lee Jong Suk's agency stated, "Paradise is one of the projects that Lee Jong Suk received a casting offer for."
Paradise is Kim Soo Jin's (Beyond Evil, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo) latest work. The drama tells the story of reporter Kang Chi Young and police officer Cha Jung Won, who become entangled in an unimaginable incident and dig into secrets and hidden truths.
It is reported that Lee Jong Suk has been offered the role of reporter Kang Chi Young.
The drama will be directed by Oh Choong Hwan (Castaway Diva, Big Mouth, Start-Up, Hotel del Luna, While You Were Sleeping, Doctors, My Love from the Star). If accepted, Lee Jong Suk will be reuniting with Oh Choong Hwan for the third time, following While You Were Sleeping and Big Mouth.
Paradise is regarded as one of the most highly anticipated dramas of 2027. More updates are yet to come.
Meanwhile, Lee Jong Suk will soon be gracing the small screen with the Disney+ drama The Remarried Empress.
The Remarried Empress tells the story of Empress Navier (Shin Min Ah), the perfect empress of the Eastern Empire, who is divorced by her husband, Emperor Sovieshu (Ju Ji Hoon), and subsequently marries Prince Heinrey (Lee Jong Suk) of the Western Kingdom.
