tvN's new weekend drama Typhoon Family premiered, scoring 5.87% (nationwide) and 5.73% (metropolitan), a strong start.

Typhoon Family follows Kang Tae Poong (Lee Jun Ho), a novice CEO of a trading company with almost no employees, no money, and nothing to sell, navigating the 1997 IMF crisis, and Oh Mi Seon (Kim Min Ha), an ace bookkeeper who dreams of becoming a career woman despite the crisis.
