i saw this earlier today TT-TT i was really looking forward to seeing him in akina. but more importantly i just hope he's doing okay. i think i remember him posting a story at a mental health clinic or something a little while back so hopefully he's getting the help and support he needs. everything that's gone on with both him and smart has just been so sad to watch

I watched episode 2 yesterday, and Jony's behavior was infuriating. I'm glad he got punished, but I felt bad for Leo because it felt like he was punished too.
But I understand the production's decision to punish both of them because it's a team project. So your mistakes affect the team, not just you, and you have to think before you act.
I'm going to watch episode 3 today I saw in the preview that they can switch team, it's gonna be interesting.

I'm lovin' the series, but I have one little complaint regarding the voting (which I've been doing regularly, voting for my fave cutie-patooties!): They have already marked two contestants in the voting as "Quit", but before this has aired in the actual series, which is a real spoiler. I feel like they didn't even told us during the episode that we could vote. Can you spoil me just a little using the spoiler ? I'm wondering for the 2 contestants marked as "quit" are they from the same country ?

(re "Way To You") If you're sure that's what you want, of course. I'll do it in three parts:
The first one won't be a surprise: Jony was marked "Quit" in the voting already a week or two ago.
But the second one really surprised me: Kai was marked "Quit" just a few days ago. Although I didn't like him so much at first, I grew to like him more and more. Quite talented. I'm sorry to see him leave - although since this is a a survivor show, there will surely be more that I will be sorry to lose. Before he quit, Kai was (unlike Jony) one of the top vote-getters- so I really don't understand what happened.
So in answer to your final question: Yes, Jony and Kai are both from China.
I hope this becomes clearer in tomorrow's episode 5.
