The first one won't be a surprise: Jony was marked "Quit" in the voting already a week or two ago.
But the second one really surprised me: Kai was marked "Quit" just a few days ago. Although I didn't like him so much at first, I grew to like him more and more. Quite talented. I'm sorry to see him leave - although since this is a a survivor show, there will surely be more that I will be sorry to lose.
So in answer to your final question: Yes, Jony and Kai are both from China.
I hope this becomes clearer in tomorrow's episode 5.

Honestly it´s kinda starting to seem like there is alot going on behind the scenes and none of it good. I never understand why they never explain why an actor leaves a role. It just makes everything seem like something really bad is happening....And not by Booms doing.....
