Small review board

nice story about young hurt girl ending in prison but getting healed and protected by her inmates. Sadly her nightmare with law didnt end there. Ending was kinda meh anticlimatic had to rewatch ending few times to determine what the hell happened. Kinda allows you to pick your own ending.

Cute scenes and quite nice romance. Even though I usually dont like romance of both leads here they got certain something. And secondary romance got certain something too.
But why I gived it average rating?
Its because this drama focuses on too many uninteresting minor plots at cost of romance development. It got vibe, spark, nice scens, but all this is just buried by other things.

Weak 9. Story got messy by end of drama. But managed to keep me awake and binge it through whole night. I loved FL acting. Wekk was kinda fan already from Till the end of moon. where she did great  And now she showed her acting in her first main role very nicely too. For most of time story was enjoyable, but felt like it was going in circle. I got feeling on multiple occasions that  we nearing the ends of story even though I was stull like in  10,15 episode.

very female oriented drama. Which was more or less very reliant on actors[damn almost all female actors are ones I like to watch]
At other hand story is very straightforward and practically went the way  I expected it to go from first episodes.
I mean story is about mother with multiple daughters going to big city to wed her daughters. Overall whole drama is separated to archs where we get romance story of one daughter and her future husband. Once its complete we go to arch with another daughter. That way continue till you got happy end for all.

Above average can be boring time from time. But its good romcom with good cast.

watched mainly for Lu Si and Xu Kai. But yeah kinda average. Whoever made it didnt managed to shorten story enough to fit into movie. I like premise of story may as well try later on some of original adaptations. There is like 10 of them.

Whole drama got quite different aesthetic than I am used to[and dont like that look]. Prob its from different ancient china era. And story at start is quite angsty takes time to get used and start love characters.
at the end Flourished peony is above average. 8,5/10 quite different type of drama and romance they usually show a lot of talking no action and from female perspective. Could be called boring but story got quite depth.

I like dramas about entertainment industry. This one was quite thorough, but romance even though was nice it lacked little and did not end the way I wanted.
Its kind of mix of genres partly romcom partly family drama partly road to success etc
But even though they manage complete most oof these story lines none of them is exceptional all end up average

better 8.  Story is like always about usurping throne. What else would they do in ancient china anyway than usurp throne yeah. But main leads got numerous reincarnation? fake relationship and fake identity? arranged marriage? All tropes I like. Actors are quite nice too.
Still lacked something to make it above average.

weirdly enjoyable drama about women trying to find and fulfil their dreams in adult world. Female and male characters none is perfect all got questionable motives and flaws. BUT it is what makes this drama more real.

At same time it got weird cinematic style of intermissions being filled with short theatrics plays usually giving funny takes or inner thoughts of leads. I liked that.

If I had to compare it to some alike  drama it would be for example - Fake it Till you make it or Tale of Rose or Be Yourself

got low rating and people commenting how screwed up story or characters are, but I've watched too many anime to be fazed by a little ecchiness. Its kinda enjoyable short watch Dumb but enjoyable.

Moreover I like cohabitation theme.

chinese remake of Splash Splash love. Personally I find it average which of me means its about same quality as Splash Splash love. Its funny cute, dumb. Got more time since its drama original was just 2 hour long series.

I feel little guilty for giving it 8,5 since only thing this thing have is nice scenes with pretty actors. But it is like in whole 20 min watchtime  of this drama. You get all you want from GL. Of course thanks it being in such short format it lacks a lot too.  But its fun to watch

quite clearly webtoon made into live action. Got dumb overtop story full of fights and funny :what the hell: moments.

average story seen ton of times in lot romantic dramas, but very beginer acting. Practically no facial expressions and voice stale as still water.  Most comments saying its more like from Liar to Friends it fits romance there comes almost out of nowhere and their relationship could not pass even as best friends. Lovers? nah kissing doesnt makes it romantic.

story 8,5. Sweet secret marriage, secret romance drama, but this drama got like 4 versions with different actors I give 9/10 to single version where I totally loved their chemistry.

40 min Gl drama .Not counting that both actresses are quite pretty.
Their acting doesnt sucks like in most Thai GL, got quite nice chemistry too.
Story is pretty nice and they truly pulled off 40min of watch time with just two actors and still had quite good and interesting dialogues.
One of best GL I seen till now.

BUT once they started uncover their stories and inner thoughts all seemed to fit in and get at least by grade better.
Shortly put. I did not see for quite long time drama with so well written deep characters. Even small characters like director or older brother had dept to them making them likeable in long run.

Even I focus on female actors I liked acting of most actors here even quite few  male actors. Well male lead belonged to more average for me. But his brother or secondary male lead etc did well.

I liked it. It got vibes of jap movie Hell Dogs. Quite action based drama thriller with no stops. Fight scenes are messy no style, no martial arts quite low on blood but quite type of fights I would imagine in gang fights. Story is not anything extra, but works well

firstly I kinda like looks of Philippine actors, but their acting through good style of acting is very alike Thai one which I dont dig very much. Strory is at start kinda classic teen romcom which is outside mine interest too. Even though story was skipping in timeline between adult and teen it didnt helped much. Still romance was nice.

Weak 8,5 it got quite nice music, and nice starting romance.
Sadly story is about lovebirds being abruptly separated where one of them got amnesia and started new life. And once they meet again and she got memory back it becomes just factor to mess up multiple lives.

Based on shorts I was getting while it was still airing expected kinda sizzling sensual GL. Meanwhile it was more High Cookie[another kdrama] like. Well at least this one was made better.

I’m quite conflicted about this one. I want to give it an 8.5, but I felt bored through most of it, despite the action-packed nature. Maybe it was the overall vibe—like fireflies in the darkness, struggling not to fade while trying to light up a little more for others.

A time-travel love story that's worth every minute. Being a short story, it stays compact and to the point—no nonsense, just pure emotion. Truly timeless, though with a bittersweet touch. I loved it—great acting, excellent storytelling. It even gave me the vibe of Rattan (cdrama).

A fresh and unique take on time travel. I've only seen this kind of storytelling done right in maybe two or three other films—it’s rare and hard to pull off well.

A strong 8, but the story was quite frustrating with characters constantly hitting mental roadblocks that kept them apart for far too long, despite their fantastic chemistry. There were also quite a few love triangles thrown in just to drag out the reconciliation.

The biggest issue with this drama was its length—it took nearly two-thirds of the entire show for the main couple to finally get together. And not because it was a slowburn romance, but because both leads lacked the decisiveness to take the next step. Most of the time, the writing made them completely blind to the clear signs of romantic feelings from the other.

I actually enjoyed Miao's romance storyline more, but sadly it had very little screen time.

While clearly a low-budget production—much of the action unfolds in a single, confined setting—the strength lies in its focused storytelling. It’s a dialogue-driven drama centered on just two protagonists, and that intimacy works in its favor. I personally enjoy these kinds of dramas, so long as the writing holds up—and here, it does.

A damn good multigenerational life drama. It starts off slow, grounded in a beautifully realistic portrayal of olden countryside life and a tender young love story. From there, it follows the highs and lows of the protagonists through the years—and eventually, the struggles of their children too. It’s not a melodrama, but it still hits hard by the end. You feel it, because by then, you’ve lived that life right alongside them.

A solid 8 for me. Personally, I enjoyed the chemistry of the second couple far more — their romance was incredibly cute and got just the right amount of screen time. The main couple had a decent rom-com plot, but it didn’t quite stand out enough to rise above average for me.

I mainly watched this for familiar faces like Luo Qiu Yun and Landy Li, but I was pleasantly surprised by newcomer Huang Si Rui, who left a strong impression with her performance.

I really enjoyed it – a funny and fast-paced zombie parody. It reminded me a lot of the classic British film Shaun of the Dead. The humor is similar to Welcome to Waikiki, with that same quirky, over-the-top energy. It’s short, action-packed, and honestly quite underrated.

A soft 8.5[above average], leaning more toward average. It took a while for the characters to grow on me. Everything—from the story and effects to the chemistry—was somewhere between average and slightly above. Overall, it was okay, but nothing particularly standout or extraordinary.

Great chemistry between the leads. The story has a bit of a makjang vibe, but they always manage to lighten the mood just in time.
(Spoiler) – The brother character feels a bit weak and overly simpy. Ironically, all of his ex-girlfriends end up dating his sisters.

Not a bad watch for a quick drama snack. I enjoyed the contract marriage theme — always a fun setup. The story had its moments, but the chemistry between the leads wasn't very strong. Overall, it was pretty average across the board, but still an easy, light watch.

Watched it for Angelababy, but unfortunately, it's just another average drama from her — which has become the norm. This one sits on the lower end of average, a weak 8 at best. The story is pretty standard, with a romance lacking chemistry, full of misunderstandings and plot holes. It gives off a Long Ballad vibe, but falls far short in comparison.

This movie tries to tug at the heartstrings, telling the story of an unscrupulous lawyer who meets a young girl with Asperger's. As he tries to understand her to win his case, he gradually begins to care for her and see the world from her perspective. While the premise had potential, the execution was quite average. The young actress gave a solid performance, but the emotional connection between the leads didn’t quite land for me.

This pairing just doesn’t work for me — it didn’t click in Mysterious Love, and it doesn’t work here either. The story started off with some promise, but in the end, it all felt pretty average. A weak 8 at best.

A strong 8. It has an interesting premise where men are so rare that they have to hold a Hunger Games-style competition[kidding no dying and killing just reality show] with a male as the prize. While the concept is unique, the drama leans more toward a light comedy romcom. It’s fairly average overall, but short enough to stay entertaining without dragging.

Strong 8.
A short and sweet romance drama that’s easy to enjoy and unlikely to offend. At its heart is a charming dynamic: a petite, cute boy who often crossdresses — partly because his family runs a makeup business, and it genuinely suits him — and his tall, model-esque, tomboyish neighbor with a pixie cut. They’ve been childhood friends for years, but now the boy is determined to take their bond to the next level and turn it into something more romantic.

Better 8.
A bit too cringey for my taste. I couldn’t manage to binge this one—it just didn’t have enough spark to keep me hooked. The cringe moments kept breaking the flow, and I found myself pausing just to sigh. That said, it’s a decent undercover investigation comedy with a touch of romance and a few nice scenes. But overall, that’s about it.

Better 8
Even though I’m not a big fan of that time period, the visuals were really well done. The story felt familiar—something I’ve seen many times before—but the acting and the chemistry between the characters made it enjoyable.

Too angsty—pretty much the kind of story I usually avoid.
Even with short 15-minute episodes, it still felt like too much. Right from the start, it was clear there wouldn’t be a happy ending, and yet they still dared to experiment with different outcomes. Not really my thing.

Weak—practically no story and very little chemistry.
It’s a lesbian romance about a young girl returning home just to seduce her older neighbor. The overall vibe is somewhat similar to Same Place, New Pace, but this one does a much worse job of selling the “no plot, just vibes” approach—and the lack of chemistry really hurts it.

A decent cohabitation and fake marriage drama with some entertaining moments. However, the chemistry between the leads feels lacking for most of the show. Much of the plot revolves around solving relationship issues or misunderstandings that stem from overthinking and low emotional intelligence, which can get a bit repetitive.

I considered giving it an 8.5, but I’ve been a bit too generous with ratings lately. Compared to other dramas, this one sits just at the bottom edge of that tier. The story is quite similar to Scent of Time, Kunning Palace, or Blossom, but it doesn’t quite reach their level—it’s a step below in terms of execution.

Still, it’s a very enjoyable watch with interesting characters and solid development. Not all the villains are purely evil, and some are given the chance to redeem themselves, which adds depth. The romance is pleasant, though I’ve seen the female lead have stronger chemistry in other roles. Overall, it leans toward the better side of average.

Rating: 8/10
Cuteness overload. All three female leads from the main trio were incredibly charming, with well-written stories to support them. Without the romantic subplots involving the secondary couples, I think the drama would have felt too slow or even boring at times.

Esther returned to the kind of role she always plays. She did fine, but it didn’t stand out, especially since she has done similar characters many times before. The only real exception in her recent work is My Journey to You, which felt more unique.

As for Lin Yi, I’ve never really been a fan of his dramas. Some of them are decent, but that’s usually not because of his performance. Maybe Love Scenery was a slight exception, where I felt a bit of chemistry.

Another author ventures into her own novel, only to discover how little she truly understands it. The acting is decent, but overall, everything feels fairly average for this kind of drama. Perhaps it simply overstays its welcome.

One hell of a fun ride—similar to Hitman: Agent Jun, but even more entertaining. Unfortunately, it's a bit too short to deliver anything deeper than laughs and action-packed scenes.

They’re not serial killers in disguise; they’re professionals who’ve crossed a line and discarded the empathy that once tethered them to their patients’ humanity. Another death? Just a complication.

The acting is stellar—utterly convincing, even when the plot veers into the outrageous. You believe them, even if the story sometimes makes that hard to do.
