1. Light on Me
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
This is one of my absolute favorite Korean BL series which I’ve rewatched many times. This was an awesome series. The script was well written and had a more realistic view point on some important issues. This has one of the most funny and bizarre scenes used to introduce two of the main leads. However, the script had a minor weak point. I think the group forgave So Hee to quickly. The entire cast did an incredible job with their roles. This also had a wonderful sound track and beautiful cinematograph.

2. Semantic Error
Korean Drama - 2022, 8 episodes
This had a great storyline and script. The cast was great and did a great job with their characters. The cinematograph and graphics were awesome. My only criticism is episode 1 is a little confusing, but the ending makes up for it. Although both versions are awesome, I do prefer this version more.

3. The New Employee
Korean Drama - 2022, 7 episodes
Although the storyline is basic and nothing new, the script was well executed. It was not overly dramatic and gave a more realistic viewpoint about the LBTQ+ community. The actors were great portraying their characters. The cinematography and graphics were great. They used all of their screen time very wisely. I’m not a fan of the movie version because of the editing. They cut many key scenes that I think helped with the relationship and story progression.

4. Our Dating Sim
Korean Drama - 2023, 8 episodes
This was a really cute series with an awesome script. My only complaint is how some episodes start off completely different from the previous episode. The cast was great and did a wonderful job with their characters. Although there is nothing wrong with the movie version, I prefer this version because I really love the gaming scenes at the end of each episode and missed them in the movie version.

5. To My Star
Korean Drama - 2021, 9 episodes
The following only applies to the first season. This was a great series. It had a very charming storyline and incredible script. I like how they were able to successfully connect multiple elements and characters together. It also did a great job of giving you just the right amount of information of the characters backstories. The cast did an incredible job with their characters. The acting between the main leads was good with the usual exception often seen in Korean BL series/movies. The cinematograph and music was good. This is another one that both versions are awesome, I do prefer this version more. There is a second season that I DO NOT recommend watching. Yes, this is just my opinion but it basically ruined all the best parts of the first season.

6. Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo
Korean Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
This was a very good series. The script started off really good, but unravels a little after the episode 3. However, the ending showed the reasoning behind some of the characters actions. The ending was also a happy one. My only complaint is it did not fully explain some aspects of the story. The actors did an incredible job with their characters and it had nice music.

7. Cherry Blossoms after Winter
Korean Drama - 2022, 8 episodes
Usually, I’m not a fan of step-brother storylines. However, this was a very sweet series that had a feel-good script. The entire cast was very good and the cinematography was very beautiful. My only criticism is the beginning started off weird, but it’s only a miner detail.

8. Roommates of Poongduck 304
Korean Drama - 2022, 8 episodes
Although the story concept isn’t new, it was very funny. The script has the right mix of comedy and drama. I thought the pacing was just right for an 8-episode series. The actors were also great portraying their characters. The only down side is the music was not that rememberable. However, it was used effectively to set the mood of the scenes. I would rewatch this again to help left up my mood after an excessively dramatical series.

9. Choco Milk Shake
Korean Drama - 2022, 11 episodes
Although it has an underline sadness to it, this was a very cute series. It had a good script (for the most part) and good pacing for a short series. The cast was great and did a wonderful job with their characters. There is a hint this story is not finish which may mean either a second season or a spin-off series.

10. My Secret Vampire
Korean Drama - 2025, 8 episodes
Overall, this was such a fun, lighthearted, and cut series. They did a great job creating an interesting storyline and making you care about all of the characters. I thought the pacing was perfect considering the number of episodes. For the most part, they use the screentime very effectively. The actors did a great job making their characters relatable and very likable.
