Humanbeing

I'm not a fan of historical dramas, and I hardly ever watch them. I tried watching this one because of Tian Xiwei, since I really like her in “Lovely Us,” and it's been pretty good so far. The cinematography, chemistry, visuals, and plot are all great. The only other historical drama I've watched besides this one is “The Prisoner of Beauty,” and that was pretty good too. I tried watching others, but for some reason they never quite clicked, so I ended up dropping them. Are there any historical dramas you'd recommend that have a similar vibe to these two and are just as good?

I've only watched up to episode 7, and I want to ask a question. Do all the bad characters in this drama eventually get their karma they deserve? I enjoy the drama, but the bad characters in it make me pause the drama and start cursing. Pls give me a spoiler. The characters I'm referring to are these (below).
