She basically has a new body now. Perhaps all soul shifter marks, along with petrification ones disappeared because…
Mama Jin seems to care only about Jin clan status and image. She should have just finally said farewells to JBY and announced Cho-Yeon as Jin clan heir when she could. Now she'll get nothing, like she deserves 😂. I'm readying my 🍿 to see how she'll be scrambling to steal Naksu back from Uk.

I thought so too. And them not recognizing each other is the concept of Gream Reaper and Sunny. So it's a combination…
Isn't amnesia in top chart of oversued kdrama tropes? At least in AoS there's no reincarnation trope, which is right next to amnesia among the tropes that I hate.

Uk will decline it. He will give it to CP who is also a deserving person.
Tbh, atm I don't find CP a deserving person, but he's at least somewhat better than his man child father. CP didn't change for the better at all after part 1, on the contrary, he became an even more petty and insecure person, which Jin Mu continues to exploit to great success.

Yes, we talked about it before, it has some Goblin vibes. Other than that, the rest are very different.
How does it have Goblin vibes? Goblin was a boring pos drama, tbh. To this day I still don't get it why it's so overhyped. There's no reincarnation, immortality, grim reapers, or cluelessly slaving away for you past life's sins in AoS though. And no 1k year old evil ghosts lurking around to get revenge.
The only thing that is similar is that ML will allegedly die if a plot device is removed from him by FL. But that's about it, AoS is different and much much better than Goblin in all regards.

Can you call it JBY's body if Naksu's energy was used to transform it to look like Naksu? As far as it was told the only thing that remains in it of JBY is JBY's blood.
Everyone was expecting writers to fuse souls, but it seems they went for the bodies and threw JBY's soul out.

okay I have some theories. I think why she does not have a blue mark is because for now, her soul and her body…
I personally don't think so. She shouldn't become out of tune, because her body now is identically looking to her soul. And if her divine powers will be as great as JBY's she'll be able to block energy leakage just as well as JBY's body did. But I don't think she even can run wild now, because all the things that make a person a soul shifter are basically gone. Of course, one can argue that Jang Kang also returned to his own body, but was still a soul shifter. But he didn't get his body transformed from scratch (which even erased soul shifter marks from her eyes) and he didn't have innate divine powers in him.

But of course, we still have Jin Mu and his f*cking bells. The curse that is put on a soul that used corrupted soul ejectors may still linger on her. Whether he'll be able to do anything as nasty as what he did in part 1 remains to be seen. If she won't run wild anymore (which is very unlikely at this point) maybe he'll still be able to command her soul to do his bidding as a normal human.

I agree with you and i always said that in the first part. For me Uk is son of both: late King and Jang Kang.…
Uk has his own soul. Under question was whether a person's magical powers are inherited from parents souls, or from genetics. Looks like part 2 gave us the evidence that it's the latter.
That makes late king just a sad rapist who did the dirty deed at the right time. But since the body wasn't his, biologically Uk is Jang Kang's son.

Looking for the best explanation why she lost the blue mark. Soul and body are still of different origin, she…
She basically has a new body now. Perhaps all soul shifter marks, along with petrification ones disappeared because of the transformation. And since body and soul are identical in appearance/in harmony now she's can't run wild anymore.

Did the fact that naksu managed to turn into a shifter and be petrified at the end of season 1 means that JBY's…
Yea, JBY's soul is dead and gone. Only her body remains, but it was transformed into Naksu's appearance. And apparently it was her body with innate divine powers that kept Naksu in check.
For details how Naksu was revived watch episode 2.

Since this section is more active PLEASE can anyone tell me did JANG GANGs soul go back to his original body after…
He had to use a soul ejector to force the king to switch bodies back. And since he performed aos, Jang Kang became a soul shifter even after returning back to his own body.

I am confused now. Didn't mages fight with naksu? They saw her body too, right? But why they didn't look surprised…
She doesn't look like an assassin and it's been 3 years, facial memory can get all fuzzy. But I'm sure many people will start remembering, let's keep watching.

They removed Naksu's eye mole 😢
Well, it’s not exactly her body now., the transformation may still not be 100% complete. The eyebrows color is also different.
But irl, I don’t think the production team cared enough about actress’s slight change of style.
