Hahaaaaaaaaaa. Good question but we don’t know if she only got her body back after 3 years, maybe it was straight…
I'm indifferent about age gaps, just an idle thought when I was mulling over why it had to be frikking 3 (!) years. It seems mama Jin is up to no good again by trapping Naksu in Jinyowon for 3 years. I'm sure she's still hellbent on returning her daughter, so that's the most likely reason for keeping her. Not sure why she'd need Naksu in her og body and how the ef that happened, but Jin clan is full of dumbasses, something probably went wrong again.
I'm finishing rewatching part 1 now and man, I really do hate mama Jin even more than Jin Mu, who's just your typical mustache twirling villain. I don't want her dead though, I want her to meet justice and suffer in some poetic way for being such a giant hypocritical dumbass. I'm even good with her losing her precious Bu-Yeon for good, she doesn't deserve her back.
Totally agree - the preview in August was exciting - Uk and the (assumed) soul shifter; the festival; quick view…
I'm here mostly for OTP couple's romance just as any average person here, so I guess that's true. I don't really care about most of the side characters, maybe only about CP, Park Jin and maidservant Kim. And I really do care about Jin Mu, and by that I mean I really want him dead. 👿
As far as I know, Hong Sisters never write melodrama, thriller or any "heavy" drama. Their main talent is their…
Dunno, AoS part 1 had plenty of melodrama and there was that late subplot with "trapped with the monster aka. soulshifter" kinda thriller. They were mising all sorts of genres in part 1.
Btw, depending on how Naksu will get her body back, if she gets it only after 3 years does that mean her age will be about the same as Uk in part 2? She was ~4 years older than him.
“hong sisters named Jang Uk with the meaning of light 욱(煜) & Cho Yeong (Naksu) with the meaning of shadow…
I know, but where's the light stuff? It's all gloom and dark in the teasers. I guess the only acceptable explanation here is that they don't want to spoil how FL will get out of whatever prison she was in for the 3 years and don't want to show much about her after that. But they could have shown some comedy with side characters at least, like Park Jin and maidservant Kim, for example.
In contrast, part 1 initial teasers were heavy on comedy and didn't bother showing FL's brooding side.
It's called Light and Shadow, but so far all teasers show only darkness and shadows. Are they gonna keep that tone throughout the whole part 2, or is just another one of their dumb misdirection attempts? I'd like it to be balanced like part 1, where there was serious stuff, but also lots of comedic and romantic scenes.
The ice stone gives Hwanso abilities automatically. It was revealed in part 1 by Jin mu to Eunuch Kim . I saw…
I'm sure he'll be fine. He'll reach Hwansu on his own (if he hasn't already) when the time comes to take out the ice stone. And I'm sure FL will be fine too. They're not going to repeat themselves with that sad ending from part 1. The only one who probably may die, aside from the villain of course, is Yul. But he's SML, that's their staple fate in saeguks.
More likely it means she's still a soul shifter and it may explain 3 years gap - maybe it took that much time to unpetrify her. Dunno about body swap though.
TvN spilled Ukie has reached Hwansu. What are your theories??https://twitter.com/agustdreamworld/status/1598367083888316416?s=20&t=gMSK9CuBl34dO51kobdwSQ
Well, what else our genious boy with epic destiny gonna do after he lost his love? Drink chaste tea, kill bad guys, reach Hwansu. Easy.
Well, it was something…very boring, I guess? Main couple was an unmitigated disaster both in terms of character and romantic chemistry. If side characters, who are not even SFL and SML, are stealing the show, you know something’s fcked up here - plot, casting, or whatever. Also, Kang Chae Ri would have made a more interesting FL. Anyway, 6.0 at best overall.
totallyagree!! the reason why i dropped crazy love was that ex beatch in ep12 and overall misogynistic script
I actually ended up liking Crazy Love a lot for several other reasons, but you gotta stick to it till the end to appreciate. But that ex’s delusions were simply mind boggling.
