This can go 3 ways: 1. She really is dead. Sad. 2. She used this opportunity to leave her princess duties and live as a commoner with that merchant guy. Best outcome. 3. Same as above, but, like with some other side characters, they subverted our expectations with that Su bish and she actually did that on the princess's orders. Like a triple agent or smth. Kinda doubtful.
Goblin is so overrated. I dont get the hype lmao.People rated this high cos of nostalgia but nothing is really…
Agreed. I watched it for the first time years later after release and was also left wondering what the hype was about. It looks like it's mostly memberberries - many old kdrama watchers probably started their journey from that drama and there was nothing like it at the time. Way better dramas were released over the years. You can see a lot of frankly mediocre old dramas still topping the most popular chart. Didn't like most of them either.
As for Goblin, I mostly liked the secondary couple there, but those actors had a better drama together that I really liked - Touch Your Heart.
I guess everyone's tolerance to stupidity is different indeed.
This drama sure did attract lots of obsessive delulus sniping down any sort of opinion differing from their little pat-on-the-back echo chamber here. You can join some of your buddies in getting blocked.
The edict is under a blanket in her carriage, I believe. Hopefully back at home now in the prince's mansion.
She took it with her to meet the princess and then quickly stashed it under the cushion she sat on when she understood she's being framed. How the f it wasn't found during the scene investigation and how it ended up back in her hands is omitted. Don't ask stupid questions, just consume this.
Actually, no, the Ye dad was made to take the edict from his wife, forcefully, by Marquis Muyang (presumably at…
She chose to show it in court so that it will come to light finally that it actually exists. And the dowager and her son can't sweep it under ther rug now because there are lots of witnesses there. Can't bully and kill all of the cabinet over this.
Ehm, I must say again an unpopular thing about the edict plot. We saw it burnt, but again, consort Qin saved it…
Agree. And about the edict hidden under the blanket and then in FL's hands - it's no just this isolated case. The drama has a general problem of weird abrupt editing and skipping important scenes that should not be skipped. One'd think it's because of densly packed plot, but when you see other scenes being snail paced where nothing of particular importance happens, it just makes one think that overall plot pacing is off.
And also it has a problem of dropping some minor characters' names that you basically have no clue about only to extrapolate who the ef they were later, or not at all - you didn't remember that guy being mentioned in split second several episodes ago? Well, get confused again.
Man, I've just recently finished Legend of Zang Hai and compared to it Mo Li's villains are so fkn dumb, it's ridiculous really. It's like I'm watching some sort of cartoonish makjang, lol.
